I never have used a hormones-version for this character. Just played for a few hours (level 3). I was waiting for the update. But to check it out I made a clean save. I also set body weight to 20 (player.set npcweight 20) but after the install it immediatley snapped back to 0. No chance to move the shape weiight slider.

Started a new game after I loaded my old save and discovering my character's weight was permanently stuck at 0 I installed this version. Starting up as a male argonian resulted in the bars resetting to 0 again. Going to put in the update from 2 updates ago to start the game then put it in afterwords.
Edit: Hitting reset changes wound up making my character height at 0.
Used 2.0 on a fresh game. Weight stuck at 0, cannot change the shape value as well. Often my tattoos change from black to light blue after an update.

Everything is normal.. Have you changed the output to the console? The whole time I am playing with it, I am checking with the console to learn how the npcs react etc at least twice in a minute. I always had output to read.

That tells me that everything is running as it should be. So either something is going wrong in the scanner, or restarting bypasses the delays that were put in place for a reason. ie. Nothing is happening, because nothing is supposed to happen for one reason or another.If you see the above you should also at least see Population Count coming from the scanner. If you see Population Count, the scanner is working. I've added more lines to the scanner to try and pin down the reason NPCs are being ignored.
I always get output from the scanner debug with info like locked, notvisible, banned. The Scanner does not stop and as you say it displays a popcount(x).
The other debug function does not deliver output if it happens. After clearing the console with CLS I used a stop watch to measure realtime. Within 12 minutes I got one message after 7 minutes and 12 seconds: GetVATSValue 6,15 -> 0,00. This message came up three more times in irregular points of time. Nothing else.
If everything is working, the NPC might not do a thing but I have entries like this:
SODRTLQualify:Abort(NCRTrooper):CycleDelay:11
This CycleDelay is then counting down and after that it shows the values for this NPC like:
SODRTLRecordEval(NCR Trooper):Budget: 120
SODRTLAppearanceEval(NCR Trooper):Recognized: 0
Speaking to the most NPC only gave me the customized option and this option chosen 'This NPC is not yet ready...'. It seems that the creatons of the characters did not go on. It did not.
I made a save after this 12 minutes and restarted the game.
After SODRTL was initialised (message) the first thing happend was that it started to check and create the NPCs/values:
SODRTLCompatibilityEval:(NCRTrooper):Compatible: 1 (and all the other values if it processes a character the first time)
Another info: I got a <no name> again:
SODRTLScan:(<no name>): Locked

I have none of these problems. I don't know what else to do except keep adding debug until you see something.
Landmark is currently only for one static, non-mobile player home.
I installed the new version. Thx for this. I got stuck once in the Wrangler with it. The last outpout in the console was:
SODRTL(ERROR): MAIN QUEST RUNNING
SODRTL(ERROR): BASE LIST ADDED
SODRTL(ERROR): BASE SPELL ADDED
After restarting my game all started working again. I recognized that these three lines showed up here and there but nothing got stuck.

Started a new game with the latest version and I am now level 10. Until now it did not get stuck, but I ran into other situations:
a. I ran along the railroads from Jean's to Sloan. There were quite a lot of Powder Gangers (Increased Wasteland Spawns) and as I was not yet liked at this time I got theses stalker warnings. So far nothing special. But visiting Eddy the PGs gave me 'ann odd look' and started following me without doing anything to me. So I got 5 PGs following me around in the Jail. I think something is messed up here. Stalker are set to hardcore and it worked with one PG before. [Force] -> [submit] -> [Positive Response].
b. I got stuck in an endless loop. In the Prospector Salloon one settler talked to me [solicitation] -> [Not here]. In the bathroom I spoke to him again and got [solicitation] and after clicking that I could choose between: [Prostituion], Goodbye. Choosing [Prostitution] took me back to [solicitation]. An endless loop.
Edit:
to a.: getting the stalkers to agree to an activity got two ot the meanwhile 6 to rape me. The other ones seemed to get a fix when I was leaving the NCRCF by using the doors and not by fast travel. After leaving one after another showed up and wanted to rape me. I hope that fixed it. Back at the Prospector Salloon the script(s) did stop working again, no console output for debug anymore. Luckily restarting the game helped this time.
to b.: After restarting the game the same settler tried solicitation again, but this time it worked without the loop.
I also got some more questions:
What is the reason for the landmarks exactly? I know it is for the player home... What do I do with a mobile home and what for multiple homes?
I recognized that I can have activities with more than one npc. Is this wanted, a bug or a feature. For example: I can have supper with one npc, hang out with another and drink with a third at the same time? Should I avoid doing this or is it some kind of group feature?
Edit 2:
Just got a [solicitation] and the patron followed me when another one spoke to me [solicitation]. So I had two customers following me. The second one was waiting until I finished the first one. Shouldn't this be avoided? The first customer might not like the second one waiting and watching him, well, not everyone I guess.
Edit 3:
I could not get rid of 2 PGs who I defended agains. They followed me everywhere outside. So they accompanied me to the outpost and the NCR did not care and then they fought a pack of nigthstalkers with me, which killed one of them. The other one is still following me. If I fast travel they stay at the point where I started the fast travel.
Edit 4:
I am around level 20 now and it stops working very often now. I have to restart the game and until now this starts the scripts again. It happens often after combat and fast travel.

