MO CAN install the Sexout stuff just fine.
Although it sounds like it may be giving you trouble in doing so. Why? I have no idea. Try installing the Sexout stuff through FOMM instead of MO and then run the game.
I would recommend using the FNV4GB mod, install that properly and you only need to use that to start the game.

OH if it is Sexout Sex lite yes you can remove it however I wouldn't unless I was replacing it with the full version or no longer desired to use it.
I thought someone decided to slp in a "lite" version of Sexout

Breeder is/was hell of a lot of fun to test.
Bruce's mod right now is just pure awesomeness, has a lot of humor added into it as well. The time he puts into this is obvious in the interactions. And the Mole Rat carpets? Creepy, yet a nice touch! Everyone should look forward to when he does a release of it.
Also helping to test a War overhaul for the damn and surrounding area. It expands a bit upon Fertile Breeder in how the " docile " deathclaw's offspring are actually used in the NCR army's fights.
Also seeing as how a few people are starting to dable more into learning to do meshes and textures I see a bright futuer ahead for New Vegas even with F4 coming soon.

If I'm forced to have a dog following me around, he's getting renamed 'Mr. DooDooButt'.
Highly suspect some of the first mods will be a mod to either not have it join you or make it killable. I personally don't care for animal companions, but thats just me. I know a lot of people enjoyed the one from F3, and NV so perhaps they want to keep with the trend of havng a k9 companion in this one.
Get rid of the K9 companion and let us have the option of choosing Ghoul or Super Mutant as a race in the base game and I would love them so much I would slap Bethesda in the face with free money!
And from the look of the UI with weapons and armor I think armor/weapon mods may be more easily made then the past 2 games.

It combines F3 and F:NV into one game in a way. You can travel between both " maps " and use mods from F:NV with no issue, athough you need to convert any F3 mod to have F:NV /its DLC as its masters as well to be usable.
As far as perks in TTW you get both F3 and NV's unique perks as well as the Base perks share between the 2 games.
Now for this mod I would love to see a TTW conversion!

Thief perk comes from 2 places: Either TTW install, or the More Perks mod.

Still highly possible, until you post a Debug for the mod author to take a look at I can't help you much more then this. Any actualy issues wtih the mod itself said mod author will know more about it then I will.
I use this mod with no issues like you have staited, so from a personally perspective I don't know what could make this mod act that way.

Go to the SCR Resources support topic and click on Ritualclarity's guide for installing it. ALL of those mods it says to " delete the esp's ", do so. Will clear up some room for any other mods you may want.
Sexout Affairs, you can use it as is if you wish but since it is in an uncomplete state, I would hold off using it right now. It IS being expanded upon / fixed, trust me I know.
Go grab Sexout Tryout, and get rid of the Sexout Powder Gangers. Not sure what mod Sexout Legion is, but if its the one I think it is both it and PG one have been expanded upon in the Sexout Tryout mod. Looks like you have the old NCR and Kings as well, same as with those.
Ghost Variants, Mercustom, Lady Outfit, Vegas Chokers, Mantis, Julia Chang, Refugee Outfits, Dragongirl, Raider Chains, Free Tribal Outfits. ALL of those ESP's you can delete, don't need them. KEEP the BSA of Vegas Chokers and rename it as stated in Ritualclarity's guide.
And for more stable animations when using sexout mods, highly suggest you get rid of all the Wsex mods. They do NOT play nicely with Sexout ones, also they are all outdated.
Your best bet after doing all of this is to do a fresh reinstall of all base Sexout mods.

Try doing the Validate Files in steam for your game, before that though if you altered your Ini's at all copy them so you can move them back in after the validate.
Honestly if its still not working it may be a corrupted install. If the validate doesn't fix it, then you may have to try clearing your cache of all mods that have been installed, uninstall all mods, then delete your game folder and do a complete reinstall.

