Fallout was something, F2 was glorious, F3 was an abomination, FNV was better than F3, F4 is a shit in nice wrapper. In my eyes F2 surpassed F1 because there was everything in there, and it was more of it I mean a fucking more - it was like 10x gameplay time than in first one. And man how many character you could create. Junky? No porblem. Whore? Jigolo? Slaver? Psychopath? God I can't talk about it, it make F4 taste even more shitty that it is.   Btw for 17h of my game play I had one additional dialogue choice because of my char high int, fucking one. There is more for charisma check but most of time you don't fucking know if you are threatening someone or talking them down. Until you fucking say it.

Don't get your hopes up. It could be done already, but there is no interest among moders/animators to do it. Best way to go it is do it yourself. That's the way how mods are created in first place.

It is not about if they can do it, it is about how far they will be allowed to go. At this point scipt extenders are illegal, but tolerated. But when Denuvo will come in I bet that Denuvo developer will have something to say in it.

If it is Denuvo you can forget about script extender. Unless there is a magic way that it wont interfere.

No point really. It is not resource heavy game. For further I would rather worry about your CPU when all script mods will hit.

Corsair, Kingstone, Goodram anything other can go fuck itself. Remember that ram to ram differs. Buying cheap shit wont get you anywhere.

  I agree that is a compromise. CDP did it too, traded generic individuals for their numbers in scale and land. So I wouldn't say that game suffers because of it. Different games have different ways of making world believable, in mount&blade you also have living world but on macro scale. Beyond that, I totally forgot what my point was.   And F4 you will have sand storms or else! *shake fist* PS2 F4 would be much cool if it was like recent madmax - so madmax with character creation and open quests = droll.
