  1. See this webm : http://webmup.com/75102/   I managed to partially fix this for creatures (not NPCs) by setting fCombatDistance to a lower value (48). However, NPCs still constantly walk backwards out of their own melee range.   I already tried removing all hold/dodge timers from their combat style, and setting them to have 0 dodge modifiers. No luck.   Anyone know why they are doing this? Its making them do a LOT less damage in melee because they keep moving backwards.   Creatures will stay in melee range 100% of the time though, just not NPCs.

The problem is i have all the dodge timers and chances set to 0 so in theory, they shouldnt be dodging...unless its hard coded or something else is making them dodge.   I dont know anything about navmesh...how could that affect it?   Fro what ive seen, creatures (like ghouls and animals) never do this, only NPCs (humans, non feral ghouls).   fcombatdistance sets the minimum range, the problem is settinng it to a low number like 48 allows creatures to attack without backing away, but NPCs still do that. Ive treid setting weapon min ranges to 0, no luck.   Setting it to a VERY low number like 0 or near 0 breaks the AI completely.
  3. So if a piece of armor is upper body slot and doesn't contain a body mesh, i just get an empty space or something?   Also the save tangents thing didnt fix this headgear...any idea why the white part keeps showing up?   http://i.imgur.com/EibNxKi.png
  4. Sorry for the late reply. Turns out it was ENB's ambient occulsion that was causing the problem.   As for the mesh, i was looking at the male tab in the GECK so it wasnt showing the correct files. It looks like that particular race uses CWdolls' "Asuka" mesh and textures. Changing it isnt a problem, but it looks like the body used for the armor is still overwriting the race's actual body mesh an textures. Is there a way to get the armor to use the actual body instead of overwriting it?   Also thanks for the tangent space thing, i didnt know that.
  5. Thats the CW Dolls CWAngelica race. I'm using the type 3 alice body replacer though, never had any issues with it before. I'm not sure if the type 3 alice body is even being used though, since the race data in the geck points to \childupperbody.nif but there is no such .nif in my meshes folder.   I can see it when my character is nude, but it doesnt seem to affect NPCs using vanilla races.   Im using the .bsa version of archive invalidation.   Yea im using ENB, lucent's default preset to be exact. Turning ENB off by moving all the related files to another folder seems to remove the pixellated effect. Any idea if any ENB settings might be causing this?   Also i noticed that there are two weird circles at the chest area but they are only visible in doors for some reason....see pic.        
  6. Thanks, i tried the hi-res textures and for some reason my character now has this weird pixellated appearance that wasn't present before...(see screneshot)   Im pretty sure its not supposed to do that right?    
  7.   Isnt this just a texture replacement pack?   I know i'm supposed to rename the files, but what am i supposed to rename them to?   For example my females textures folder currently has upperbodyfemale, upperbodyfemale_n and upperbodyfemale_sk. The upperbodyfemale_n got replaced by the one in the hi-res folder, okay. So am i supposed to rename the molina/cheryl files to upperbodyfemale or upperbodyfemale_sk?

Can someone please explain how to install this?   The hi rez folder only includes 3 files, do i just place it in the female textures folder without renaming?   What exactly am i supposed to rename the molina/cheryl files to and what is the difference between vag01, vag02 and hotsex? I cant find any screenshots of the three different types?   Also how do i compress them for normal use?
  9. Most notorious in the OWB addon. Try this : Go into the mysterious cave and aggro the legendary bloatfly. Run back to the cave entrance, it wont follow you. You are now permanently stuck in DANGER mode. If you exit the cave and come back, You will get a flashing DANGER upon entering the cave again before it goes back to normal red DANGER. Waiting hours doesnt help, something in the cave keeps setting you back to DANGER mode.   Ive tried playing around with sneak settings in the GECK, but even making the sneak skill 4x more effective doesnt help. Something is very broken here. Right now i have the chinese stealth suit, and a normal feral ghoul keeps switching from hidden to CAUTION every few seconds, even though i have the stealth field bonus and 90 sneak, am out of LOS, far away, do not have the pipboy light on, am stationery, etc, etc. I even tried using the console to set his perception to 0 and it didnt help.   It would really help if i could use the console to figure out what the AI's decision making process is, but toggle debut text does absolutely nothing in NV.   Any ideas?
  10. Im trying to edit companions to look different, and while i can change everything in the GECK just fine, they look very different ingame (See screenshot). What gives?   There is also an obvious mismatch between their head and the body. The proportions dont look right and the skin complexion doesnt seem to match, even though my player character and the companion are using the same race and my character looks fine.
  11. Ah, i see. How do you convert a .esp to a .esm? Do you just change the file extension? As for the meshes, how do you put them in a BSA and get the associated mod to use that instead of the loose files?

