  1. Mod Trimming :-(

Seriously consider Mod Organizer if you're reinstalling anyway. At least you won't ever have to do it again.   Why? Clean data folder. That's why. And you can add then remove mods without ripping stuff to shreds that's been overwritten because MO doesn't actually overwrite anything (stuff can still get stuck in your game saves, though, so remove stuff with caution).
  2. Having trouble getting Fnis to work in MO

I've had MO and FNIS give me an error then try generating FNIS again and get no error. Diligence.
  3. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

MO really isn't harder to use than NMM is (as long as you understand that it's merely an external data folder).   New profiles and games can't start? That seems hard to believe. I can believe old saves may not want to work because manual/NMM mod installations break stuff in your game saves (especially if you ever remove any mods).   I found switching to MO a breeze. But after a long time manually installing mods then using OBMM, FOMM and NMM made it really easy to understand. I've never even heard of anyone having this hard of a time using MO so it seems it's something at your end. It must be.   At this point I'd try removing even your ENB. Just drag those files from the root directory to your desktop (for easy reinstallation later) and see if it will start. I've had them mess me up and force crashes before.
  4. JSLOT files

I had to make the folders using 3.2.2. But I'm also using Mod Organizer.
  5. JSLOT files

If you aren't using RaceMenu version 3.something or higher then the JSLOT files won't work. Older versions of RaceMenu didn't use JSLOT format. And older presets won't work with the newer versions of RM either.
  6. no animations are working

Oh damn. This is one reason I don't generally update anything when I have saves I want to run.
  7. ok which one of you did this

It happens with the SoS UNP Addon. In other words, it's the Futa Meridia. Cool, huh?
  8. JSLOT files

What version of RaceMenu are you using?
  9. reinstalling of skyrim any must haves ?

I checked out the SKSE Acceleration Layer and the game wouldn't load for some reason. Is it too old? The date was late 2011.
  10. no animations are working

FNIS is at 5.5.1 I believe. At least I think it is.   Yup, it's at 5.5. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D11811&pUp=1
  11. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

A pseudo mod? Right click the overwrite folder and choose the option to make a mod out of it.
  12. Doesn't the mod "Accesorized" (sp?) have stockings that are just texture overlays?
  13. It seems to me that you'd have to alter the mesh in Blender or 3DSMax. And I only have a rudimentary grasp of Blender as is. The reason I say this is that the mesh would need to be shaped differently AND be lengthened as well.   There are some HDT HH stockings out there, though.
  14. The newest RaceMenu has a body morph thing to mix it up with the women. It is based on your BodySlide preset.
  15. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

I hate creating usernames is right. Just disable HDT HH and then hover over the armor and shoe plugins in the right pane. That should tell you which have a missing master or plugin they depend on.
  16. Meshes and Textures Saves Profile

Textures and meshes don't need a plugin. They just need to be in a folder that has a properly set up and named file tree (or folder structure).
  17. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

When I make a new profile I run everything I need to run (like FNIS, RaceMenu and BS, for example) and let them land in the overwrite folder. Then, when all that stuff is done, I will make the overwrite folder into a pseudo mod called "<name of profile> overwrites" and then activate it at the bottom of the left pane. Any time I may rerun one of those applications/mods and new stuff is added to overwrite I drag and drop them into the pseudo mod I created.   Yes, if you remove HDT HH you also need to remove the shoes or you'll crash. It's just to see if that is the source of your problems. It seems like your HDT HH is broken so the shoes are crashing the game. If not we'll have to look elsewhere.
  18. Unchecked mods (in the left pane) act as uninstalled mods, the equivalent of never adding them to your data folder in a manual installation. Don't know how they could be mentioned in your papyrus logs unless they were once used then later disabled.   Stop putting things in your data folder. Simple. Just don't do it. Let MO handle that stuff. You can move those files into the mods inside of MO.
  19. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

I'd try starting a game without it (and maybe disabling any shoes that use it or you'll CTD for sure). It seems it's broken and that's the most likely cause of your crashes.
  20. RaceMenu V3.2.5B

So I just install RM 3.2.5B, uninstall HDT HH and all's good in my Skyrim world? No other tweaking at the user end?
  21. You can disable what you don't want to play in the MCM and you can use the hot keys to change the positions. Close enough I guess.
  22. Meshes and Textures Saves Profile

The meshes from BodySlide will go into your <overwrite> folder. So right click overwrite and make it a new pseudo mod, name it something relative to the profile name and then activate it only in that profile. Repeat the process for each profile so each profile will contain its own BS body mesh.   As for texture packs, just install whatever packs you want and just activate whatever one you want for a particular profile.
  23. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

The SKSE folder in overwrites may be the problem or a symptom. What's in that folder anyway? You can open it and expand its file tree. Some SKSE plugin must be continually writing new info in there. Normally you get RM data in there (presets) and that sort of thing. You're running a mod that is writing new stuff all the time.
  24. no animations are working

That's the classic T-pose. It's usually caused by not running FNIS_for_users or having FNIS installed improperly (or overwritten, which is highly possible when manually installing mods). Maybe even a version of SKSE that's too old for FNIS?   If you're running the newest skeleton and an appropriate body type then I would have to suspect something wrong with FNIS. Maybe check the Nexus page and see if there are issues with the newest version?
  25. Mod Organizer and "mod sets"?

So it's crashing on the old saves only, or also with a new game? You've run LOOT and allowed MO to fix any possible mod conflicts in the left pane? Are you trying to load the old .SKSE saves or the .ess saves (NMM and manually installing gives both kinds and MO only uses the .ess files)?
