    Go to the other tab, select all and copy.

    Go back to the previous, click where you want to put the other content, and paste.

    Submit the first post.

    Then delete the second.

    (that field is more useful for just normal links)

    Now, when you press "insert into post" it will look like a plain link, but just press ENTER. and the forum will generate the picture/video for you.
