Full list of dialogues where Solutions and DYKWIA conflict: So as it stands now, 13 dialogue conflicts that Solutions loses if it's before DYKWIA in load order. -

A quick look in TES5Edit shows why they conflict. A compatibility patch could be made, but it would take a bit of time and would probably have to be updated quite often whenever one or the other mod gets updated in case of more conflicts. The simple solution for now is to put the mod you want to win out in the conflicts the most often below the other mod in load order. Here's an example of a conflict, the radiant thief dialogue: -

Try the "reset animation registry" option under Sexlab Framework's "Rebuild and Clean" tab. It's possible yours got a little borked, but resetting it should fix it. -

Ah ok, that was probably it then. I ran into the farmer on the road between Riverwood and the Honningbrew Meadery, so the closest giant camp was a fair ways off. -

How is the Painted Cow event supposed to work? After I talked to the farmer and said I'd go offer myself to the giants, the farmer agreed and said to come back afterwards and he'd reward me. I then ran to the nearest giant camp that I knew of and the giants there killed me the moment I ran up to them. Was a quest supposed to start maybe? -

Minor bug report: When you talk to Hadvar about joining the Legion, the PC's dialogue and Hadvar's response don't match. PC: "I'll join if you give me a good time, handsome. (Sex)" [DIAL:xx000D72] Hadvar: "I can't speak for all our members, but I guess it would be no harm in giving you a little sampling." I believe the PC originally had a dialogue saying they'd join if he could show the Legion men were good in bed but it was changed since then and Hadvar's response didn't change to compensate. -
It's possible that the armor she's wearing doesn't have the belly weights. Try giving her an armor that you know for sure grows with the pregnant belly.

There shouldn't be any issue with using the Solutions patches. All they do is preserve the changes made by Prison Overhaul and/or Alternate Start when adding the extra dialogue option in Solutions. From Prison Overhaul's standpoint, there is no change from it to the patch, so no conflict. It only affects the Riften prison guard that tries to stop you from visiting the Riften jail. It would not affect the MCM menu at all. Your conflict lies elsewhere, or more likely you might need to redownload Inte's patch.

I'm all for more sex but one thing that needs to be kept in mind is that the quest is all about Svana wanting to shame Haelga into being more discrete about her sleeping around. I could see Haelga talking the PC into sex to ensure their silence... I have a harder time seeing Svana getting interested in a one night stand when she's pretty much the most sexually uptight person in Skyrim. That being said though, I could see it going down as Haelga convincing the PC to have sex with her to keep them silent and then guessing correctly that Svana put them up to it, in which case she might ask the Dragonborn to seduce Svana to get her off her back about her promiscuity... turn the tables on her, so to speak. ;-) It would depend on whether WraithSlayer felt like adding a possible extra round of sexy shenanigans after the quest would normally be done. Essentially, it would be adding an extra quest on the end. -
Have you tried starting a new game to see if it's a problem specific to that savegame?

It depends on what you have the birth option set to. You either give birth to a baby soulstone, an item (baby that never grows into a child) or an actor (child). Currently there's no giving birth to a baby that later grows into a child... and children do not currently grow into adults. So if you want a child that will follow you around, set the option to "actor", and if you want a baby, set it to item. If you just want to harvest your baby's soul into a soulgem... choose soulgem.

There isn't a Solution for the thugs yet. I recommend getting the mod Timing Is Everything One of the options is to change the minimum value of stolen objects before the thugs are triggered. In Vanilla, the thugs can be triggered just from stealing something essentially worthless, but if you change the value in TIE to something like 400-500 gold or more, it's a lot more believable. I mean... yeah maybe someone is petty enough to send a group of thugs after you because you stole their sweet roll... but most people wouldn't bother unless you stole something really valuable. You can also change the minimum level and murder/assault numbers on hired assassins so they're not triggered when you accidentally punch one dude at level 1. There are a lot of other good options in there, like changing the level that vampires attacking towns starts... or turn it off completely by changing it to level 101. -

