So.. How should i say this.. Or fix this?

I hardly played this game other than taking character screens in the past years but there's something weird now.
My roads stopped showing up recently. I have no texture replacers but even QTP made no difference.

Here comes the weird part.

Texture quality medium: i see roads and even grass grows on roads for some reason
Texture quality High: roads disappear.

I did reinstall the game and moved saves to new folder but that didn't work and now my enb refuses to work.
I can live with that but why roads are like this...

Not toe to hairstand picture one but a little more revealing like this. 

"Uncensored" is not out there yet.

I can upload it if someone wants to be distracted by his horse schlong or whatever one works with.

Nord and with some textures and not-ECE mod (wtf it was i use?) sliders work wonders. I personally don't like "animeish style".

(Hell even my oblivion is modded to be on par with modded skyrim XD )
