I have a condition where a red line forms under the eyes of scores of NPCs (I think mostly imperials). It is quite annoying and I am uncertain what is causing it. I have installed the version mentioned here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=11051
I want to post my load order and provide a screen shot but I am unsure the best way to do this. I really don't want to manually type it all.