I believe to get the "Can you make me a blood-kin?" dialogue, you have to visit one of the orc strongholds. Just discovering it is likely enough... but talking to the person who tells you to get lost doesn't hurt. Then you can approach any orc in a city that has a favor quest. I believe the dialogue is linked to asking about the strongholds, where they tell you the names of them which also puts them on your map. That being said, the new option added will make it significantly easier since you can pick it up when you first discover an orc stronghold rather than having to discover one and then go back to a city and find an orc. -
It has to be a body with the belly weights. Some choices for the UNP/UNPB body: UNP Jiggle by Kendo 2 UNP Variant for HDT v 1.01 (I have not personally tested this one so I can't vouch for whether the PSB belly weights work correctly or not) b3lisario's UNPB BBP Pregnant Body (beta) (This one has been around the longest... I'm unsure if the NPC.Belly bones are up to date with the latest HDT xml... stuff. Someone more knowledgeable than I on such matters could chime in.) There might be other bodies available out there but those are the ones i know of that have the belly weights.

If nothing else, perhaps bypass the "help x number of people" part entirely and maybe agree to be the Jarl's consort to achieve the Thane status? Though that might be tricky still since one still has to own property in a hold to become a Thane... hmm. -

In the Sanuarach Mine quest, I'm not getting the dialogue option to convince Atar to leave with sex. I don't have any conflicts showing in TES5Edit, but the dialogue option isn't there. The other sex dialogue in this quest (getting sex from Ainethatch) works fine though. -

If you check the Brawl Bugs thread, in the second message there's a file that ErchinPL made that removes the other events that break brawls, so they no longer cause the hostility bug. It's considered a cheat though because to bypass all the other conflicting effects, it also removes spellcasting and I think potion detection so you could potentially heal up in a brawl without it being called a foul. On the bright side though, you no longer break the brawl just because some mod adds an effect that the brawl misinterprets as you cheating. If you have Schlongs of Skyrim, that overwrites the brawl bug patch with a version that might potentially not work as well. It's supposedly the same files but I had less broken brawls when I removed SOS's conflicts with it so... I don't know. That being said, being able to bypass a brawl with sex is the best option. :-D Unless it's with someone you don't want to bone. -

While I agree that would be an interesting addition, it's a bit complicated for something that's already outside the scope of Solutions, since acquiring a dog or horse isn't technically a quest... or not much of one if it does count as a quest. I could see it as a separate add-on, or even a small mod that had several such exchanges for sex, like perhaps being able to trade sex with a merchant for some armor and a weapon, like if you had all your stuff stolen or were using a "left for dead" scenario from LAL. Negotiating a discount for property could also be a good addition to it. If WraithSlayer wants to include all that in Solutions though, I have no problem with it. ;-) -

Maybe rather than trying to get the giants to have a dialogue, it could be an item-initiated sex event? Like maybe a potion called "Jar of paint" or whatever so while under the effects if you get really close to a giant, it initiates sex and completes the quest. So rather than a painted cow to do with as they pleased, they get a painted Dragonborn. ;-) So immersion isn't broken by the giant just automatically knowing you're there for sex, but it would also make more sense than trying to have a dialogue with a creature that's not supposed to be able to talk. -

You don't fast travel until you step onto the wagon... I think the gold is taken when you do step onto it though you'd have to somehow cue a free ride... sounds like more trouble than it's worth though, especially since many people use mods like "Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships" or "Touring Carriages". There's also the issue that the carriage driver might become bugged if he's pulled off of the carriage for a sex scene (I've never tried so I'm not sure). -
You can birth either soul gems (self explanatory), items (consider them infants you carry around), or actors (grown children) depending on what you have selected to give birth to. The baby items don't grow into children at this time... and might not ever unless someone figures out a non-buggy way to do it and makes a plugin. So decide what you want to give birth to and set the menu option accordingly.

I always try to minimize plugin usage for that very reason hence why I have the option to have both patches merged in one in the install. If you're that close to your limit though, you should probably look through your mods and to see if you can merge any of them. Very simple mods that only have a plugin are good candidates for merging. Compatibility patches are as well. You can definitely roll the Solutions patch in with your other compatibility patch(es).
