Adding to that what script mods are you using and what animation packages have you installed?   Assuming what could happen (because you didn't described it), autonomous interaction was fired and there was no suitable animation for it.

It very could be hardware failure. As last resort you could try disabling hibernation and deleting hiberfil.sys. I have no idea if that will change anything. But knowing Murphys laws it could.
