The point on analyzing a papyrus log is to find a single problem (or a few) based on the information on that file, when you have hundred of error in one log is very difficult to find out a quick solution, there's to many problem, too many broken files, script missing, etc.
My recommendation is to start again, with a new save, but this time one by one, and look at your papyrus log more often. You could use STEP or any other tutorial, like the one Anatriax told you.

Same here, I wasn't aware of the existence of that patch, thank for the link. I'll have to give it a try this weekend.

mmm that papyrus log is full of script errors, and its look that some of them are missing (probably because you deactivate/uninstall some mods)
Please give us a detail of all the mod you have, and if you remove recently any mod with scripts.

Like terrorofmorrwind said, you can't install dozen of updates and pretend that your skyrim work fine.. You have to do it one by one, that the best solution for your problem

mmm your log file shouldn't have that problem. Anyway, you should change the permission of the folder with admin rights, and change the folder and all the subfolder and files privileges.

I would say that the problem was an incorrect use of MO, because I always install all the loverslab's stuff with MO and never had a problem.
MO is not the problem, the problem is when people doesn't know how to use it...

I use to love this game, until I realized that all the classes are FPS oriented, no tank, no healer, no support. I'm not saying is wrong, quite the contrary, but I want more PvE content, just a little more to decide if I gonna play this game or not.

Like gameplayer said, use ENB BOOST (upgrade your ENB version), also SSME (or the new build of SKSE) would help a lot with your problem.

Disabling ambient occlusion and DoF in your .ini also increase a lot your FPS. I use to deactivate DoF always, I don't like that feature, and it gives me like 5-10 FPS more, depending on the ENB of course.

Anyway, that's why the PC will be always superior, we can always mod the files and tweak the build a little if they give us a great RedKit for TW3

Use one Mod organizer and two profiles.

It handles well the mods that replace vanilla files.

MO is a blessing. I have like 4 different profiles.

At least CDProyect RED will give us the REDEngine kit for mod development for free and never charge us for any mods, and with GoG we have total freedom in our gaming experience.... but, if you don't like it and still prefer Bethesda, then you can wait until the release of the new FallOut (with encrypted files and a paid for mod model attached to it)
