  1. "What mod is this?" VI

Hmm yeah, Fallout 4 is coming real soon, I'm excited about the perks. Hope you're enjoying MGSV, I haven't gotten to it yet myself, I keep delaying.   Catch you later.
  2. Skyrim's fun even without mods. Personally, I feel that mods robbed a lot of people of emergent gameplay that has been discovered over the course of the couple of years the game has been out. Mods have the ability to add a lot to the game, at the same time running the risk of preventing discovery of what's already in it(and I'm not talking about towns, NPCs, and dungeons)... and sometimes producing the opposite effect of taking away from what the game has to offer.       Double edge of the genre. RPGs with skill progression and leveling... objectively, you're not going to get what you want. What you probably think/feel is not too easy or too hard, could very well be too easy or too hard for someone else. And the kind of progression you're looking for could end up being too much of a grind or spoonfed. Progressing is proportional to how easy or hard the goals of an RPG is or could become.   Subjectively, there's mods and overhauls that may hit your sweetspot.   Funny enough these days, I find myself removing more and more mods, preferring the game largely vanilla balanced, and lightly modded. Visual replacers, cosmetics, ENBs, and some AI tweaks.
  3. "What mod is this?" VI

Then don't let dobmc go unchecked anymore.   Not the same, but this mod adds a bunch of treasures into the game you can collect: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12766/   I was always hesitant about using it, though.
  4. Project: Unified UNP

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68670/?   Sotteta Necromancer, Huntress, and Merta Assassin are in there.
  5.   BlackTulip said PC trouble.
  6.   Bashed Patch for leveled list and other options(like crime radius and amount, etc.)
  7. Guess this Dragonborn

I feel pretty dumb.   I played the earlier ones, forgot all about Shura lol.   I just looked Shura up, damn, she was in IV? I played IV, too(but early on in the game's competitive life). I played Taki, lol.
  8. Guess this Dragonborn

It's Taki.   I'll say, Taki was an initial thought when I first saw the image, but your image reminded me more of Dragon Age Morrigan.   edit: another thought was Samurai Shodown's Shiki. But, again, I thought Morrigan, cause I didn't think anyone here would be referencing fighters, or even played them for that matter.
  9. Kimy's point is a good one.   Both MO and NMM have their strengths and weaknesses.   Some of NMM's strengths, MO has and then some. While at the same time, some of MO's greatest strengths are its biggest weaknesses.    Just pick the one you're willing to work with the most, as neither program is infallible(seriously).
  10. Perma max perks build help

What AI/Combat mods do you have installed, and what scaling difficulty are you playing it on?(Legendary?)
  11. Project: Unified UNP

Ok. I've about had it with using Bodyslide/Outfit Studio combined with Mod Organizer. It's simply too buggy using them both together.   I think, I'll have to make another Skyrim directory and install BS/OS there, and batch/build or create conversions there, and then port them over to my MO as a mod instead.   Here's an example of an easily reproducible bug:   1. Open Outfit Studio. 2. Load Project.   You will see a list of XMLs to choose from, the total of all of your XML files from various mods on MO's virtual setup - Data\CalientTools\BodySlide\SliderSets(combination of all SliderSets down the list of priority). Works as it should.   3. CANCEL. 4. Load Project again.   This time, you will see only the XML files you have in the BS/OS created mod, ignoring all of the other mods that have XMLs and files.   5. CANCEL. 6. Load Project again    Works as it should.   I have a mod created for BS/OS, and I have the Remodeled UUNP set lower in the list(higher priority) in MO. As for some of the conversions that have clipping, I fix it myself, and save. Guess where the save goes? Instead of replacing the old XML and ShapeData files, or going into Overwrite, it instead places itself in the BS/OS mod(which is behind the Remodeled UUNP).    These two programs combined, seem to confuse themselves on virtual directory. This isn't good, because it's switching back and forth while in the middle of the program.
  12. Project: Unified UNP

What else changed when you added the zaps back?   As opposed to 1.0/1.1 where none of the remodeled conversions had any form of clipping for my custom body, 1.2 now has clipping on a lot of the outfits. The nipples being the most common, but some have drastic clipping on the back(DB armor), and some have clipping on the torso(mage clothing line).   EDIT: you know what? Let me get back to you on this. I think I'm having another MO + BS/OS problem again, where it keeps bugging out on the virtual drive. Sometimes it will literally just create a new file lower in priority instead of replacing or going into Overwrite - and BS/OS bugs out and can't figure out which file to load.

  14. I use CITRUS.   But honestly, your characters and Skyrim look perfectly fine and great as is. I'll be the voice of reason and say not to mess with the combination you've already got going(though I'm being hypocritical).
  15. No clue.    And I've been having Skyrim issues with not only this current 355.82, but the drivers before it. ENB works in my game(I reverted back to .262 from .279), and SweetFX seems to be working ok, but I'm having huge LOD issues. My LODs stay loaded for too long instead of rendering fully, and sometimes not at all - where I'll have LOD versions of trees up close(and you can walk through them).
  16. Project: Unified UNP

You ignored my question. I'm asking if you're using MO, because sometimes BS/OS bugs with the virtual directory - you can have the Iron Armor .bsd files in two different places in MO(BS and Overwrite for example), and it can cause problems.
  17. Project: Unified UNP

      You using MO?
  18. Guess this Dragonborn

lol, I guess it is 3 then, because she does have similarities to Ms. Bellucci. But, she wasn't who I immediately thought of.    Want me to just go ahead say it?   @zerosleepless: Rose Leslie(Ygritte) and Jack.
  19. Guess this Dragonborn

I can't give you a whole lot of cookies because you only got 1 of 2.   Jessica Rabbit was correct - she was the "animated" resemblance. Lana del Rey was incorrect.   So the other one is still out there.
  20. Guess this Dragonborn

I'll play...      I didn't intend for her to strike the resemblances, but when I noticed it, I embraced it with the chosen hairstyle. And, afterwards she even reminded me of yet another.   So, there's two she looks similar to. One is animated.
  21. Screenshot Discussion Thread

What were you looking to get criticized?  Character? Composition? Colors?   Character: I don't really have anything I'd change, personally. Composition: maybe if she were off center(her to the far right of the image - with the bed under her nipples and her head lined up with the flag, and you could change the perspective from a view point of being lower to the ground looking up(and her looking down). The background with a cooler light, while keeping the light on her as warm as it is, all for contrast.
  22. Changing DDS Files

Hmm this is interesting. Might have to get Creative Cloud.
  23. Screenshot Discussion Thread

The "New" daylight is wonderful and I prefer that one over the old as far as looks. However, the nighttime is debatable.   Hey I got an enbpalette I made the other day, I was hoping you'd check it out and I'd like to hear your thoughts(I'll PM).
  24. Screenshot Discussion Thread

I said I'd post up some non faceshot images for anyone to critique:   Thoughts on composition and things like that?