Is loot a better option than NMM?
LOOT is a program, think of it as a better updated version of what BOSS should have been. It will sort your mods into a proper load order for you.
Afterwards start NMM and make sure the load order shown in NMM is the same as the one LOOT has made.
Also, seeing as I think the OP's issue has been solved, if you are still having this issue make a new post in Skyrim's forum and we can help you there from now on.

Suggestion: Change the effect Orgasmic event, lvl '<xxxx>' to <xxx> Orgasim.
In my character's pipboy the long title of the effect overwrites the effects handed out by the effect. I am not sure if anyone else experiences this. Just a suggestion as you are currently rewriting parts of the script.
Have had this happen sometimes for myself as well. While not mod breaking, would be nice to see the full list of effected traits.
Also, the previous update is working well for me. Did you alter textures btw? They seem to be less transparent, that or my new ENB is awesome hah.

I updated my mods, updated NVSE and been using loot. I'll start the game and it works fine, but when it gets to the slide to the NCR Veteran Ranger it stops responding. I'm used the stable and beta version of NVSE and it still isn't working. I'll post my mod list. If you guys have any ideas that be great. Thanks:
GameMode=FalloutNVFirst off don't take this as me being rude but you installed the stuff for SCR wrong. You DON'T need those ESP's for some of the clothes / armors that are in the SCR resources needed for Sexout Store. Delete those first off. Only needed the meshes / textures for those mods.
Second, I highly suggest you get rid of the wsex mods, they will clash with newer sexout stuff. Can use them if you want, but expect problems.
Third, you are using more then 4 outdated Sexout mods. Please go check the dates for updated sexout mods. You have 2 that I know right now WILL clash with Sexout Tryouts.
After you do all that run LOOT again, then run FNVEdit if it finishes without any problems poping up, then try running the game again. If you still can't seem to start come back and post if you managed to get past the intro or not.

Been trying to get this mod to work but it seems to not load the animations properly. It strips the player/NPC but then the player gets teleported inside of the NPC and no animation plays. CTDs on anything vaginal related as well. I have the requirements installed and the animations are loading fine with a different mod.
That actually sounds like its more of a Sexout NG install problem then this mods problem. This mod uses Sexout NG to work properly, so if you installed this and its not working then I would go try reinstalling Sexout NG first and see what happens.

Do you have LOOT? Also a lot of the times Steams Data Files load order does NOT actually show the order in which they are in. Just make sure your NMM load order is the same as it looks after you run LOOT. You honestly don't ever need to look at the Data Files in the launcher from Steam.

No that works fine, I just refuse to install any nvse/skse plugins with an installer. I grab NX and take the plugin from the zip folder to my plugins folder.

Having a perhaps similar issue. I really have no idea what happened. I tried to download a steam mod but it never showed up in the load order only in steams. I unsubscribed and tried to get rid of it, but when I did none of my plugins would work. DLC, formally working mods, and even steam mods wouldn't load. I tried all the .ini edits and the plugins text edits but nothing seems to work.
Help would be appreciated.
This is happening with skyrim though.
I would suggest you try finding that same mod either on Nexus or another site and download it. It would seem to be unreconizable with your other programs besides steam. Makes me wonder if it is actually in a complete and working state. I try to never grab mods off of Steam, I will browse it and if I find one that interests me I find another form of getting it. Plus with their upload limit bigger mods have to be seperated into multiple downloads, stupid.

Not sure about anyone else but I never install a nvse plugin with a mod installer. Manual install is the only way I do it to make sure it is installed correctly.

Sorry, a bit frustrated here...
What does it mean req. "SexoutCommonResorces (For sex toys)" (in SexoutSex)?
What does it mean req. "SCR (with data files)" (in Sexout Soliciting)?
What should I install? Why doesn't hardly anyone refer to their required files by name?
Sexout Sex requires the SCR data files. In other words make sure you have installed ALL of SCR's required files, specially the Spectrums Toy Pack, as those are the sex toys you need.
SCR data files required by Soliciting are the same, ALL of SCR's required data files on its OP. That mod uses Spectrums Toy Pack and Zaz's stuff.
Both of those mods also use some of the other files required by SCR ( Sexout Common Resources ). In the OP for SCR Halstrom has posted a link to Ritual's guide to installing all of the files needed for SCR. I highly suggest taking a look at it to make sure you have all you need.

