Where Can I Find...? - Non-adult Skyrim REQUESTS
ntwackme48 replied to DoctaSax's topic in Skyrim Non Adult Mods
On the nexus there is a mod called "Hot NPC Sky Hair" that changes the hairs of the NPCs to apachii. The author use to have a patch for interesting NPCS (3DNPCs) to change their hair also but the patch is no longer uploaded. Does anyone have the 3DNPC patch? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61190/? Thanks -
Extensible Follower Framework - Hide Healthmeters
ntwackme48 replied to ntwackme48's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
Thanks Mern - I got it to work. In addition to the fade in and fade out adustment, I also had to change "alpha" to zero. Once I did that, it worked. -
Extensible Follower Framework - Hide Healthmeters
ntwackme48 posted a topic in Skyrim Technical Support
So I recently installed EFF and so far I like the minimalist feel to it. However, the one thing that I cannot stand is how the health meters show up for my followers when they are in battle. Is there anyway to disable that? Thanks -
Changing NPC's outfit without overriding NPC Overhauls, etc
ntwackme48 posted a topic in Skyrim Technical Support
So am currently using Sidearm's NPC 85 overhaul. In addition, I have several armor and clothing mods that I've installed. What I am trying to do is change the clothing for paricular NPCs that just so happens NPC 85 is overriding. So let's take Elisif the Fair. I created a new mod in Tes5edit that produces a new outfit and applies that outfit to Elisif. If I load the mod below the NPC 85 mod in my load order, Elisif wears the clothing I want her to but NPC 85 no longer modifies her. If I put NPC 85 below the mod I created, then her outfit does not change but the NPC 85 changes do. The only way I know to fix this is to modify the NPC 85 mod directly to have Elisif change her outift. Any suggestions or ideas what I need to do so that I can have both the NPC 85 mod and my clothing changing mod both work? Utlimately, what I am trying to do is create a mod that changes the outfits for a lot of NPCs while also using mods such as NPC 85, inhibitants of skyrim, SOGS and maybe a few more NPC overhauls while also having my own custom mod that changes the outfits of various NPCs. I'm still a newbie here but appreciate any help I can get. Thanks -

Anyone know of an npc replacer tutorial?
ntwackme48 replied to captainzoltar's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
Check out this thread for some good NPC overhauls http://www.loverslab.com/topic/42073-best-looking-npc-overhaul/ I personallly use the NPC 85 mod but have been experimenting with SOGS too. -
Changing NPC's outfit without overriding NPC Overhauls, etc
ntwackme48 replied to ntwackme48's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
So I got this to work like I intended. What I did was I ended up merging several clothing/armour mods using tes5edit. From there I opened up the NPC 85 mod in tes5edit and made the merge clothing mod a master. I then was able to add outfits and manually change individual NPC's default outfit. I'm still playing around with this but I think I got it to work. The only think I haven't figured out yet is how to change outfits for fractions (ex., change the imperial army's default armor, etc). -
So I love the interesting NPC mod but I absolutely hate the standard hairs that are used. So I opened up tes5edit, made apachii hair a master to the 3DNPC.esp and proceeded to add/change the hair of several NPCs. The problem is that the hair changes just fine but the skin color of the face no longer matches the body. Any steps on how to fix this? Would I have to use the creation kit (which I have no idea how to use as I am still a noob). Thanks

Thanks for the replies Vairthina and Swissenergy. I am going to play around with your suggestions. I think you are right, there doesn't appear to be an efficient method for this but at least this is helping me gain a better understanding of tes5edit and modding in general. -
Thanks Aerysthemaddovahking for all your help. I don't use MOD Organizer as I had already put in a lot of mods prior to Mod Organizer even existing - so I didn't want to have to start over but it looks like that might be the way I have to go. Also, I notice that you use a lot of different outfits on your female NPCs. How where you able to change the NPCs clothing? I've been trying to use Tes5edit to do that but I'm still learning...

Hello everyone, So I can get NPC 85 to work perfectly (thanks for recommending this mod). What I want to do is have inhabitants of skyrim, SOGS, and NPC85 installed (basically, I want NPC85 to be primarily, follwed by SOGS and then whatever isn't covered by those two mods I want inhabitants of skyrim to cover). However, I don't want to use MOD organization. I trying installing inhabitants of skyrim first, followed by SOGS and then NPC85. I sorted with loot but skyrim CTD everytime. Any ideas how to get this work? Thanks
