What goals do you give your characters?
nanashi50 replied to nanashi50's topic in Skyrim General Discussion
Are there any NPCs that talk trash toward the player character? Aside from Nazeem? I thought it'd be interesting for a character to pay back NPCs that wrong him/her, but it feels like there are very few NPCs that cause tension with the player character. -
Where Can I Find...? - Non-adult Skyrim REQUESTS
nanashi50 replied to DoctaSax's topic in Skyrim Non Adult Mods
Anyone still have the install file for the standalone Skyforge Shields mod? I really don't like Immersive Armors and Immersive Weapons and don't use them. -

Perfect, thanks! Will give those a try. -

That whole kill the competition thing is interesting for a strong-eats-the-weak type character. Wonder how it could be applied to outside of skooma dealing characters... Is there any mod that could be used to lure people to a dark alley and off them there? Otherwise you're limited to having a sneak character kill them outside (not viable if your character isn't sneak-based) or in their home (but that might mean more unnecessary collateral. And is there any mod that would enable disposing of bodies? (could be as simple as treating them as inventory item to dump into barrels) -
Bumping my own question at the top of the page. Is 2.5 Fix 1 playable? Or is it broken? I recall reading a post saying there were major issues with the mod and MCM issues.

Probably will be a long time before FO4 is ready for serious modding. Probably 6 months (Q1 2016) before FO4 CK is released. Then need to wait on frameworks, SKSE, etc.

Bahamut's UUNP Bodyslide Conversions
nanashi50 replied to bahamut2119's topic in Downloads - Skyrim Adult & Sex Mods
Thanks, that's a great one to have since it's a big mashable set. There's an issue with the bodice though. The belly area of the shirt floats out in front of the body. I checked this in BodySlide as well as nifskope. I also compared against the original mod in nifskope and confirmed the UUNP conversion's bodice is too far from the body. The panties on the bodice have a similar issue with the front being too far from the body, but it's less noticeable. This affects PrincessBodice_x.nif as well as PrincessOfTheWoods_x.nif meshes. Here's a screenshot w/ arrows to illustrate: The screenshot is of the Bodice, but I believe it affects the outfit version (PrincessOfTheWoods_x.nif) as well as it looks similar. It's just not as obvious because there's pants. -

?? So you're saying it was testing w/ ZaZ 6.07? But the compatibility thread says ZaZ 6.07 has issues with SL 1.6. -
What are the incompatibilities with SL1.60? Trying to decide whether to upgrade, and this is one of the last major mods that is reported to be problematic on 1.60. I'm not clear on how bad the problems are though.

Since you tested with SL 1.60, are you using Zaz Animation Pack 6.01? v6.07 has reported issues with SL 1.6, but v6.01 is fine? -
What Mod Is This? - Non-Adult Skyrim edition
nanashi50 replied to DoctaSax's topic in Skyrim Non Adult Mods
Anyone know what the UNP bra is in the Battle Hardened Body (texture) mod screenshots? http://static-5.nexusmods.com/15/mods/110/images/32329-3-1361723290.jpg That one looks less like underwear and more like regular clothing for a barbarian-type character. Not sure where it's from though. Edit: Nevermind, found it after searching further. It's the "Barbarian Armor" from the "Lore Friendly Armor Pack" mod, which has also been incorporated into Immersive Armors. Don't really want to use that... However, opening the mesh indicates it's a mashup. Anyone know where the bra part of that is from? Edit 2: Nevermind... it's a retexture of the vanilla underwear. -
ISSUE/What's a good ENB for screenshots?

Not sure that's really a fix. That just turns off part of the ENB... What mod are the eyes from? -
3rd person archery: Mod to correct for horizontal offset?
nanashi50 posted a topic in Skyrim General Discussion
In third person, because the camera and crosshairs are off to the side (especially if you use a customizable camera), the arrows also end up having a horizontal offset to them. Is there a simple mod to fix this? The ini adjustments affect arrow up tilt, which is vertical and unrelated to the horizontal offset. These are the mods I know about: Archery Gameplay Overhaul is the only mod I know of that addresses this, but it also does a lot of other stuff that I don't want to deal with (i.e. it also breaks XPMSE's weapon style feature). Precise Aiming is supposed to address exactly this (and only this), but a lot of posts suggest it's buggy and causes unintended changes to arrow gravity. Additionally, it works by somehow using auto-aim, which I found has caused my arrows to incorrectly home in on friendly NPCs when I'm actually aiming to shoot past them. Skyrim Realistic Archery Bows and Arrows fakes the fix by (I assume) hardcoding a horizontal offset and then requiring the user to set their camera offset to a specific value. This defeats the purpose of using Customizable Camera--you can't customize but instead must use specific settings for this mod. Jaxon's Archery Util is purely for zeroing in to a certain range, meaning it only adjusts the vertical offset, not the horizontal. Out of this list, Archery Gameplay Overhaul seems to be the only one that properly corrects for the horizontal offset in third person, but it also messes with way more stuff that I don't want to touch. Is there any simple mod out that that only corrects for the horizontal offset? -

Have you tried standing near a friendly NPC and shooting over its shoulder? Do you end up hitting the NPC? -

This was removed from nexus. Does anyone have this file still? The english version.

