I have replaced female body with zkec normal/original low and (kaihen)E-cup top (explorer is only good for push-up effect.. irrelevant info)

I think skin gloss is 1000? which goes from anime oily to wet, which does look decent. Also wet-ish skin is best for bath type images!

Preset is a preset, its a setting that is already made for ..something. I call my enb a "preset" because it takes almost everything from ATE but removes darkness, keeps deepish shadows, gamma and so on. There are few things that are different but i did use that ENB as base.

Do you have HDR on in settings menu? enb does not work with bloom in oblivion.

Tetrotoxin used to use obgev2 or 3 for his screenshots. Colormood and other things also adds depth, coloration etc..
However if head shape is "off" then you might have wrong head mesh as stated above. I think Synx race itself came with 2 or 3? headmeshes. (2 female 1 male)  and I think Isabel is "synx 2"

Just ENB, clever console commands (fov # and setfog) used in these images. Photoshop is only usable for resizing files (8mb bmp -> 900kb jpeg)
 

CS window is like half-head wrong so your best bet is to import face with wrye bash.

Try whatever fits your tastes. I personally like A Tweaked ENB and my own ENB is sort of a preset for that.

If it doesnt work, just delete anything enb_ from your root folder (where oblivion.exe is) and test other ENBs. (keep d3d9.dll)

DR enb was way too weird in my system and i avoid things that are too white/bloomy.

I was more or less just stating that it's not a "texture for waters" because.. foamy world would look stupid. (also i generally avoid messing with items that have shader.. this was taken in a bath with water)
