  1. You shouldn't need to change the body's weighting, just the armor will do the trick.

You probably will, unless you want breasts bouncing through your 'static' breastplate....

I've been under the impression that equipped armor will replace your body with the body that's in the armor. Non-HDT armors, like the vanilla stuff, don't allow the HDT body parts to move at all. Right?

  2. The animations are in SexLab itself, and those can be turned on or off in the SL MCM menu. You could even replace some of them with other animations for that matter.

The animations in SL aren't really based on proclivity. Any combo of man/man, man/woman or woman/woman can work with any of the animations. You can even use a strapon or a futanari character in those animations, take your pick.

  3.

Bummer. Because if it was available for any UNP variant (anything using the UNP UV map) it would be easy to convert using Gerra's Clothing Converter. But from CBBE to UNP ends up messy.

So does this mean, that's not much hope getting this to work with UNP?

If you could find a version that is fit to other UNP-variant bodies you could do it yourself with the Clothing Converter program. So see if you can find that armor in UNPB, UNPetite, UNP Skinny, or to fit one of the 7Base bodies.

  4. If it's a plugin (esp) or master (esm) file then install it with NMM. You may be able to install the HDT .xml files as well if their folder structure is proper, although I would think it better to manually install those in /Skyrim/data/SKSE/plugins/.

Red1313's idles are animation that play while your character is idle. :) There are some nice and sexy ones that show off HDT and it's collisions. Just search this site for the thread/discussion and you'll find download links in there.

  5. The advantage to the havok object is breasts, butts, bellies, schlongs, etc., moving when making contact with hands and other things. Without having the equippable object or setting up the head nif to handle it you won't have collision. You'll have jiggles when you move, but you won't have collisions.

That one just might work for you. Now do a search here on LL for red1313 idles (I believe that's the name) so you can enjoy the collisions.

  6. I don't want a virtual drive manager (which is why I never used MO). I have no clue how NMM will implement the profiling, but it better be not virtual drives. Otherwise I am not even sure what manager I still could use. NMM 0.5x was all I ever needed... :s

It's not a virtual drive or virtual drive manager, it a virtual /data/ folder. Why would you not want a virtual data folder? There's no good reason to NOT want it. It keeps the Skyrim/data folder clean as a whistle because MO keeps the mods out of it. Stability, never having to reinstall and several other good reasons to use MO and not one good one to not use it.

  7. I might try the new NMM if I feel like playing Oblivion or Fallout, but I'm not switching my Skyrim over to anything anytime soon.

I am using NMM .5.9 or something like that for Oblivion, but that's only because MO wasn't working with Steamed Oblivion. Maybe I'll check it out for Oblivion after all.

As far as using it for Skyrim...no way in Hell.

  8. Then the HDT file you're using didn't come with the Havok collision object. Search in the downloads section for a file with the object or for a file that is just the object. There are both.

I installed this, can't seem to see anything in the files there is just the main file and an optional one called JFF.

If you follow the links on that mod it will take you to here... https://code.google.com/p/hdt-pe/wiki/AddonMods

There are some files there with the Havok object, like the two from clp2011, that include the object. An equippable object is the only non-technical way to get collisions during idle animations and sex. The other method requires using advanced tools to add the capability to the body mesh itself.

You can extract those files and add only the Havok object if you like or use their XML files if they fit the body shape and size you're using. JFF is still nice to have to fine tune things like collision, weight and so on.

  9. Open your console by pressing the "~" key. Then type <help havok> and it will list the havok object. Then type <player.additem "whatever the ID number was" 1> and you'll have the object. Now equip it and when things bump into your characters boobs or butt it will deflect from the collision.

  10. Cool that it's working, someone else recently installed just the CBBE body without using BodySlide to generate a HDT body so their physics didn't work.

If you want the outfits to work they ALSO have to be listed as BBB, TBBP or HDT ready, or else you'll have static body parts with the clothing/armor equipped.

Have you got a Havok object to use with your HDT files to allows for collision?

  11.

What some say about NMM is totally untrue i used NMM for almost 3 years and even before LOOT era i had no problems all who claim other wise just don´t know how to mod or organise it.

This was not to promote NMM i just want to clear some up.

Most on LL prefer MO because thats what been told here and NMM is just demonized thats all there is NOTHING wrong with NMM at all.

I have been using NMM for my mods. I can't seem to find a CBBE body to install though.

    Is this one?

That is a CBBE body, but without running it through BodySlide I don't think (T)BBP/HDT will work for you.

  12. Pick a body and use only armor for that body. It won't really "break" anything but it's weird to have one body shape then see it turn into something else altogether with bad texture mistakes just because you put on some armor or clothing.

While you're at it, decide on whether you want a plain ol' body or if you want to BodySlide your own preferred shape.

  13. UNP and CBBE are the two main body types, and there are variations on those (like UUNP, UNP Skinny, UNPB, etc.) and there are BodySlide versions of both where you can make your custom body shape.

(T)BBP has to do with breast and butt animations.

HDT is rigging the body, hair, clothing, and so on to the game's built in Havok physics engine. It makes realistic movements and collisions with those body parts.

XPMSE is the skeleton you'll need for (T)BBP and/or HDT Physics to work, they just won't work without it and it can NEVER be overwritten by other mods/files or it will break.