    Okay i tried asking in the main NG thread but all they did was say that sexoutNG doesnt do anything with sex toys.   I will post some screenshots so you can better understand what im referring to (not worksafe obviously).   First screenshot : I told veronica to masturbate. It looks like she is trying to use a dildo, but no dildo appears?   Second screenshot : Positioning seems to be a total mess here.   What's responsible for these issues?

  15. I noticed that for some armor, blood decals won't get applied to it but on others, it will....does anyone know what causes this? For example blood doesnt get applied when using the type 3 bunny suits but the one from CWDolls will have blood show up.E   Edit : Seems to be .nif dependant at least, its something to do with the mesh of the armor itself, but i cant tell whats causing it exactly.

Yea, if you fire a missile launcher that does 125 impact and 200 explosion damage outside of VATS, it will only do the 200 explosion damage.   I tried putting it as an impact script to the ammo but it wont fire either when i shoot a rock.   Edit : I also did some testing and realised that damage done via effects (such as the fire damage of an incendiary grenade) are not affected by perks or skills, which makes some perks and weapons kind of underwhelming. Is there a way to change that? I know i can add conditions to an effect so it does more damage if the player has a certain perk, but that is a lot of perks and a lot of effects.
  17. So the script wont run at all if the missile hits a rock or something? Because the whole point of it is to cause an explosion 100% of the time without setting the projectile to have an explosion (since that causes the weapon to do no impact damage outside of VATS).
  18.   I'm doing it the same way the gauss rifle bug fix does it (which is to make a base effect, then attach the script to it, make an object effect with the base effect, then attach the object effect to the weapon) but it does nothing. The gauss rifle bug fix also uses "placeatme [explosion name]". If im not supposed to use "placeatme", what do i use?   I tried  doing this: Begin ScriptEffectStart Print "Missile Script Fired!" placeatme MissileExplosionHEENDI attached it to both the ammo (As an impact script) and as a script to the base effect, which is attached to an object effect, which is then attached to the weapon. Nothing happens when i fire the missile, no text pops up on my screen.   Just to make sure, i dont need to turn on any special options to get the text to show up right?

    Also i have Julie Farkas added to spunk via the hotkey, and she will masturbate, but she will NEVER approach my character for sex. Why is this? I do have the relevant options turned on. My follower will approach me for sex though, just not non-follower NPCs.

    Can someone clarify the following :   -I have all the requirements installed, but it looks like some of the sextoys are not showing up for some reason. Some of the masturbation animations look like the female character is fucking an invisible dildo and some of the lesbian sex animations also look like there is an invisible dildo. I have the spectrum toys pack installed and the .esp activated (all folder paths seem to be correct). Any ideas whats going on?   -Facial expressions dont change during sex, is this normal?   -How do you stop sex partway? Is there a hotkey or something for it?   -Is it possible to have sex with NPCs that are sleeping in beds? The animation either doesnt play or it ends up looking weird (The NPC is sleeping sideways and the player is having sex with thin air). It looks like the one where you talk to Julie Farkas while shes sleeping, get her to heal you, and then in the middle of the healing animation she lies down on thin air and starts sleeping again.