Who is AWG Bulldog? What mods are you using to modify the wrangler?Hornsby was added to the ban list for the next copy.
AWG Bulldog is one of the vanilla Wrangler Guards, I just renamed him with your tool.
I am using Populated Casinos medium.
I have the problem that there is no reaction with the people again. The console output looks different though. Made a bunch of screenshots and sorted by filename:

Edit: Using this mod that adds some NPCs to the Prospector Saloon and the M. Outpost. No AWOP with this character.

Don't be discouraged by the complexity of the mod...
It is easier to understand if you use Fallout New Vegas Edit 3.0.32.
The other minor details to note:
- Use FOMM to set the Load Order properly if you can, before running FNVEdit 3.0.32
- If you are making any changes to any scripts, do so in GECK and not FNVEdit 3.0.32... I mean any script or scripts embedded in Dialogues.
I would love to converse with you further in regards to expanding the mod with reasonable suggestions to t3589.

I just started it with FNV Edit and I must say it is much overseeable as with the GECK.
I won't make changes myself. I was pretty much into scripting for Oblivion, but that seems ages away. Just tried around with formlists a few days ago to get started again but the progress is frustratingly slow.

Sure we can converse, but don't write too much at once as i am getting tired reading on a screen quickly

The first <no name> means the dialog ref he had was null. No clue how that could happen. If he has no dialog ref, he shouldn't say anything at all. The second one is the PlayerREF. Again, I have no idea how the player ref could turn up null. Never seen that one before.You have to complete the Atomic Pimp quest before you have permission to work the floor as a prostitute at the Wrangler. Otherwise, they will consider it a trespass, and will try to extort sex from you, in exchange for their silence.
EDIT: btw you can use the masks from SexoutStore. They're much more elegant than a hockey mask. I'm not sure you can give a BJ with a hockey mask on. I ported those other masks for this very reason. You can perform oral while wearing them. Don't forget to set the mask to 'leave on' or your ID will be revealed when it comes off during sex.
Masks: good hint, haven't had installed the store for ages.
Wrangler: 'Trespassing' was very irritating for me, but now it is completely clear.

Couldn't get rid of Cpl. Walter Hornsby anymore. He was following me all the time and resetting the NPC did not help. Had a save a few seconds before. So I just reloaded and avoided him.

Submissive/Dominant-Perk: I recognized that taking one perk does not exclude the other one. As a pro my character might want to fullfill both kind of customers and take both perks. This will probably give some kind of problem, right? Are they nullifying each other or how is that handled?
I had this before and just wanted to report it. It does not happen very often, only every here and then.
SODRTL:(Atomic Wrangler Guard):Says:(<no name>):To:(<no name>)
[Extortion: Trespassing] I just did my first strip show at the wrangler and got my pay by Garret when one of the guards approached me with this dialog. I was wearing a hockey mask and a prostitute outfit. We were standing in front of the desk/counter. What was that for?

