You can find Kaidan and Shepard in the the Drunken Huntsman in Whiterun, now also Shepard speaks English (nay the language spoken in your game)! They wear theirs own custom armors. In the LITE version I try to content whom prefer them to be more lore friendly so I equipped them with Penitus Oculatus armors.
You can find James Vega hanging around in Jorrvaskr.
Liara and Miranda instead are studying in the Arcanaeum.

Installation
Manually: Copy and paste the meshes and textures folders and Ysgrette follower or Aela Replacer.esp into the Skyrim Data folder. Click "yes to all" if asked.
Or use Nexus Mod Manager.
NOTE: You can only use 1 of them. The Replacer and the Standalone follower use the same named .esp.

Uninstallation
If Ysgrette is following, Dismiss her then leave the cell (go through a loading screen).
Manually:
Data/meshes - then remove the folder named Ysgrette Iron-Heart
Data/meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom - then remove the folder named Ysgrette follower or Aela replacer.esp
Data/textures - then remove the folder named Ysgrette Iron-Heart
Data/textures/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceTint - then remove the folder named Ysgrette follower or Aela replacer.esp
Now remove Ysgrette Follower or Aela Replacer.esp from the Skyrim Data Folder.

My apologies, but I no longer have time to work on this project. I'll try to return to it when I get some free time again; but I do not know when that will be. Thank you all for the support and helpful feedback.
This is a fully voiced Leliana (from dragon age) follower. She can be found in Riften, somewhere around the temple of Mara.
Now including Morrigan. She can be found in the Blue Palace, near Elisif's bedroom. (I put her there for testing purposes and never bothered to move her.)
Voice files were extracted from Dragon Age Origins. The hair was extracted from Dragon Age Inquisition and fitted to the head. I painted the face texture myself, using mostly the healing brush in Photoshop; made a normal map using xNormal.
Morrigan only has the Inquisition Head/hair.
By default, both are currently using a CBBE body with SG Female Textures Renewal.
Leliana:
- Body mesh can be replaced by placing the femalebody_0(1).nifs in Data\meshes\actors\character\leliana folder.
- The textures, similarly, can be replaced in the Data\textures\actors\character\leliana folder.
Morrigan:
- Body mesh can be replaced by placing the femalebody_0(1).nifs in Data\meshes\actors\character\Morrigan folder.
- The textures, similarly, can be replaced in the Data\textures\actors\character\Morrigan folder.
Status:
- If they don't speak when you first meet them, save the game and reload.
- Added alternate Dragon Age: Inquisition head for Leliana
- Added Morrigan

Voice and hair assets belong to Bioware, I do not claim ownership. The head was made in Blender using the Citrus head and the shrinkwrap modifier.

~If only I could be so grossly incandescent!~
Have you always wanted to fight alongside the holiest of Sunbro's, the Firstborn(maybe?) of Lord Gwyn, Solaire of Astora himself in the flesh?
Well now you can! Solaire can be found in the Four Shields Tavern(lol get it, like the 4 Knights of Gwyn?) in the town of Dragon Bridge(lol get it, like the bridge in the Undead Burg?). He will follow you, trade, and perform actions. He is also essential so I don't think sacrificing him to Boethiah might be a good idea. Why would you do that, though?

If Solaire's voiced lines aren't playing, download the hotfix.

Just another pretty face
Here's another pretty face that brings absolutely nothing new to the table.
By the way, she can turn into a bow.
Her name is Anumeha.
How to obtain her:
When you load your game, a new spell will be added to your powers category called Anumeha Menu. Use it, and bring Anu to you.
After using it once, new options will be available when casted again.
To change to human form from bow form, simply drop the bow.
Combat style:
Does it even matter? You'll just giver her what you want anyway.
Compatibility:
Compatible with EFF. Not tested with other follower overhauls.
I've set Anumeha to use whatever body and texture you have installed, so there may be seams depending on what you use.
If it's severe on a widescale level, I'll give her a standalone body.
Q.A
Q. Will you add body support for one of the 20-some-odd bodies?
A. No. You can add your own body.
Q. Will you make her voiced?
A. Probably not.
Q. I'm actually only here to be an ass.

