    HI. I am not an expert in these things. But instead of you I would consider adapting body-slide or one of already created Skyrim bodies. Creating body from scratch is ok and everything but consider that  your body will need some kind of clothes too and there are so many clothes already created for Skyrim. Converting  everything to one more body type would be huge  work.  Anyway I am not expert  in these things, just opinion.