OK I've added in some console output for if this happens again. Just turn on the scan debug and look for an error in the console. If the mod stops responding again, I'll need some feedback on the when where what and whether or not an error was returned in the console.
Ok, when this will happen again I will give you as much info as possible.
Another thing that I noticed:
Here and then NPCs offer 'Drink?' or 'Hangout?' and I can reply to that (accept, deny, ignore). It happens here and then that I get the 'Drink?/Hangout?' but no answer option is given. if I click on this NPC I see the activity dialogue option. So this works like an automatical yes-answer. Is that a bug or a feature?
And a question:
Are perks like 'submissive' and 'dominant' recognized or is this a waste of perk points?

I haven't tried it yet, but this mod already has a stalker submit in place. If the submit mod also initiates approaches, it's probably a safe bet not to test this mod with that one enabled.
That being said, I would at some point like to account for lockouts on a more detailed level. For example: Submit locks the player out I'm assuming because they're not ready to have sex again yet. This mod in turn would respect that, but still alllow dialog excepting those dialogs that relate to the reason which submit has blocked it for.
The only hurdle is to find out the reason that the player has been excluded, and account for it accordingly. I know it doesn't seem like it right now, but eventually I would like to account for as many of the other popular mods here as possible. I don't enjoy the fact that this mod is somewhat exclusive to itself. I've simply resigned to it ftm for the purpose of sanity.
I think this mod is just so broad, that it must stand alone before it gets along with others.
I started a new character a few hour ago, did not want to invest too much time trying around to get it working. This time without submit.
I don't mind that your mod is kinda exclusive. First: At the beginning I started the GECK to check out some things, wanted to know how it works. Well, I gave up very fast as it is quite big/huge. Totally understandable to get this working before adapting it to work with other mods. Second: It gives a lot to the player. For me it is 'The Sims (for adults)' plus Fallout. I am always very dissapointed how lifeless vanilla characters in open world games are. And here we are: NPCs with character and a different one every playthrough.
There are only two things that bug me a little: I find it very hard to make a living as a pro during the first levels (expecially to get patrons) and there are not enough visitors to bars, not enough bars at all. The salloon in GS has a settler and Sunny and Easy Pete needs a week to reload his gun, Novac is totally dead, you can only go for the entertainer in his hotelroom and circling around ranger Andy or Cliff Brisco. Boulder City is also dead (ried a mod that made it a table dance bar, but it needed one of theses dance mods which broke the sexout anims). For me the whole thing with the prostitution gets started to pay out in the Wrangler with populated casino (light/medium). I play without fast travel and when I arrive in Freeside I already make more caps by selling my loot.
I think a main proplem is my weak computer. I will replace it within the next weeks somewhen. I am mostly above 30FPS and I think the scripts need more time than on an acutal computer. I just cleared out the outside of primm with around 20 powdergangers and as I entered the Vicki and Vance, when I recognized that there were no reactions again. Activating the scanner debug showed that nothing happend, no output to console. I waited a few miniutes and then I restarted the game. After 20-30 seconds I got the usual output in the console. I guess my PC just choked on the script.
All in all, I am addicted to your mod. This is great work and I am looking forward to the future updates

PlayerNotNow means another mod has set the player off limits to all other mods that respect the setting.
Thx, I guess I know which one. Will it help to just disable the mod which did this (or are there consequences)? I remember from oblivion scripting that some changes can only be undune by the script which made them.
Well I doubt the mod will set it permanently. I'm assuming the mod would eventually unblock when it's finished with whatever it needed to block other mods for. Which mod btw?
It might be 'submit'. The only one I added recently. But it is just a guess.

Jackson: I am using smaller talk and talked half a dozen times to Jackson. I have to talk to some NPC more than once until the dialog shows up. Sometimes I get partial dialog. For example friendly and customize option. If I choose customize I only get two option on the terminal: Exclude/Include and Reset (no customization). Just felt incomplete to me and that was the reason for the wild guess regarding the scripts. Didn't want to offend you.
Regarding the new version: NPC are talking/acting much faster. Feels much more smooth in general on my old machine.

