Well I don't have that problem, probably it was some temporal problem with the database.

I could think in several reasons, but the true is that is not the right way to do modding. You can't just install dozen of mod and try to fix all of them at the same time.  Do a clean installation of vanilla skyrim, and start again, one by one. Even if your are using STEP as baseline, do it little by little. That way you will be dealing with errors and fixing one by one. Try to do everything at the same time, is not advisable for a novice modder.

Use TES5Edit along with the merge plugin: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37981/?   It works perfectly with armors and weapons, but be careful to merge scripted mods.

Well I was never on that site, so I could not give you an accurate answers even if I try but, just in case, did you check your spam? sometimes confirmations mails and other automatically generated responses are sent to the SPAM box. 

Duplicate a character is pretty simple actually, as simple as putting your mouse over the character you want to duplicate, right click and select duplicate. Next thing is to rename it (because it will have a name like Alainaduplicate) and place it somewhere in the game. Is a 10 sec work actually. I would love to, I use ZaZ resources everyday. But the problem is that in my country PayPal is a bit blocked, because of the silly stocks dollar have thanks for our currently stupid government. Is the same problem I face everytime I want to buy a videogame (I have to buy a steam wallet card or origin card, twice the price in a local reseller)  I'm not very skilled when it comes to international payment, so if anyone can advise me in another payment option, one available in my country (and in ZaZ country) I'll be glad to donate to him or to any other talented modder here in LL.

You can use NifSkope to import the meshes, if you know how to do it (is very easy actually) http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope   Regarding the animations, the expressions are located inside the .tri files, not the mesh. I don't know how compatible your meshes will be with your current .tri files dought.

Did you install FNIS and run it? Cos I don't see any FNIS Output there..

Maybe you don't install the proper plugin, the one which lifts the load...   Probably we'll be able to give you more help if you explain us, more in detail, how do you install everything, the title post leaves the door open to a lot of strange ideas...

  True, in all Mount & Blade games, professional modders had created very good mod, but competition also restrict the fraternity between modders, and if you don't believe me try to ask for the source files for PoP mod... I'm tired of dealing with the compiled .txt because of that, script changes with native module, compile with native, compare with PoP txt (hundred of lines) and check if it works inside the game. I use to browse taleworlds forum every single day and the sharing goodwill that you can easily find here is very difficult to find there. I still think that they way they did it, is the right way to manage the transition between an indie modder an a sub-indie-developer. But if that means the end of the spirit of modding we are losing something more important.

  Even though he was probably regretful about the whole thing, or he would not have leave STEAM, others guys just stay and never regret nothing. Don't you think that anyone wise enough to regret his/her undoing deserve a second chance?
