The chair tied to Cait's quest can likely be used to great effect with regards to drugging/transforming the player. It could be used for all sorts of things, actually, not just for this concept.

Hm, I managed to start the quest by running back to GNR and finding marcus there.

I'm not sure where to go to start that quest. Perhaps I messed that up somewhere.

  Yes, female MC. She survived the events at Chevy Chase though. I was under the impression that Reddin would be present at the citadel when I got there, but she isn't and consoles in the citadel refer to her as dead.

I must have messed up somewhere. Reddin's alive sitting in GNR's courtyard, but the game at the citadel seems to think that she's dead.

Unfortunately I also suffer from Marcus' initiation of sex during "Making Friends" - we both end up just standing still and doing nothing, while everyone else around us continues their activities. Loading up a save just after that point also has Lyon's Pride attacking the mutants immediately post-orgy/dialogue, which is interesting. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and need to reinstall everything xD

Well, the sailors and their events are largely leftovers from ADWR (but with animations added), as far as I can tell (including the Whore quest). You don't have to keep the exact same events, though they do add to the atmosphere  

World building is appreciated for building a story-driven questline. I like the direction you're taking with this!     Note: Alaroth's head seems to be missing for me. Perhaps I'm missing a file.
