I've got a hunch that maybe you've started dialog before Spunk had gone through its inits and displayed the 'Spunk's up' message. If that's not the case, perhaps something got broken with the NX_GetQVEVFL function. In order to make sure it's not the first case I'll add some extra conditions to the quest that should hopefully stop the dialog line from having its condition consulted before spunk's ready, look for a test esp in the Spunk thread soon.

All I know is, when both Sexout and Spunk are active for me, when dialogue gets to the part where my choices are shown, the game crashes. Disabling spunk fixes the crashing.
Underlining that because it could be relevant. You're saying it doesn't crash when you get a greeting topic, but only when it exits that and goes to the main choices? For every NPC?
That is correct, though I have found only TWO exceptions, both of which are FO3/TTW related.
1. I don't crash out while conversing with Amata during the birthday party, but I'll crash out on the next person I talk to where I have dialogue choices.
2. If I have the "Ties That Bind" mod installed, my very first conversation with choices would be with Amanda. The conversation will proceed normally.......and then crash the game once it ends.
And keep in mind that this mess started with 0.84 of Spunk. I had no problems with the immediate previous version.

I've gone through and tested each mod individually, and can definitely say the 2.8.90 update is conflicting with something. When it was still in beta and the core was still 2.8.89, I tried out the 2.8.90 beta esm and had the same problem. Switching back to 2.8.89 made everything work fine...
Hey, I'm kind of in the same boat as you (Crash when talking to NPC right when my dialogue options come up), but the 2.8.89 betas and the final 2.8.90 work for me. What I did find out was that enabling SexoutSpunk would cause the crash. Even making seperate saves of the game at each step of the sexoutNG install process (Check that game runs without sexout content -> clean save -> activate NG core and data and enable sexout.esm -> save if no bugs come up -> activate SCR -> Save if everything works -> activate sex -> save), the crash issue would manifest without fail when spunk was activated.

Mind PM'ing me the codes for the perks? I've registered more than 7 explosive kills with the perk option on and still have not received the appropriate perk.

Are nude outfit meshes included in the Pregnancy data files? Again, this is the first version of this mod in which I've encountered my current issue.

I don't see how Maternity Clothing could have been un-installed. As for "which outfit is missing", my answer is "There is no outfit missing", I've actually stripped that character of her armor to see if the body mesh was displaying, and I get a giant blank.

Is it possible, in an upcoming patch, to put all the named male NCR troopers in the NCR tactical armors? After all, those look like unisex outfits, and one of the named male NCR Sgt's at Primm is already wearing it.

I activated breeder, but still no lactation toggle or milkatron items (already checked to make sure the esms it requires are activated and in the correct order). Does it have to be in place at the start of a new game?

Funny enough, the issue that's currently discussed actually stopped happening when I moved a new copy of the latest pregnancy esm into the Data folder (the existing esm was of the same version).
Still interested on why it's happening in the first place.
EDIT: Toggling lactation settings? I don't see it in the aid section for my female character (nor is the milkatron there)

Ooook, so this is weird. The game suddenly and for no discernible reason equipped something listed as "nude pregnant body" to my character, which prevents me from equipping any armor, and she isn't pregnant, according to the scanner and everything else I can determine. There are no tokens for children or anything, but after waiting a few days she did get an ova token and the scanner says her fertility is up. The pregnant body won't change or go away though.
Hmm, something must be different about your installation as this file has been up for a month now with no changes and no one else has reported this issue.
What Narly_Thotep is describing is THE VERY REASON why I have not played a female character ever since I got the sexout content, and it's been happening even as far back as fall of 2012.

If the masturbation key function is part of this mod, then I have an issue to bring up (possible Mod Conflict). I while back, I was using this mod http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47962 , in which one of its main functions required the use of the Y key, the same key used for masturbation. So I turned the self-wanking function off in MCM. Now the problem is that as soon as I load any of the SexOut ammo types, I start wanking even though the function was disabled.

You mind uploading archives containing just your modified esps and esms for CWDolls and CWclothes? I just want the re-done stats without having to redownload all the content.

The reason that there are no cell/worldspace entries for a crate containing the apparel was because they were phased out either in the current or recent version of cwclothes (That container and nvloc esp I was looking for and any references to them, plus any images of cwclothes content showing up in a crate in the Goodsprings store was for a previous version. These 2 esps would cause a crate of the stuff to be added to the Goodspring General store), and because you could buy all those things from the 8 CWDolls EZCompanions (the kids have one inventory set while the adults have the other). However, you would need the EZ_CompanionNVSECWwCWClothes esp in order for those companions to start carrying them in their vendor inventory.

If you feel like doing it now, go for it.
Also, I'm gonna try and turn off "CWDollsVanillaRaceChange" and just use your esp to see if it gets fixed. I think I was error'ing because I was running both that and your ESP.
EDIT: Nope, still bugging.
EDIT2: Ack, I apparently DON'T have the 1.321 update, I only have the esms and esps. Grabbing it now, will get back to you.
EDIT3: And I'm not sure how 1.321 is gonna help, because it only updates the MoonShadowRace bsa.
EDIT4: It fixed NOTHING. Also, don't mind that one of my companions has glitching hair in that shot, it's fine before and after I took the shot.
EDIT5: Second screenshot marks the first non-glitched person I've seen. However whatever armors you gave these guys (I dug an "NCR Armor 5" from her inventory), I don't have them.
E6: And another non-glitched, though the Caravaneer sleeping beside her IS glitched. Also, please upload the NCR armors that you're using because while the soldiers inside the Mojave Oupost main building AREN'T glitched, I don't have the meshes/textures for the armors you assigned to them.

I got my version of CWdolls straight from the chinese site. I got both the v1.32 main files and the v1.321 update. The problem first came up when I entered Sloan from the North. While the 2 women on the north side had no errors, the woman sitting by the office had a red diamond (and no hair). I then warped to Goodsprings, and I noticed that all the unnamed females there had error'd hair.
Also, don't touch the DR/DT values on the clothes. Johnny will do it himself for the next update. He said that he'll retain the DR values, but add DT values to the clothes (The DT value will be 1/3 of the DR value).

Getting red diamonds on most of the un-named female NPCs (missing hair mesh or something because everything else is shown). I swear I have all the cwclothes and dolls stuff installed right.

We may have to do ANOTHER round of BSA unpacking when Johnny updates the cwclothes pack (eg. change all the DR values to DT so the clothes usable), unless he removes all the esps from the BSA's like I recommended.

Hey, I'm back again. While the Feb 6 version of the plugin fixed the "pregnancy notice with male character on arrival to any DLC area", I now have a new issue when both this and Rapist are active, specifically when I select a victim to share with multiple companions. As soon as Veronica gets her turn, I get a pregnancy notice.

I think I'd rather see with Heffy (who made the big AK & AR15 mod for New Vegas) and Hitman making producing new weapon animations from scratch at this point. Adult content can come later.