Everyones best bet for release is to just play the game ( at least till you hit all the Beth game release bugs/crashes!) and enjoy it.
It will take time for people to get used to the new software to be released, then more time for trial and error. If your not wanting to play F4 without modding it, then I suggest waiting till about 4 to 6 months after release to seriously think about playing it.
Me I plan on playing FNV /GW2 until a few months pass and they release patches for the game. Already got my pre order done on announce. And its not like the FNV section will die out, I actually think we may see a slight increase of mods for FNV right after F4 hits due to people wanting certain items in FNV from F4.

There are also a few mods out there that do the " fix " for hats and hair. Some of the custom hairs end up clipping through the hats though, but you still have your hair showing while wearing a hat.

Out of those 2 choices though I would say Combat Armor. She is a melee class so that would be best. Although some overhaul mods make it to where she is ranged so whatever you feel like would be best really.

Yes Nickoles is correct. I haven't read or experienced (the limited times i used Sexout and TTW) any issues playing with the mods however I haven't went beyond the 20 hour mark.
Keep in mind that most can achieve 120 ~140 mods before experiencing issues. I personally experienced less issues when using TTW.
Bottom line. I would advise a basic install with SCR and no more than 2~3 main modules for your sex needs. Perhaps Fade to black, Sexout Sex, and one major mod like Tryouts or something like that. I wouldn't if I was you put 20 + Sexout Mods into your load order, at least for the first 50+ hour play through. Then add another for the next 50 plus hour play thorough if needed or desired. When I did use TTW and Sexout I only ran 5 or so myself and I didn't have as many other mods installed like you do.
For TTW I highly suggest the TTWQuestOverhaul and TTWEncounters mod along with the Sexout core mods needed to make those work. The Fade to Black, Sexout Sex, mods Ritual suggested are good as well. Note though that Tryouts is ONLY FOR NV, while the Sexout Sex along with Sexout Soliciting dialogue options show up in F3 with TTW installed.

How stable is SexOut + CommonRessources in its current state? Did anyone try to do a longer (50h+) playthrough with it?
I recently finished my TTW install with approx 100 mods (merged, bashed, FNV'ed, yada yada) and am now asking myself if I should go with Sexout and some of its other mods or not. Are there any scripts which severely could decrease the long time performance or is there a threshold where the performance hits by scripts become irrelevant if you've got the right CPU (let's say, an i7)?
100 Mods already and no Sexout yet?!?! Wow.
I have TTW as well and have used Sexout for the whole time. I have no issues due to having them installed.

Unethical Deeds, and Sex Assault. Although not exactly like Defeat and Submit for Skyrim, they are about the closest to those.

PC version can ALWAYS upload mods to other places. There are ways to make a Creation Kit upload to a certain place, but there will always be ways around such things.
As far as console goes, I have no idea. I don't play on consoles, last thing I played was Duck Hunt on nintendo, stupid damn laughing dog..... Anyway, they will probably use that Bethesda.net platform for those as you say. I bet over time though people will be able to do a " work around " for mods on console but will take time for people to understand how they set up the mod delivery for console first.
I am very interested in how the faction lore for this setting in F4 is gonna be like. Real question is, will the BOS in this game be the same faction that was in DC or is it another detatchment from the main BOS group in the mid/midwest part? And if it is the same faction from the DC ruins, then I also want to see some Outcasts.
Btw, anyone else super happy to see how that deathclaw came out of the drain pipes, and the ghouls coming out of actual rubble? Leads me to think that maybe there will be more meshes for random objects in the base game that are interactive. And if ghouls can crawl around in the pips in buildings can we also for stealth type characters?
