Load up CK with all your mods and see what the entry for saber cat looks like in terms of max level and relative to player scaling.

For Ice Wraith or Wispmother even I wonder if it is possible to "spawn" in extra parts when animation is in play.
Look at FunnyBizness' mage animation http://www.loverslab.com/topic/48839-unconscious-sex-animations-update7102015/the character is essentially suspended in the air. Now picture it having wraith parts tying down around her arms, legs, body, etc similar to how estrus does it.
The actual intercourse could be the tail of the wraith or some other conjured/semi transparent parts or even have the snake rubs itself against her.

The non corporeal nature of the mage animation seems like it could fit seeker as well. Maybe even some ice wraith.

I wouldn't put too much hope into that.
To be honest I don't think Bethesda will spend that much time in their model and animation department. They never did, why start now?
Also the character creations that we have seen so far could very well just cleverly masked, although seemingly improved and independent, methods of sliders. It could also very well be an amalgamation of face parts. Who knows what kind of surprises we will run into.

The early nude body will likely be modify version of original, which will inevitably be lacking because "they were not designed well" or "they were never meant to do what we need"
Bonus point for running into irremovable pipe boy again or certain weird "unfixable" issues due to skeleton. (remember shoulder width, high heels, etc)
And the skeleton...it will once again be "not designed well" or "they were never meant to do what we need." Improvement will be made, it will also be built off the original to the best of modders' abilities.
Also remember how adding animation into Skyrim was a shit show?
And what sort of physics will actually be available this time?

Wait, if I am understanding you correctly and and now that I look at it more closely, unless it is some optical illusion. Your body is the same size regardless of weight(?) but your hands are the ones that got bigger?
In that case replace the _1 hand mesh with the _0

The ability to mod is different from a singly crafted experiences, one doesn't necessarily supersede the other. By having, supporting, relying to a certain extend on mods there are aspects in a game that needs to relinquish or compromise. That's why I have always put Bethesda sandbox games in a different category altogether, they are never games that I will claim to be favorite, with or without mods, but they offer something that is unique from almost everything out there that I like.

Your hand mesh isn't scaling along with it. You should check for similar issues with feet also.
I think you can generating a set of hand and feet meshes with body slide to see if it can fix the issue.

Well not sure if this is the place to put this, but I will try to keep this short and to the point.
I want to disable the 5 health per level that NPCs get for follower, but all other NPCs get to keep their health bonus.
I don't know if it is possible to be selective with the bonus. Checking out individual actor and race entries in the CK yield nothing of interest.
The other method I thought up would be a perk/effect/spell that lowers health per level. There seem to be ways to add or decrease a set amount of health, but I can't figure out how to make it scale with character level.

Ideally it will be -5 per level except for level 1, even -5 per level would do, then I can just tag on a separate +5 to counter balance or do an one time health offset per actor.

I believe it checks for body armor, weapons, and spells.
Also this is an old issue that I ran into and it seems like it is still here. Anyone having strange issue with the arousal slider in the mcm menu as in they don't really stay at the same value the way you want them to?

Just ran into an interesting bug (maybe?)
If for whatever reason follower is defeated and rape while player is out of enemy aggro range (or hidden) the follower will become "stuck"
You can talk to them afterward you can attempt to pickpocket, but they won't follow you. The Clean up function seems to be able to fix it however.

The initial meeting event would probably be similar to how the initial event of entering Whiterun for the first time with the blacksmith and the imperial talking about placing sword order, the Markarth event with the murder, Solitude with the execution, and Windhelm with the dark elf. But I wonder if it is possible to repeat those events.
Also Camilla and Lucan already have unique dialog for the first time entering their store.

As for the branching civil war, it is probably less about running a bunch of scripts at once, but rather having to create scenario (quests) for each. Attack and defend scenario for each Hold as Stormcloak and Imperial (36), and the final event for each Hold as possible last battle (18).

I am guessing vanilla Barbarian Class stat growth.
Change it to one of the combat warrior or some of the warrior trainer class in the CK.

But here is the thing...does it matter tho?
This is one of those things that mods can solve and I feel like we are letting them slide for the most part in the past because we can be pretty confident in there will mods that remake characters model and textures.
Depending on how mods support will be like that stance might change.
Different style and looks each player go for will be different, they can spend dozens of resources on making model and textures that look "good", but it'll never be the animu waifu, chicks with dicks, runway super model, amazon with giant knockers that people wants.

If it is about npc count the series was never good at handling large amount Oblivion and Fallout 3 were the same. Morrowind didn't even try.
If any Skyrim went the furthest with the number of active npcs on screen.
If it is about quest branches and design console or not have little impact, the number of possibilities was probably getting crazy and have to be abandon or didn't have the time to execute it. Bummer either way.

Now I wonder if any mod actually supports cross creatures animation. It will be interesting to test.
