I just updated to Sexlab 1.60 (most recent version that I downloaded yesterday) following the instructions on the page (Overwriting 1.59c Mod Organizer installation). When I try to compile a script in my mod, several sexlab scripts report errors. In other words, my script compiles but the SexLab scripts fail with all kinds of errors. I thought maybe I needed to unpack the latest files to replace the old scripts but apparently there is no BSA to unpack (didn't remember if I had done that before or not). Many of the errors are the same... something about float variables not being [marshalled... not the word they used. Can't remember the exact wording but that is the gist that I understood] properly. EDIT: Here are the output details. It appears that output is NOT generated for my script. Starting 1 compile threads for 1 files...Compiling "QuestSexTracker"...C:\Program Files (x86)\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\PapyrusUtil.psc(234,16): ResizeFloatArray is not a Is this a place for modding help? I am having a problem with quest dialog that stops working after I make changes to the quest (specifically adding a quest scene, modifying scripts, and changing script properties: both adding and removing). I recreated the SEQ file just in case but it didn't make a difference. Now if I add any dialog to the quest at all, even without any conditions, it doesn't work. If I recreate the same dialogue in a new quest it works fine (after creating the SEQ file of course).

I have confirmed that this mod is causing a problem with some other mod I am using. I have a feeling it is radiant prostitution because when I am doing quests in that mod with SLEN activated... there comes a point when Skyrim will either freeze or I will be completely unable to interact with the game. It is weird because I haven't done anything with SLEN yet. Yet it would consistently bug out when I was on my 7th client for the evening. When I deactivated SLEN it worked fine. The MCM menu issue may have been the result of activating the mod without backing out before making changes to settings... or it may also have been a result of the conflict. It didn't happen this time around but of course I hadn't been playing for quite as long. Does anyone else have both of these mods?

Radiant Prostitution 3.2.2 (29-Oct-2015)
shebop replied to WraithSlayer's topic in Downloads - SexLab Framework
I have been busy lately and on vacation before that so it has been a few weeks. Yes... what you say is also an issue but it isn't the only evidence. It may actually have something to do with compatibility or recent changes to sexlab but I have Spectator Crowds installed and every time my female character has sex with another female character, all the men complain. The setting for this in Spectator Crowds that only gay men will complain about lesbian sex. In addition... this might just be my imagination but I have solicted sex from known "gay" men and they generally prefer anal. Now all the men prefer anal. EDIT: I have found that "all" is stretching it a bit in that last symptom. Sometimes they want vaginal but that used to happen more often than it does now. FYI I had never heard the men complain before this recent update. I updated this mod and SexLab at the same time (and loaded a savegame from the very beginning to clean). -
That may work but it doesn't solve the problem with SexLab not working anymore. I couldn't configure this at all. I have already tried exiting the MCM completely and going back. I click on SexLab and it is still blank. It also still shuts down all dependent MCM's after clicking it. So while I can configure other mods if I don't select SexLab, SexLab itself is inaccessible. I am starting my game again (I was at the beginning anyway) because I found an infinite loop bug in my own mod. If this solves the issue then I will let you know.

I downloaded this mod because this looks really nice... the sentiments in the description post mirror my sentiments exactly. Not really into all the extreme stuff that is posted here. Unfortunately the moment I activated it, SexLab stopped working... at least in the MCM. I noticed this just after doing something on the second tab from the bottom in the Eager NPC's MCM. It may have been the "add spells" stuff but I am not certain. I could not access the last settings tab for this mod. After exiting I could not access settings anymore in SexLab (blank list) or any other Sexlab Mod after I clicked on SexLab in the MCM mod list. Restarting the game did not help if I loaded a save AFTER the mod had been activated. Works fine if I load a save before. I finally unchecked the mod from the load order and things went back to normal. I would really like to use this mod so it would be nice to know what is happening and what I can do to fix it. Is this incompatible with any other sexlab mods such as radiant prostitution?

