    Does anyone have the file I uploaded to Minus.com above in bold, and if so can you upload and link it here? The link has been dead for weeks now (at least) and I can't find it on my hard drive. I've made a lot of changes since that upload, but its the description and readme files that I want most. I'd like to release an updated version without re-doing all that work. Thanks!

    I'm playing TESO and its pretty dang fun.  The character creation is awesome, takes the best of Oblivion and Skyrim IMO and leaves out the bad.  It feels like Elder Scrolls with obvious concessions that had to be made to make it an MMO.  I see no reason that this means Bethesda is dead, that's a complete over-reaction.  The worst thing about it is the linear questline, but if they didn't do that they've have to implement enemy level scaling, and that would be impossible in an MMO.  Do I see myself playing it for years, like WoW?  No.  Unless PvP is amazingly fun, and I haven't even tried PvP yet.


     


    Now what we need are private servers with the ability to mod like Oblivion and Skyrim.  I could do some great things!

    I'm playing it and having fun doing so. Pretty much everyone here criticizing is making mountains out of mole-hills. Sorry they couldn't develop the game to each and every fan's exacting personal tastes, or that lore gets slightly re-written over time. :( Is it fun? Yes. Does it feel like The Elder Scrolls to me? Yes. Ok then, I'm in!

    Hey guys, i've downloaded and followed the steps provided in the first post.

    However, i can't seem to get the page up key or the page down key to work ?

    I've edited the shaderlist file to check if i had any shaders to begin with which i had, it's just that the controller refuses to work for some weird reason, i've seen posts about it but they haven't posted how they solved it.

    Can anyone give me a hand ? :) Any help is appreciated.

    This is an old post in an old thread, but I'm trying to get this to work, and I have the same problem as quoted above. Page Up, Page Down, etc, does nothing. There is a misc item called OBGE something or other, that looks like a key, actually there two of them, but when I activate it, it says I have no shaders active. I've activated the shaderlist and randomly turned some of them to =1 instead of =0, but nothing happens.

    My deeper problem is there's too much glare on my characters and its ruining my screenshots. I want to try to get rid of the glare. I'm already using the no-gloss high res textures but that doesn't seem to help.

    The good news I guess is that this is driving me quickly to Skyrim finally, if it doesn't get fixed. The bad news is that I'll never finish any of my Oblivion projects.

    More specifically, if you looked at my list of mods in the very first post of this thread, you'll find this.

     

    (seriously why do so many people assume the sandals are included? If they were, they'd be mentioned. sheesh)

    The original mod contains an image called "swimwear_and_sandals.jpg" and all the images showing the swimsuits show them wearing the sandals. You just posted that mod according to the date stamp. And I for one don't read the OP for updates, instead I check the end of the thread for updates. So if you mentioned it only in the OP, people doing like I do wouldn't see it. (Although I don't use RHH anyways. Never could install it without inducing crashes.)

    Yeah no. Weight painting is already a big enough pain in my ass without adding that on top of it.

    I don't know for sure, but it seems like it could be used as a tool to double check that your weight painting is correct, which would make things easier, not harder. If I'm wrong, please forget I mentioned it.

    I'll fix this if there is a need for a new version, otherwise not really worth it.

    It was the Pink one actually, not the yellow one.

    The Sandals are from a separate mod. I'm sure you can find it if you look.

    For anyone else that was wondering, I found the sandals mod here: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/31753

    I have no idea what Growlfs Resize Mod is and I have no real interest in supporting it, whatever it is.

    But if you don't plan to consider it, then I'll leave it at that. I do think it can help reveal problems with meshes and weight painting, if nothing else.

    Need pics for this.

    It turns out it was a lighting / shadow issue that only presented when using the Growlf's mod. Sorry to bother you with it.

    These are nice, but I found a few problems:

    1) When using your .esp, the full suit yellow flowers and yellow stripes seem to be mixed up. The broken apart version is fine. The original .esp is fine.

    2) I can't find the sandals. Are they supposed to be in the box with the rest?

    3) Most of them have fairly severe problems when used with Growlf's Resize Mod, as if the weigh painting or geometry is messed up in places (but without the resize isn't usually noticable, except in large BBB movements). But one of the series (the B I think) is just about perfectly done.

    4) Some of the full-piece suits have texture problems on the edges. It looks like there's some wrap-around that shouldn't be there.

    I can produce pics if you need for any of these, I just haven't had time to do it yet.

    Thanks for continuing to mod for Oblivion!

    I feel like people viewing this thread would be interested in a replacer mod I just made. Its for Growlf's Body Resizing Mod. To make it very obvious, it allows you to change your character from looking like this:

    ... And more. Both of those are using the exact same body meshes: CLS Body lower body and Speedbuster's HGEC 28a.

    First get Growlf's Body Resizing Mod: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/31955

    It should work with any BBB upper body or armor that doesn't use the OP3 bone, but larger sizes might look messed up depending on the quality of the original mesh and weight painting.

    If your body or armor uses the OP3 bone, you get the nipple of doom effect, you'll know it when you see it. The only solution is the re-weight paint it. Fortunately most armor doesn't use the OP3 bone.

    Finally got to the "Catwoman" set, figure I'd do the difficult one first.

    Somehow managed to turn this:

    Somewhat stunned that I actually managed to make it look half way decent. The cleavage is a real pain to deal with when converting those skintight bodysuits to DMRA. Hopefully, I wont run into too many more like this.

    So just don't use Imgur. 


     


    If everyone just didn't use imgur there wouldn't be a problem.  Obviously Imgur doesn't want us to use them, so why try to get around it and use them anyways with little tricks?  We should just accept that they don't want us around and take our business elsewhere.  There are plenty of other hosting sites that don't care.


     


    Here's three alternatives I've used without issues:


     


    http://www.imagevenue.com - Automatic thumbnail generation, automatic BBS code generation, linking groups of images as a gallery, no need to register an account.


    http://www.minus.com - Attractive interface, ability to follow your favorite posters, private or public galleries.


    http://e-hentai.org - Automatic thumbnail generation, automatic BBS code generation, nice gallery system, ability to download entire galleries in one file or bittorrent (direct file download requires viewers to earn "points" generated by posting their own content, bittorrent requires someone to start seeding the gallery).


     


    I would like it if this BBS just prevented people from posting imgur images, forcing them to switch to something better.  When I see images that don't load on Imgur, I don't do the work-around, I just move on to the next post.  If you want most people to actually view your images, you won't use Imgur on LoversLab.
