No no, you've got it all wrong. It's the best game eva!
I can't wait to download my fake hi-rez Nexus texture mods!
Hey! I will grab the original textures and upscale them 2X and 4X!
It will be an AWESOME mod! (And for sure somebody on Nexus will do it...)
Hey, easy there, don't steal my idea! I'm going to sell it for a few bucks. I need the money.

Fuuuucking hell, this thread has become the biggest negative circlejerk I've seen all month. Are some of you even listening to yourselves?
Less-than-stellar graphics on the PS4 version? No item icons and an animated perk chart? Stylistically resembles Fallout 3?
0/5!
0/10!
Worst game of the decade!
Sub-par hiking simulator!
Yet another overrated Bethesda game!

Of course elevators work 200+ years in the future...
Come on, it's not much different than the nuclear powered radios you'd find in any abandoned building in FNV.

It's not just the ability to use hires textures though, more VRAM allows you to unlock some advanced graphics settings as well. In GTA V, in order to enable certain graphics options you need to have plenty of VRAM for instance.

Here's what I think about that footage...
- Retarded AI, both the friendly and the foe
- Overly simplified loot (not even icons for items)
- Bad, boring music
- Uninspiring combat (pretty much the same as FNV)
- Animated perk chart (is that even necessary?)
- Leaves the dog downstairs, takes the elevator a few stories up, the dog magically reappears.
- Yet another overrated Bethesda game

If I ever buy this game, I'm going to make that kid killable and change the objective as "find that little bugger and kill it 10 times in the most gruesome way possible". How about that? Sound like a worthy goal. For ruining my sex life, of course.
1 -
Hope that kid is killable...Ugh, probably not...

Careful! Read at your own discretion:
Your wife/husband is killed
Your son is taken by some EVIL SHADY PEOPLE
"Have you seen my
dadson?"Welcome to the main plot!
Oh, how very creative!
Who would want a goddam child in a game, let alone spend the whole game trying to find it?! If that's indeed the main plot then the game is already dead to me. Also reminds me of Sandra Reed's description of how the game begins, wife dead, robots/androids killing and kidnapping people. Also, how can I have mindless sex here and there if I'm to find the goddamn kid? Way to kill people's libido! Grrr!

Heh, brings back memories... Consider this mod dead if you haven't already done so, as I've deleted the file attachments on the first post and don't think I have them anywhere else.
SexLab still doesn't seem to have the features I want to create the mod I imagined back then, so not thinking of returning to modding just yet.

I don't know which one performs better with ENB, but I know that there are people who use ENB with weaker AMD cards.

Which one is better for modded skyrim by the way?
I'm sure the same question has been asked many times
[Help] GTX 970 or R9 390 for heavy modding?

I'm having a really weird problem with downloads that just started happening in the last day or two. So far I've downloaded three mods over in the Sexlab Framework section successfully, except that they all have their ".rar" file extensions changed to ".solitaire8". I have no idea why this is occurring, and why only in the last day. I'm using Edge on Windows 10.
Just to reiterate, the files are downloading fine except I have to rename them to fix the file extension.
Sounds like incorrect handling of mime types or the work of a malware.

The performance of these cards varies from game to game, even driver to driver. I'd check the reviews on the Net that include benchmarks for the games you're interested in. If there was a clear winner we'd recommend you that one. If you can't get a 980, neither the 970 nor the 390 would be a bad choice. Just try not to buy one with the reference cooler.

Is the vram of the 390 really not important?
Well, there are a few recent (that I know of) games that can benefit from having more VRAM (6GB+), such as Shadow of Mordor and GTA V. If you want the card to be slightly more future-proof, you can go for the 8GB version if your budget allows.

Also:
-No repairs
-Contextual cover
-Theft system is skyrim like
-Survival mode does not come with fatigue/thirst/hunger like Hardcore mode in NV
-Dialogue options with which you can talk yourself out of situations are colored orange/red/perhaps more
Ugh, say no more. This is clearly more of an action game and less of an RPG.

Right, I didn't think they all came from the same source. Well, the PS4 version looks pretty bad then. I suppose the xbox version will be even worse. You can see it's on the playstation from the dialog.

They might have taken those screenshots on a low-end machine and/or by turning some of the graphical settings down, at least I hope that was the case. I think it's also possible that the version that they've been playing is still unfinished. Otherwise, I agree, it's probably a joke. Was that a joke post or does it actually look like that?

He's "Tha Grandmasta of all Typos".@CGi: I think when you speak about 890 or 790, for nVidia cards you are speaking about the GTX 980 and 970 series... (Of course I can be wrong.)

That outfit looks way washed-out, flat and horrible really.
Edit: It may be because of a visual FX though (the NPC you wish to interact with looks washed-out when selected).

Well, I don't think the Fallout world is supposed to be fun to look at. I mean, the "post-apocalyptic" setting loses its power if the world doesn't look like it.But that would be no fun to look at, so we all have to use our imaginations a little bit.

The ruined houses look very realistic.
Might look realistic for a place just ruined by an earthquake or a storm, not realistic at all for 200 years after the war in a post-apocalyptic world.

Well, to me, the 970 is a faulty product, but I've also heard many complaints about AMD 290 series (390 is a rebrand) and their throttling when the cards get hot. So, if you live in a relatively cold country and have a case with good airflow, then get a 390 (8GB VRAM is preferable) otherwise try to get a 980.

I'm also looking for a "Fuck the Goddam College of Winterhold" type of mod, because those lazy good-for-nothings well deserve to die!