Skyrim SexLab - Sex Animation Framework v1.60.2 (hotfix 2) - UPDATED Sep 1st 2015
shebop replied to Ashal's topic in Downloads - SexLab Framework
Nice update! Thanks a bunch. Two things: Can we get an updated tag list? Old tags don't seem to pull up the same animations anymore. It is as though some tags have been removed from certain animations. I am getting an issue that seems to have to do with at least one mod that evaluate sexual orientation. Have the functions been changed for evaluating sexual orientation of an NPC? Because all men seem to react negatively when FF sex is going on. (I have the spectator crowds addon). In addition radiant prostitution seems to behave a bit differently. -
Radiant Prostitution 3.2.2 (29-Oct-2015)
shebop replied to WraithSlayer's topic in Downloads - SexLab Framework
Ever since updating to the Aug 20th version (almost?) all the men seem to be gay. Not sure if that is a problem with your mod or the new sexlab version because I updated both at the same time. However it makes "work" annoying though because all the men only want anal and every man that watches (I also have the spectator addon) reacts negatively which I have never experienced before. -
The Sisterhood of Dibella (2015-10-10)
shebop replied to skyrimll's topic in Downloads - SexLab Framework
LOL. Interesting. Our mods could actually work together in a curious way. It has a new faction that in a sense is that "corrupting" influence. The new player is given the choice between three different "paths" to choose from in order to serve Dibella. One devoted to art; one devoted to the "art of love," and another in which the player learns about the "other side" of the "Dibella coin." This last path involves learning more about a particular Daedra which is depicted as Dibella's counterpart and provides an embellishment of what little is known about this particular Daedra. (No... it is not Nocturnal, though she is part of the story). My version of the lore makes this Daedra Dibella's sibling (which while not explicit in the lore is still consistent with what is known in legitimate lore). If the player decides to pursue that path, she learns about (and is given the option to join) the secret faction that is completely devoted to a lifestyle obsessed with sex. A couple members of the vanilla Dibella factions are also part of this faction. EDIT: Where do I get the required dibella cult esp file? I am interested in trying this mod out and I can't find a download for it. -
Ok. It looks like I solved the problem. Apparently the SKSE installer that I ran yesterday to update to 1.7.3 from 1.7.2 did not install the new versions of its scripts over the old ones. That is a bit odd...
-
UPDATE ON PROBLEM: Ok. I just checked out the code to see if I can figure out what is wrong. Apparently ALL of these errors are the result of a library that is not imported into the script (Utility). Every error is the result of calling a member function of this class/file which is undeclared in the code file. If I added the import statement, would I need to recompile all the scripts in SexLab? Or is it something as simple as adding the Utility code file from the bsa to the scripts directory? Example (from sslBaseObject line 161): Tags = Utility.ResizeStringArray(Tags, (i + 1))
-
Looks like I will need to go back to version 1.59c if I want to keep working. It would be nice to see this fixed/resolved.
-
I posted the errors in the original post. See the spoiler.

I am creating a quest that involves dialog based sex depending on what dialog options are chosen. There is a script that runs when the animation is over (attached using the sexlab hook system). I have noticed that on occasion when an animation ends, clicking dialog options doesn't work. When I go up to another NPC unrelated to the quest and click on their dialog, nothing happens with them either. I have to save the game and reload it in order for any quest dialog to function properly again. Does anyone know what would cause this? Am I forgetting to do some step in responding to an animation end event that may lead to this?
-
Yes, that is correct. I cannot click on them. I suppose i could but this way is much cleaner. Instead of a mess of nested if then statements I have a single calculated value based on the two variables and a single switch-case based if - then series (switch and case are C++ keywords). I suppose I could get rid of one of the values though if I just relied on the quest stage.

The Sisterhood of Dibella (2015-10-10)
shebop replied to skyrimll's topic in Downloads - SexLab Framework
Interestingly I am working on my own mod that revolves around this theme as well. However it is a "Alternate start" add-on where the character starts out as a priestess of Dibella in Markarth. It adds some lore concerning one of the existing Daedra as well (which has not really been explored by Bethesda as of yet). The mod is a bit "alternative" in a way but is not extreme in terms of NC sex or sex with animals (not really a fan of either of those). I am curious about the join-able faction and the nature of this mod. When you say "out of balance" do you mean that sex is supposed to become more or less of a focus? What is the nature of the faction in this mod? -
One more thing that might be important: I do NOT respond to any other events; this includes the animation starts. I do not do anything with the animation thread. Am I supposed too?
-
Hmm... well I don't think either applies (except when the animation is started). The hooks themselves are linked using the OnInit() event and the method that is called is in its own script file along with that particular event. There is a "connection" to fragments but it works like this: There is a single script file used by all quests that have quest dialog based animation which is intended to respond to the end of an animation. The script has properties that link it to several global variables and all quests that use the script. The specific quest which is running is tracked in a property called "CurrentQuest" which is updated each time a save game is loaded (based on a global variable integer) and is changed by a fragment calling a function when a new quest begins. (The old quest script is now stopped using the "stop()" command). Before a sexlab animation is started by a specific quest dialog option (from a dialogue fragment), the same fragment updates a global variable with the quest stage value which starts the animation. Could this be the issue? Does the animation need to be started outside of a fragment? It may be important to note that not all animations handled by this fragment are started by the quest. Any mod that starts a sexlab animation is intercepted by the script because there is a default action that occurs for a specific animation tag if the player has joined a particular faction as a result of one of the quests. If the player is in that particular faction, an item is added to the player's inventory. If the any particular code will help I can post it. EDIT: in response to the most recent two posts... this an issue that occurs AFTER sex. The dialogues run just fine before then. I only create a new SEQ file when I add a new quest because as far as I understand it, the purpose of the SEQ file is to make sure the dialog is actually presented. The dialog options are ALL presented (and highlighted). I just can't click on them.

