i didnt install skse(1.7.3) through MO and wanted to download the "skse ini pre-downloaded for lazy people"
the mod page just says to install it through NMM/MO, is it the same for my case?
thanks!
It should be fine. I have SKSE in my data folder and added ini files through MO. It worked for me.

Spriggan sap and snowberries. The old glitch still works on the Xbox version so should still work on the PC version.

After unzipping them and looking at their structure it seems you could just copy/paste the appropriate files into the Paladin mod (and be sure to let them overwrite). Try it and see if it works.

Any time you add or remove animations you have to run FNIS again.

Oblivion plays better on W10 than on W7, at least on my machines. Same with Skyrim.

And lots of the mods don't differentiate that much between males and females. For example, if you use Matchmaker the first one hit with the spell will assume the female role regardless of sex. So as a female zap a male first then yourself and your character will perform the male animations.

ECE doesn't have a different head. It is the vanilla head with a different default shape. You can get the same default shape in RM using the Head Shape slider.
Gotcha'. I figured the shape was achieved through using a different head mesh. In older RM versions I used one of Ran's to get a similar effect.

Yeah, Gopher is quite active on YouTube. He uploads a couple vids a week.

I wouldn't fix it. I'd try to get through the gap.
But I'm always trying to break Bethesda games anyway. It's what I do.

Keep in mind that what I say is coming from a strong ECE supporter that switched to RM a while ago and have no reason to change back.
ECE uses a different head mesh. You can just use one of Ran's meshes (on the Nexus) with RM or do what I do and use Blabba's CITRUS heads (they have a lot more polygons for a smoother result).
In RaceMenu there are often two sliders that do the same thing or are list the same (but with a 2 after the name). The second one is generally the exact morph that ECE uses, so the newest RM is, more or less, both old RM and ECE wrapped up in one package.
There are a TON of other features that RM has that ECE won't ever get. That alone is enough reason to use RM. The body morphs, in game BodySlide and CITRUS body sliding, ability to play nicely with custom races, tattoo/freckle/warpaint/makeup overlays, and lots of other things.

Continuing this here thread, where is this?
The cave is in Whiterun hold, can't remember the name of the cave...
Redoran's Retreat?EDIT: Nope. Swindler's Den, I think. Redoran's Retreat is the other one.
Yes, you got it.

This should be a stumper!
Western Europe in 1945?

The beginning can bug out if you are using certain mods. The best thing is to avoid the beginning altogether, it's so long and tedious after you've already played through it more than a couple times. Most people use "Alternate Start, Live Another Life" and this allows for several new starting options and no BS carriage ride.
Is it crashing at these points, though?

So what is "not running right"? We need a bit more detail here, like specific questions.
I would've suggested just switching to Mod Organizer, though. Since you were reinstalling everything anyway. Then you'd most likely have your answer right there and wouldn't have made a post here asking for help. MO shows issues in an easy to read format and makes fixing them as simple as dragging and dropping mods/files into a new order.

I never tried those two together. I am now using Pure Weather and Purity (which includes Pure Waters) and it looks great. I also use Relighting Skyrim and the whole things works great together with better performance than CoT and ELFX.

CBBE textures on a UNP body. Get different textures made for a UNP body. Simple fix.

I've just traded out the entire texture sets with some followers. That way I get what I want. You should be able to adjust the color in PS or GIMP, though. I don't see why not.
As for the ears, are they in the meshes folder?

Can you unzip her folder and find the hair's texture files? If so then open those files in GIMP or PhotoShop and paint them the color you want.

With MO you can install them in any order then just drag and drop them into the desired order in the left pane, which simulates the install order using other managers or manual installs. Then you can move them around again if you like without permanently breaking anything.

1) No Unofficial patches. You need those. LOOT will put them in the proper places for you.
2) You might have to manually add the XPMSE skeleton to their folders. In MO/mods you'll find their folders. Open the meshes folder and find the skeleton (if there is one) and copy/paste the XPMSE skeleton in there (or add it if they don't have one). Can't be totally sure without knowing the followers in question.
4) You can create your own folder with the SKSE/Plugins folder structure and place the HDT files in it. Then zip it up with 7Zip and install it like any other mod.

Since you're using Mod Organizer you don't need to reinstall anything. Nothing at all. The reason is that MO keeps all that junk outside of the Skyrim folder so reinstalling just returns the game to the exact same state!
That's the biggest reason to use MO in the first place.
So come here with very specific questions so we can give specific answers to fix those issues. That's all. Forget about reinstalling anything.
Install FNIS into MO just like any other mod. Then go to the right pane and click the data tab. Scroll down until you find FNIS and open folders until you find the Generate for Users file. Right click it and set as an executable. Then run FNIS through MO. The generated files will be in overwrite afterward. I like to right click the overwrite folder and choose "create mod". I name this pseudo mod after the profile's name (like "XXXX Overwrites") and keep it activated at the bottom of the left pane.

We all started modifying Skyrim the same way. You learn as you go. Some find it fun actually. Once you learn enough the rest becomes easy, it just falls into place.
If you need help just ask. Of course, it's a forum so you might have to wait a bit for an answer. I don't know of any place more helpful than LoversLab or one that's any faster. Nexus has a larger membership, but getting answers there is kinda' tough.
So what it wrong?

You forget about Citrus
I did. But that profile isn't getting much attention. And probably won't until there are more things available for it. Now that BS2 has in-game RM morphing there isn't a LOT of reason to use CITRUS. I still use the CITRUS head, though. That kicks ass.

Sorry, UUNP is equally crappy how UNP, that be still no breasts, that be two pimples.

no offense, I like women with a little more bust size.
but everyone can use what he likes and I do not care, I have my dream body found and I'll stay with him until the end of this world.

UNP (even the base version) has breasts over a D cup at max weight.
And B cups at the smallest while at the lowest weight setting. Then toss in RaceMenu and the XPMSE skeleton and the breasts can be so large your character couldn't walk with them bumping her legs.It is not only the breast size, which me does not please, it is predominantly the shape of breasts. with larger setting they look like two silicone balls that is equal to with 7B.
the breasts of CHSBHC by CherryHotaling are unique, no other Body Type could this breast shape imitate.

UUNP has a CHSBHC preset and sliders. Just sayin'.... And it does it with more polygons so those curves you like will be more curvy and less angular.

I have different MO profiles with different bodies in them. I have UNP HDT-PE, Demonica and UUNP in them at this point. And even though UUNP is SOOOoooo adjustable and Demonica looks great and smooth, I still prefer UNP HDT-PE because it does everything quite well and RaceMenu combined with XPMSE allows so very much adjustment all itself.

Help with textures (Skyrim UNP HDT)
in Skyrim Technical Support

It looks like you are currently using a CBBE texture.
There are tons of great UNP textures you can use, though. Go find yourself one. There are plenty to choose from on Nexus.
