Texture missing can't install new one. [Fixed]
gvman3670 replied to Mr.Friendly's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
Yup, you're using NMM or doing manual installs, huh? That's the only way you could've lost those textures. That couldn't have happened if you used Mod Organizer. Just a heads up. -
Texture missing can't install new one. [Fixed]
gvman3670 replied to Mr.Friendly's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
It looks like the bearskin rugs. They will be in the skyrim.bsa if I'm not mistaken, so no idea how they could've been removed (unless you unpacked all your bsa archives). -
You can use Ordenador to just optimize/reduce the textures you want (like the Skyrim.bsa for example) and not optimize/reduce character textures and armors.
-
Yeah, Mod Organizer doesn't like them either. I wish people would quit using them since .7z has basically become the standard (even for all things Windows) these days. Like others said, though, just unzip with 7Zip and then make a new .7z archive, then install it.

Pornstar assets in Skyrim: Importing data from a photo to ingame.
gvman3670 replied to sanger77's topic in Skyrim Adult Mods
There's a member here who's made Scarlett Johannsen's head (and others) so it must be possible. The other option would be to get really good with RaceMenu and create a RM preset that looks like her. -
You could avoid needing an .esp by making a replacer, which only requires the proper folder structure.

New Clothing Body Style Converter Beta v0.89f (10-26-2014)
gvman3670 replied to gerra6's topic in Modders Resources
I'll have to figure out the mesh rigger next I suppose. That Daedric chainmail replacer I converted still has the UNPB BBPx weighting and it's not quite ideal for the UNP HDT-PE body I fit the armor to. It's certainly more jiggly and it does stretch the breasts a bit during the sexy idle animations. I also want to convert some LB/Demonica stuff the UNP HDT-PE body. -
A lighting mod with warm interior lighting?
gvman3670 replied to Mud's topic in Skyrim General Discussion
Relighting Skyrim. It's more performance friendly than ELFX and the interiors are condiserably brighter. So much brighter I've had to adjust Imaginator (I use I Can't BElieve It's NOT ENB). Not sure about it needing compatibility patches, but I don't think it needs any...I'm not using any. -
I upgraded from 7 to 10 and no issues here either. Well, the first time I tried to launch MO after the upgrade it just wouldn't go. But running it as administrator one time fixed that and it's been fine ever since.

Should I release? Fallout themed Armor Mashup for Skyrim
gvman3670 replied to Robton's topic in Skyrim General Discussion
It's PERFECT to go with the Dwarven Shelter. Perfect. I just want the files so I can fit them to my character now. -
It's in Vancouver. DUH!

Best way to diversify female NPC body types?
gvman3670 replied to corpsepimp's topic in Skyrim Adult Mods
That seems cool and simple enough, Illuminati. Awesome. I might put it to use. -
The mesh (the bump and slit) are part of the body and the textures are included in the body textures. I don't know which are best, though, or if there even is such a thing.

New Clothing Body Style Converter Beta v0.89f (10-26-2014)
gvman3670 replied to gerra6's topic in Modders Resources
THERE! I have now converted two armors. Of course, it was only from UNPB BBP to UNP HDT, but it's a start. I did Black Rose and Daedric Chainmail Replacer so far. Here's the Daedric chainmail. Now it's off to the races. -
New Clothing Body Style Converter Beta v0.89f (10-26-2014)
gvman3670 replied to gerra6's topic in Modders Resources
I just ran across an issue ripping a body. It appeared to be a full body (UNPB Daedric armor replacer), but the lattice maker wouldn't work and it spit out a .lat file of 0 bytes. So I went to Nexus and got the UNPB modders resource pack to use and that seems to be working. I haven't completed the conversion, it's running now, but it built a decent lattice. I really like the UNP TopModel body and this would nice to convert some armors for that body. I'll play with it some more and perhaps start doing that since there isn't a lot out there for UNP TM and UNP HDT-PE and it's shame because those are some very nice bodies. -
I can't suggest anything. Beautiful face that's just different enough from others to set it apart. Good work. Opinion of course.

It means it's not packaged properly. BUT NO WORRIES! MO can handle it. When the little window opens warning of no data at top level, just right click the top level (a mod name or data folder usually) and choose "set data directory". After than it should give a green "looks good" and it can install it. Maybe there are two folders in there that need this setting done to, but no problem. See, Mod Organizer is literally a /data/ folder outside of the Skyrim folder. So when it sees /data/ (or a folder with the mod name) at the top it balks. It says, "Fuck you, I'm the goddamned data folder!" So you just use the set data directory workaround and all is good. This video will show you how to do just about anything you'll need to know how to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxnU8DIsfjY MO also has a built in tutorial mode to show you many of those things.

Bella's just hasn't been deleted. And when you search for face textures, especially when filtering for most endorsed or most downloaded, that will be at the top of the list because it's so old.
-
Where your profile name is (right above the left pane) you can choose "manage" in the drop down list of profiles. In the window that opens after clicking manage check both archive invalidation and local game saves. If you don't do the local saves they'll still go where they used to. And with the saves, NMM (at least used to) saves both .ess and .SKSE extensions. MO only uses the .ess files.
-
That, my friend, is a "neck gap". It's an issue with the body mesh in most cases, at the very least something overwriting the body mesh. I've actually gotten that with some bodies when Zaz Animation pack overwrite some of the body files. Just reinstall the body if that's the case (and you're using NMM or manually installing) or move Zaz above the body mod in the left pane if you're using Mod Organizer.

That looks like Yatol's character. Look at his posts in the SYSC thread and you'll recognize the face. And he ports his stuff from Daz3d. It's about the same thing as Demonica/Ladybody 3. Heck, the other member should've just asked the guy whose picture he posted since he probably found the pic in that thread!
-
You don't. It was ported from Daz3d.

A new girl I think I might "play" with.

Not much to say about composition. The top one, though, her face is kinda' out of proportion. If the nose and eyes were both lowered a little and the mouth raised up just a bit you'd see a bit more of what would be considered "ideal" ratios. But, to be honest, the golden ratio isn't all there is to beauty either and some of the prettiest faces are not exactly "ideal".

A little bit ago I tried converting a UNP armor to CITRUS. It didn't work, but you probably could've guessed that. All it did was convert the armor to the CITRUS base shape and it wouldn't morph with the body. At all. And to those asking, yes you start with a scrawny ragamuffin for a character.