Follower mods & loverslab's sex mods
shebop replied to Gh0sTG0's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
I don't know anything about using UFO except for what I have read of its reputation... I use AFT (Amazing Follower Tweaks) currently. I have also used EFF (Extended Follower Framework). Both of these are fantastic follower mods and have a better reputation for being compatible with other mods than UFO. AFT is a bit less stable than EFF and a bit more difficult to use but it also has some nice features that are missing from EFF such as at least 3 default outfits for followers (One standard, one city outfit, and one home outfit.), and the ability to control more followers (as of the date I downloaded AFT). As far as follower sneaking, I use the "Better Stealth AI for Followers" mod on Nexus. I am not aware of any incompatibilities between these mods and mods here on LL but then again I only use about 10 mods from this sight. -

Did you remove the light version first? Over-writes can sometimes cause problems; particularly if you are not using Mod Organizer. -
Glitched animation after armor change
shebop replied to Swishie's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
I am no expert in mods here so I wouldn't really know the answer to your question. However, there are a few random things that come to mind (1 & 4 are most likely causes in my opinion): Not all armor is compatible with a given skeleton resource. If you have any kind of enhanced skeleton (which is common for Loverslab users) then that could be an issue. To overcome this you may need to download armor that is compatible with your skeleton. (I have on occasion had CTD's as a result of incompatibilities but I am not certain about the behavior you are describing). You may need to update your FNIS animations. You may need to update your batched patch if you use one (unlikely cause). Lastly... there are certain mods that do strange things with animations even without FNIS. I have never figured out which one(s) because it didn't happen all the time like you report and I have never had this kind of thing happen with my own character but my follower and/or her horse will on occasion float around in strange ways which are similar to the one shown. Usually it is the result of going into an inn or some other indoor location (and the location is fairly consistent though it doesn't happen every time) but on occasion it has happened outside. One thing that might be important is that this behavior is not necessarily related to Loverslab mods. The behavior I am reporting happened on characters that don't have any loverslab (or FNIS mods) installed (I use Mod Organizer so I can switch between configurations). -

It looks like you have a bunch of missing/changed resources; including scripts. Have you updated any mods or are you using Mod Organizer? -
Follower mods & loverslab's sex mods
shebop replied to Gh0sTG0's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
You should probably be more specific to get an answer. What do you mean by "play"? That can have several meanings... both adult and non-adult. Since you are looking for both kinds of mods that doesn't help us narrow it down. -
Missing or Outdated SexLabUtils. Nothing has worked - Help please.
shebop posted a topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
I recently installed this auto-unequipping public hair mod and tried it out. The moment I did I started getting two errors: SOS reported an error: "Missing or outdated Papyrusutils.dll. Found 0 expected 28" etc.. and "missing or outdated SexLabUtils.dll. The mod I installed does not have any version of this or any dll file. In addition, I downloaded the PapyrusUtils 28 and made sure it had priority in Mod Organizer (MO) so that it overwrote all other installed versions, I still got both errors. I found this post and downloaded the vcomp100.dll. That fixed the problem but I assumed that I had accidentally deleted the vcomp100 file. Nope. I am not sure if it was a coincidence (I find it really odd that a mod without a dll could do this...) but the moment I reactivated the auto-unequip mod the same problem reoccurred. Now I cannot get rid of it. I have reinstalled all involved mods/utilities including SKSE. I have tried the original vcomp100 download and re-downloaded it just in case. I finally just removed all mods related to both SOS and SexLab and saved a "clean" save. I then only reactivated SexLab and the problem came back. I moved the SexLabUtils.dll to the actual SKSE\plugins folder just in case MO was causing the problem but that didn't work either. I have no other instances of SexLabUtils.dll anywhere and there is no conflict with SOS because SOS is not currently loading (and the mod itself is unchecked in MO so that its files are not overwriting anything in SexLab). I would appreciate it if anyone had some insight or suggestion.
