I stand by my previous statement. I was in fact at this time, being a moron. Though thanks for the help I worked it out. Still couldn't quite get the skin textures to work but, you can't have it all. 

Wait nevermind I was being a moron.

Is it supposed to come up a custom race or a preset under a current race ? I cant seem to get either and I've spent a good hour trying to get all the peripherals installed.

That worked thanks, I downloaded the new version and got the mod you suggested.    

I have been trying all afternoon to get this working, I've tried stripping every other mod to see if there's a compatibility issue,  I've downloaded this mod twice, I've tried grabbing all new versions of the devious devices, and for the life of me I cannot get this working. As soon as I try to load the game it crashes immediately. I've got all the addons I've tried playing around with the load order and I've got nothing.   I tried deactivating every single other mode just to load debauchery on its own - that crashes the game ...