I have around a dozen patrons now. At least 3 have payed in caps, although I gave two of them a discount. I danced multiple times at the Wrangler and got payed a lot (7000+ caps). But I still don't have an option to adjust my rates. Has this been taken out or do I miss something?
I bought the NCR-license for 1,000 caps form Klemp and then I did the Morales quest (just for info) and while i was working at the outpost and at one of the ranger stations I was blackmailed due to unlicensed soliciting. Is this license only valid for Mac Carren? When yes, where do I get the other ones?
Sometimes the dialogue options don't show up. The NPC act like they are using the scripts. So Ranger Jackson at the outpost approched me 'soliciting'. I choose 'not here'. He follows my PC outside where I activate him but non of the dialogue options is present. In the console it reads 'Ranger Jackson - follow detected'. So I could not get rid of him. So I reloaded a save in the end. It feels like scripts are somehow running at the same time and some are not finished when others already are in action, kind of synchronisation problem?

Thank you but isn't that for the game itself? I meant to run the Creation Kit for Skyrim, because I can't get my mod esps in the CK if I just click run. It's only an issue because I wanted to make a mod using mod assets.This is probably a stupid question, but how do I use the Creation Kit with MO? If I run it from steam it has none of my mod esps, and adding the steam exe throws up an error message. I can't remember what and I'm away from my gaming rig right now so I will find it and post the error message here tomorrow.
Not stupid at all. You have to start it with MO. On the upper right side in MO you have the 'Run' button. Left of it is a button to start executables (and set them up). Click it and choose 'edit'. Create a new executable:
a. Title: Just give it a name like 'GECK' -> only for you to know what it is
b. Binary: 'C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\nvse_loader.exe' -> no quotes (I assume you want to use NVSE too)
c. Argument: '-editor' -> no quotes
Confirm it by 'modify'.
Now you should be able to choose your executable 'GECK' and press the run-button to start it.

No, the Run-Button starts what you have selected in the butten left to it. if you have selected 'Skyrim Launcher' it will start the launcher, if you have select SKSE it will start the game with SKSE, if you have selected Creation Kit it will start the Creation Kit and so on. The Run-Button refers to the choice to its left.

You have your stuff in a good place (same as mine). This could indeed be a bug with the new one(s). Can others verify?
Take a look at the issue tracker. If it's not reported, report it. If the old one worked fine, use that one for now. I'll check on this too.
INI-Files - The INI-Files tab shows any ini files located inside the mod. You may edit any ini file and save using the Save button at the bottom. You can also create a new ini file tweak for the mod by right-clicking in the lower left box and selecting Create Tweak. After entering a name and clicking OK, you can edit your custom ini file with any ini tweaks you desire
You may want to check and see if you can edit the ini files, and see if they save.

I got 'NCR Trooper is stuck in the friend zone' three times. I am just trying to earn some money at the NCR Outpost and I am wearing the NCR Prostitute Outfit (Got it from Klemp for 1,000 caps). I have set my PC to bi, I have set the mod to 'mixed'. The most of the male NPC at the outpost only give me the 'Friendly' conservation topic. Are they all gay?
Hmmm. Well I can't say it's not a possibility, though it'd be like winning the lottery. It's probably something else. The commitment level caps do need some more work. I would try giving them a few minutes to pass through again.
OK, I will do that. My machine is pretty slow (i7 2.6 GHz) and places like the outpost give me the feeling it is chooking because of the scripts.

I am using Mod Organizer for Fallout NV and also MO profiles. When I make changes in the settings (Audio, Display, Gameplay) they are not saved. For example: I switch death cam to 'player view' and next time I start the game it has the value 'cinematic'. I had a look into the profile folders and there are ini files but they are a few days old. In 'Mygames' are also no ini-files with the actual date. I have the feeling that the changes are not saved at all.
How do I make MO to save the changes in the settings?

Ah, that's what is happening. I just browsed the forum because of schrinking breasts, butt and belly. When I started my character i had another daily routine and all seemed to work fine with the scaling. But now my breasts are only shrinking. There is definetly still someting wrong with the scaling-update/-calculation. My character is a normal human (no succubus, bimbo, curses). I am using Beeing Female, Bathing in Skyrim, Apropos, SlaveTats and I am going to try Realistic Needs and Diseases with the Sexlab plugin.
