  1. That was my concern, people will use all sizes and expect the  clothes to fit the shape, it's surprising how critical they can be. Having the 2 different chapes was what I liked about this mod. I guess it won't much matter unless you have something like a bodysuit (catsuit) or very form fitting. Things like KKs armor with a thong type bottom would be almost impossible to get right I think.
  2. Well so it seems a lot of armors will already fit this shape and could be used as is, but they would need weight copying to be anatomically correct. If this shape is exactly the same as UNPB then all the tools are already created.
  3.   yeah I realize it isn't that hard, I've just never done it. I just may but since you already know how if you find time it would be appreciated Thanks for the input.
  4.   I'm guessing here because I haven't made them myself, and this is not to edit your meshes just a user friendly way of doing armor conversions for us simple folk, but in outfit studio what would be needed is a slider which translates a cbbe reference shape to your body shape at a large size, then a slider which would translate (it looks like it morphs it, that's why I said it) your large size _1 shape to your small size _0. To do vanilla conversion the easy way is to use OS to translate (morph) the vanilla outfit shape to the cbbe reference, then translate (morph) it to whatever body shape you want for the finish. Then some hand fitting for clipping, some weight copying and hand editing for neatness, then export finished sizes .... Such a conversion if there's no outstanding problem takes about a minute or two. I can't get 3dsm or blender to even open in that amount of time. In a couple of days I could convert the complete vanilla armor and clothes. Of course no jiggling boobs and butt on metal armors or thick cloaks and such ...cell is the guy who needs to explain it better though
  5. Just to chime in, and don't get all agro on me, but weight painting using outfit studio is top notch and a lot easier than doing it any other way IMHO. Just ask newermind who's complimented me on weight painting more than once. How are those conversion references coming?
  6. Yes this is exactly what I was talking about though I don't see how you could go from UNPB on large to unp regular on small. A real conversion reference would be the ultimate of course
  7. I think this looks amazing and I'd be willing to do conversion for it using Outfit Studio which means there will need to be morphs made for it. I'm no blender or 3dsm guy, but I do have a lot of conversions under my belt. If you feel like making the morphs, then I'd be happy to start on a vanilla armor conversion for this body. Anyway good luck and nice work.
  8. Looks great, now it needs some armor and clothing conversions. Sadly it's hard to expect anyone to use a body with no clothing for it.
  9. RaceMenu V3.2.5B

I believe as long as you don't change the race none of the stats get changed. I edit my girls faces on the fly all the time anywhere in a play through and it doesn't affect their stats.
  10. RaceMenu V3.2.5B

Ok, since I've been following the racemenu and xpmse skeleton updates I have to say great job. One thing I have noticed is aiming with arrows seems to be different now, I have to aim lower and wonder since these 2 things are all I've changed what is causing it. Don't get me wrong, I have many active mods, but these 2 are it for changes which seem to result in the aiming issue. Anyway, nice job
  11. RaceMenu V3.2.5B

While I love Racemenu I agree, there's a lot of sliders I find I never use, being able to hide them would be super.
  12. those bone weights are super easy to edit in outfit studio, and you'll visually see where they're too heavy or light, smooth or jagged, messed up or not. You can easily resize the brush and make very delicate adjustments and cleanups. I know it's not a real 3d modeling app, but for this stuff it's great IMHO.
  13. Those don't work either
  14. Silly question but is it easy to regen the npc heads?
  15. ahh swapping the genders , didn't try that
  16. For us simple noobs, how do you activate the stand alone version? Does it only work for the PCs and not the NPCs? I guess I'm a little confused at the difference other than the file path.
  17. If you like vanilla elves and use CBBE, the face pack fixes elves better then EEO I think, much smoother lines.
  18. Really doesn't matter to me as long as it doesn't have those sideways sticking dog ears.
  19. Chinese Follower Pack

these look interesting, I hope you can actually translate them
  20. Yes, just use the z axis, move each piece 1, when complete the armor/clothes should look exactly the same as it did. Like I said, it worked on a couple armors I did, may have been a fluke.
  21. no in the menu under shape, there's a move line. You have to select each piece of the armor even the included body if there is one.
  22. Just to chime in, I had one armor that did that and on a whim I opened it in OS and just moved all the meshes 1 point vertically and saved. Visually it looked exactly the same on OS.   It fixed it, so it's worth a try.
  23.   If you read in the comments for Dream Girl, the unp textures were temporary and a couple sets have been altered specifically already. But MrDave and LorDrakElf both attest the uv maps or rather the _msn* files are quite different. So, is mudbox easy to  learn that I might do this myself?
  24. Just a quick question for all you mudbox users, how hard would it be to convert some unp textures to dream girl? I've heard the uv map is very different ?
  25. To be honest, wouldn't unp skinny be a starting point for almost all the sliders, accepting of course if they make things larger?
