The higher your mod perk the more mods you will be able to put down. This is either a (non pipe) sniper or hunting rifle. 

Simply mod your weapon until it looks like that.

Thanks, everyone! Apparently loot messed up the order for me, and I had to manually fix it; Nikolas' order did the trick. 

I installed T6M armor and body then added a skeleton and BB upper body nif, but the bodies in-game aren't actually bouncing. Bellow is the order in which the body-modifying files are installed. 

Here is the "updated" file's nexus link: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/47895/?  I simply didn't mention because armored bounce isn't the issue I'm current grappling with - it's the nude body's.    Just checked with Nifskope. Both Breast R and Breast L exist, as well as another code referencing to Type6 BB.   Speaking of load order, should I have any esps besides the original T6m? I wasn't aware anything with bnb had esps or the like; I thought they simply needed to overwrite selected files for the original T6M body and have a skeleton there to support the animations.

Problem solved. It was going over the mod cap. I then decided to merge some mods and everything's working fine.

There are two bouncing ones. One is activated, the other one isn't. They are basically both t6m bouncing, simply one has more muscle tone. Neither work.  Also, the 'updated' file for T6M is a recently added mod to the Nexus that adds bounce to T6M equipment, not that it matters since I'm trying to fix the issue while nude.

Bellow is the issue I'm having; some cards show their normal texture, while other show the mod's texture. If anyone is experienced with this I'd love some feedback. (Mod is the absolute last in the load order, with no other mod even behind it altering card textures whatsoever).

Nope. None whatsoever.

This is the first time I've ever encountered this error in about a year of two of playing with mods and getting into all sorts of weird shit. Basically everything works fine, but I can't enter a picklock state, otherwise I can't press ESC to leave it, I can't tumble the locks or anything. Yeah, my skyrim is modded out of this world and it plays flawlessly. 

That's a possibility. I'm currently using 4gb executable for New Vegas, isn't something like this not supposed to happen? Or is there some sort of .ini changes that I should have gone through? (My inis are pretty much vanilla with a few tweaks).

I'm looking for a quick sex dialogue or hotkey mod, does anyone know of one? Creature animation/applications would be a plus.

I know that SoS can be downloaded from here, but why was it initially removed from both Nexus n' Ladysomething? Was the author getting bullied or something?

I found the solution; if anyone had the same issue as I make sure that if you're using MOD ORGANIZER you right click the "overwrite" files and create  a mod from it, then delete any enb or any file that isn't from the original skyrim and re-install it.

I've traveled through the world of Skyrim for a bit with my new mod set up and I've had no issues; however, now that I reached Whiterun — specifically around stables and where the companions slay the giant — I CTD. (I am fine within the city itself, it seems).   I've nowhere else to turn. so if you have the time and skillset to evaluate my loadorder n' papyrus that'd be great. •I've recompiled Wry Bash Patch •I've used Boss •I've used TESVEdit  All fine so far. For some reason the pillory appears to be a blue, texure-less thing.

Still unresolved; loot did nothing for it and removing all mods keeps the save file from working (CTD).

Wouldn't everything just CTD anyway because it'd be missing a lot of mods?
