This is because you have to create an outfit for that.

Outfits are what Actors use to decide what to wear. Actors are assigned an Outfit on the Inventory tab of the Actor dialogue.

Does anyone have a working link for Satan's Hairstyles? Google doesn't help me much, it's search results seems to prefer sites about a Satan rather than hairstyles or Skyrim.

 

Also, does someone recognize all parts of this mashup armor?

I do recognize some, but i have no idea where does the breastplate, pauldron, necklace, gauntlets and entire left arm come from.
