What resolution and performance settings are you running? My ancient frankencomp (AMD athlon 64 x2, HD6870 and 6gb of ram) gets at least 20fps most of the time with perf settings on high and 1280x960 res. ENB does a number on your FPS especially if you run maxed shadows. (Edit: I forgot to mention I also run SMIM and Flora overhaul.)

Not a fan of the update myself. I think it looked better before. If it ain't broke...

NifMerge should tell you which brows you are using if you drag your exported file into the source box. I use racemenu myself but it should work just the same for ECE. (Edit: I guess I should check dates before I post lol... Necromancy is outlawed)

Hi all, would anyone happen to know what could cause my game to lag like crazy with the HDT-PE files installed? When I first load into the game it will run smooth for a short time and then it bogs down to an unplayable rate. This happens even when I am indoors by myself. I'm using the latest HDT-PE, the latest XPMS extended skele and the latest UUNP special body. The game runs fine if I remove the HDT files from the SKSE folder so I know it has something to do with HDT itself. Also if I go into the HDT log there is line after line of "Add character" with various ID's after them. Has anyone else had this issue?

  I've been running these settings for more than a year and my game runs much better with them than it does without. For me the proof is in the performance. I'm running 160 mods many of which are script heavy and the game is smooth as long as I run this tweak.

Not sure if this will help but I was having FPS/script lag issues like crazy until I added the following to my Skyrim.ini. You just copy and paste this under [Papyrus] and then save it.   fUpdateBudgetMS=800 fExtraTaskletBudgetMS=800 fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=2000 iMinMemoryPageSize=256 iMaxMemoryPageSize=512 iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=2457600

Would be sweet if you could add Karliah to this mod. The "lover" functions work if you add her to faction via console.  But it would be much better if she had a quest and working audio response.

Would it be hard to convert this to the UNP body? I have so many UNP based mods installed that I seriously don't want to switch over to CBBE.

The most recent file could use some mirrors. I can't get this to DL for the life of me. I've tried about 18 times now and it has failed every time. Other files are downloading fine so I know it's not me.

  I saw nothing wrong with your post. I myself wouldn't even use a mod if it mandated me to be the bitch unless I play as a black guy.  

I'm having issues with the facial expressions after installing the newest version. They tend to open their mouth extremely wide and it stays that way until I reset MFG in console and the expressions in the mod menu. The ending animations are also looping.

For some reason I'm getting no facial expressions  at all after updating. I tried resetting the mod and it didn't work. If I make a new game they work fine though. Any ideas? I don't want to start over lol.