Pets of Skyrim no more Ugly Fur Shine

So Pets of Skyrim is a great mod I've been using forever, but for the longest time, I kept wondering that the fucking glowy stripe along them was!
What was it? Basically the same thing as No More Ugly Bronze Shine! So I applied the fix via renaming files and BAM! Shiny stripe fixed.
Comes in two flavors:
1. Full pack, with bonus optimized textures.
2. Just the fur shine fixes.
3> Full package with 1 esp not 2
[better pictures are coming, I need before and after pictures too]

Hi there!
So, a few months ago, I began tinkering around with the Creation Kit for the first time: in part because I like to create things, and in part because I couldn't find too many followers that I really liked. A few days of silly mistakes and much CK-crashing later, I had two created and working in the game. A lil' later, I had one packaged up and ready for testing!
Theeeeeennn as I am prone to do, I completely lost interest in Skyrim for a while. It's the kind of game I'll pick up almost exclusively for a month or two; then leave alone for a while. About a week ago, I picked it right back up again - and lo and behold; still had that one package still tucked safely away from the frenzied clutter-cleaning I get into once in a while.
Thus, I'd like to present her here for testing - and have a topic open for any other NPCs I create along the way. I do have one other, but I never set her up as a standalone - and would have to go find my guides again before I can put something together.
Selan (Arcadia's Cauldron: Whiterun)
At the moment, she's the most basic of Followers. She stabs, flings ice bolts, angers your other followers from time to time, and blocks narrow hallways with her sorceress-y hips.
My plan a few months ago was to start tinkering with items and quests and couriers and the like so that I could put some actual setup and development for her as a character into the game with her - and should I get the CK to play nice again, I think I'll look at that. I had wanted to do a lot of custom dialogue; but it would feel a little odd to have it totally unvoiced.
Let me know what you think - and please let me know if it doesn't work or breaks things in weird and wonderful ways! This being my first attempt at modding, it's likely I've mucked a few things up in the process - and I'd like to get it working good n' proper before I go completely crazy with the NPC-making.
To install: Extract into your Skyrim directory.

Meet Jasmine,an ex nightingale and sister of Karliah(notice the eyes).She left after Karliah did and wants no part of the organization thinking that they are all fools!She has since been staying in the basement of helga's bunkhouse waiting for someone worthy to come along.Will that someone be you?Jasmine is a one handed style warrior level's with the player up to 250,she has a full set of nightingale armor,sword and bow as well as 100 ebony arrows she is standalone and can be married.I am unsure but you may need the mod more follower voices plus kajeiht(not sure how to spell that)marriage to use her as a follower but you can still marry her even without that.She will be naked when you first meet her because she is very proud of her body,and you will see why,but just trade with her or take her outside and she will equip her stuff.Works very well with my other followers Nakia and Demonika they make an awesome team all together,but she is also more then enough by herself.She is a dark elf set to any crime has juggernat 80,stealth 80,armsmen 80,muffled movement and the lightfoot perk,so she wont set off any traps.I hope you enjoy her as much as I have!On another note if anyone has a request for a follower or to change someone in the game let me know and if I can I will do it.

Changes the two male nord Housecarls from Hearthfire to female Redguards.
I'm sure not the first mod of this kind for them, but the first you can find. There are hundreds of Lydias, but the Hearthfire NPC's are seldom touched. So i put my big boy pants on and a cup of coffee (instead hot chocolate) and did it my self.
If you experience neck gaps and/or colour mismatching you might want to "reset" the sisters with the console command [recycleactor]. Just take everything they carry. The reset deletes items, though follower status stays. If you have them following you, they will directly come back. Therefore it's recommended.
Open console while looking at the npc

click on the npc
V
make sure the right npc is clicked
V
write recycleactor.

Sierra used to be a vigilant when she first came out in nexus.
But illegal activities....... left the organization no choice but to kick her out.
She is down and out at Nightgate inn waiting to be hired.
She is weapon-independent. She uses UNP body i guess( tbh i didn't ask uga and he didn't stat it in mod page).
Her abilities are what made her pay the price.
Plans:
Balance her abilities according to level.
Like Zoe, this is a redone of the follower sierra, overwrite the original files.
There are 3 followers at the original author's page, choose sierra.
