Besides holding the Check Arousal key,you could also use Sexlab Match Maker's Irresistibly Attractive spell on the Dragon-born. The Check Arousal key always uses the character's default gender for masturbation animations while Irresistibly Attractive allows for transgender character animation.

Sexlab Cumshot has an option to allow victims to ejaculate.

You could install the Housecarls by Netherwalk mod or Imrpoved Housecarls while being careful to not overwrite your female housecarl appearances from Bjin's mod and also place it higher in the load order than Bijin's mod or you could use Hot Male Housecarls to just side-step that issue altogether.

You can either use the RaceMenu plug-in for Schlongs of Skyrim or use the XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended which has the RaceMenu plug-in functionality included in the package.

Okay,by installing version 4.1 over version 3,it no longer crashes. A few NPCs have a few face and body tone mismatch, but other than that,it seems stable at the moment. Oh,and all of the NPCs are considered heterosexual in Sexlab for whatever reason.

I can't be certain in there is anything wrong with the version of the patch itself,but after I switched to version 4.1 No SOS,the game crashes on start up where it didn't with version 3. I have all of the required files listed on the download page and in the Creation Kit yet it still crashed. I might have to check for conflicts with the current version before knowing for sure.

You could assign the hairless textures to the Ningheim races schlongs when modifying the schlong add-on esp. file of your choice. You should read the PDF file for building new sos add-ons to learn how to assign texture sets for specific races to schlong add-ons. If you really don't want to make use of Sexlab for whatever reason,there are two possible alternatives: Animated Prostitution and OSEX Skyrim. Folding their functionality into another mod,however,isn't really practical if at all feasible.  Now,were you to build such a mod upon the framework of one of those mods using the same esp. that the base mod uses,then it would conceivably be possible,but you would do well to check with the mod authors to see if that is acceptable to them.

If you have no interest in replacing the Khajiit and Argonians with their Daggerfall variants,you can use Cat-like Khajiit and Argonian Female Refined to improve the head meshes of the females of those races. If you want the esp.-free version of Cat-Like Khajiit,here is Khajiit Lion et Lioness. Khajiit Lion et Lioness-55664-1-0.zip   As for the skins,these can be used with any variant of Khajiit or Argonian so long as they use either a UNP or CBBE derivative body (which includes Sevenbase and CHSBHC-V3-T): Feminine Khajiit Textures and Feminine Argonian Textures. For paws,you can use Better Claws and Gauntlets and Grimoas Plantigrade Feet for Beast Races.   There is also a unique armor made for Argonians that even armors the tails, the Argonian Mercenary Armor.   For Khajiit specific physics not related to HDT bounce and jiggles, there is Khajiit Tail Physics. You could substitute the meshes found in the HDT Tails Wearable if you want HDT tails for both Khajiit and Argonians.

The giantesses are completely female normally. I toggled on the UNP Schlongs of Skyrim option in the MCM menu for Schlongs of Skyrim to get them to show up. There are also more than one kind of giant in this mod,some of whom wear loincloths and nipple piercings.  I suppose that we users could contribute a few more screenshots to make that clearer. It isn't as if we pay anything else for these mods,after all.

The horse dismount stalls prior to properly going ragdoll with the character and the horse remaining frozen while attempting to disengage.  

The armor items SkinGiant,SkinGiant01 and SkinGiant02 are what need to be marked with the keywords 'SOS Revealing' and since the giantesses are treated as the female version of the armor items, they are taken care of automatically.    Edit:I stepped away from the keyboard for a bit and I hadn't seen that you had already posted that little factoid. 

How about making the Dragonborn a tycoon? Then again,one would be more likely be tempted to commit white collar crimes to fund acquisitions and pay fees but with enough power and influence,his/her chances of going to prison are nearly nil.

It may very well need to be dependent upon SOS for the keywords to work,but it would be best for any altered esp to just be an optional file so the main mod doesn't take on any additional requirements.

For whatever reason,the SOS schlongs have problems showing up without making the esp dependent upon SOS then marking the giant skins to SOS Revealing. It works fine with the males as was intended, but it can work with the giantesses as well so long as giants are added to the list of races compatible with the schlongs in the esp file.    

I just tried these out and the only real problems that I found so far is that the giant's reigns seem to be missing textures and the horse dismount seems to stall indefinitely,possibly because the rider tries to dismount into the ground.

I always felt that Uno Makoto's artwork was precious, so it is only fitting that it be featured on a gold coin. It also makes the pursuit of money make even more sense than it ever did before.

I just dumped my game files onto my secondary harddrive,let the mod manager do its thing,delete the contents of the game data folders then reinstalled the whole thing afterward. A huge waste of time but not as big a waste as it would have been reinstalling everything while telling the NMM which individual files I don't want overwritten and which I do.

You should post this in the technical support section for Sexlab Framework or in the comments section for Eager NPCs download page so you can inform the mod maker if there is a problem with the mod or not then get the bug fixed in a timely manner. SLEN is not only supposed to be gender aware,it can detect transgender/intersex status,as well.   While waiting for a reply in that support thread,you could try The Isle of Mara. It is a quest and world space entirely built around gay male interactions with no options added for female characters to accidentally stumble across and it even gives quest integration to the Estrus mod to boot.