ENB Weather List: Is there a default for undefined weather formIDs?
nanashi50 replied to nanashi50's topic in Skyrim General Discussion
That's what I assumed at first, but it's clearly not doing that. One of the undefined weather types in AIR ENB v2 is Clear weather. My modifications are only on enbseries.ini, and under clear weather when I toggle the "Enable Multiple Weathers" option, I can see the visuals changing between the original and my modifications. If undefined weather types use enbseries.ini, I shouldn't see any difference as whether it's on or off it would be using the same ini file. -
ENB Weather List: Is there a default for undefined weather formIDs?
nanashi50 posted a topic in Skyrim General Discussion
_weatherlist.ini lists out the inis that control various weather types. It does this by associating weather IDs to specific INIs. However, there are 84 vanilla weather IDs (Source: UESP - fw section). Air ENB v2 only defines 34 weather IDs. Rudy ENB defines 42 weather IDs. How does the ENB handle all the ones that aren't defined? I particularly find this puzzling because Air ENB v2 doesn't even define the basic "SkyrimClear" weather ID. I'm currently heavily customizing Air ENB v2 and I'd prefer to leave "Enable Multiple Weathers" to true if I can, but I if so I need to update the settings in the individual weather inis, and I'm not sure how to go about that when basic weather types are missing from the weather list. Does the ENB fall back to aaa.ini and bbb.ini? Or... does it do something completely different? It's definitely not using enbseries.ini so I'm at a loss on what it does. -
SkyUI - show armor slots
nanashi50 replied to b3lisario's topic in Downloads - Skyrim Non Adult Mods
Still don't know which psc file you need. Either way, apparently there's a decompiler that works well called Champollion: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3530/? According to this, it does an accurate job of decompiling: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/2uhyqi/guide_decompiling_papyrus_scripts/ mator's new "Merge Plugin Standalone" application also uses Champollion to decompile scripts during merges so references can be updated before recompiling. -
Does SL not handle custom (creature) races?
nanashi50 posted a topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
Zombie Apocalypse and Creepy Zombies use custom races for their zombies (even if the "zombies" in Zombie Apocalypse are just draugr assigned to a custom race). And I believe both use the same skeleton/animations as draugr. Does SL not handle custom races w/o patches? Ignoring the whole no-schlong thing, it would not initiate scenes. In Defeat, it wouldn't trigger. And with SL Matchmaker, the spell just fizzles. I'm using SL 1.59 (not sure if this matters--didn't see changes in the 1.60 changelog relating to this). This is mainly a problem because it caused Death Alternative to spazz out, and sometimes my character would retreat and and go into a cowering animation that wouldn't end. -

Does SL not handle custom (creature) races?
nanashi50 replied to nanashi50's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
Thanks, that fixed it. How is the CreatureAnimation list structured? Is the list a static length and therefore contains empty items? Or is it a dynamic length list but somehow has empty items inside? -

Hm... Is your script supposed to give papyrus log errors? I basically just edited the script and plugin in your example as a test. It still works... but it's a lot of papyrus error spam on every load. And I'd like to understand why the error occurs. -

I guess I wasn't clear in my previous post. The three issues I mentioned I had already solved. I found the flags file and source scripts in scripts.rar, I unzipped things into the Skyrim directory and they were recognized, and I also copied over the SexLab source scripts. Doing it outside of MO didn't make a difference--I just tried. It's the same errors as before. ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(80,25): GetWornForm is not a function or does not exist ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(110,12): UnequipItemEX is not a function or does not exist ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(116,12): UnequipItemEX is not a function or does not exist ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(125,40): GetMaskForSlot is not a function or does not exist ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(125,40): cannot call the member function GetMaskForSlot alone or on a type, must call it on a variable ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslActorLibrary.psc(125,22): GetWornForm is not a function or does not exist ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(344,12): variable StringUtil is undefined ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(344,23): none is not a known user-defined type ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(344,5): type mismatch while assigning to a int (cast missing or types unrelated) ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(350,11): variable StringUtil is undefined ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(350,22): none is not a known user-defined type ###\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\Scripts\Source\sslUtility.psc(350,5): type mismatch while assigning to a int (cast missing or types unrelated) etc etc etc . EDIT: I figured out the issue. I also needed the SKSE and FNIS scripts. Then it managed to compile. And I did this with MO. Doing it outside MO is more effort--either way I have to copy the script source files over. Doing it outside MO also requires I copy plugins over.
