  1. Thanks Kargrin!

I loved claymore, only thing im missing is to finish reading the manga, ended up somewhere in the middle...i love especially his way of drawing the heads, each of the characters has a pretty unique design and very smooth feel.

Yeah i wish i could make it, i wanted something like this the first time i saw a werewolf in skyrim, plus the stealthy animations...who knows maybe such a mod will be done in the future, i would love to see it...doesnt have to be exactly like my idea but something similar...lets hope

  4. Been always thinking about this, since im not a modder i havent bothered with it, but yesterday i really felt like i want to play a sexy werewolf character lol.

Not sure though if the anthro-like legs would be better or the more human-like ones, so far i have gone with the second idea, since that kinda looked more sexy

Another thing i always wanted to see, was a stealthy type of werewolf with animations and attacks..just immagining how you hide in a bush and sneak jump someone, mm the awesomeness.

I wasnt sure if to upload this idea since im no pro artist, but i guess i give it a try, maybe someone will like it.

  5. I doubt there is mod like that kaosmu, for that the whole combat system would need to be updated, using of unique attacks for different type of enemies, bosses and the player, that would require also new enemy ai that uses that system, wich means changing the core of the game and that isnt possible i think as plenty of stuff is hardcoded, so the only way to increase difficulty is adding dmg, hp and armor, or such a mod would have been already worked on...i could be wrong though but thats my opinion.

Unless bethesda decides going away from the mediocrity, all of the tes games are going to be mindless hack&slash fests.

  7. Woah !

Its really cool to have such wide experience in many different things, makes ones view broader, plus you doing what you like to do, wich isnt so easy nowadays, but i do know the feeling as im trying also to do what i love, wich is drawing...although i cant say im that talented, im trying to make something out of it hehe.

If you set up your website, i will check it out for sure, wanna see especially the airbrush works!

Oh and btw the Auslogics disk utility is making wonders to my HDD, although i tried some defragment softwares, they werent so thorough with it.

  8. on average i go through about 5 hard drives inabout 2 months time...that sounds high but keep in mind  i run a Hard drive for all of my games meaning one hard drive is slated for one game and nothing else, this isnt an option for many people especially when they have more then 6 games on their pc, I however have around 200 games and 7 pc's with NAS servers just for the games themselves in 4 4U cases devoted to my hard drives, so your looking at or about 260 hard drives total. so 5 a month isnt a big deal for me ... there are a couple things you can do to avoid your issues in the future... if you are like me whether you have 1 pc or many you can save your software and mods and everything you contain on your hard drives with a simple program called Icronis True Image....basically put you install games, your O/S your updates, your Drivers your pictures music Etc...etc...etc.. you get the picture, and when your satisfied with it then you install TRUE IMAGE from Icronis... now you know as well as i do , it can take 4-9 hours to set a pc up plain and simple...with this utility it takes about 2 hours tops

how? simple after you install Icronis you make basically an .ISO of your pc and when something like this happens you install a new Hard drive and format it, and then load it up with the .ISO you made from Icronis and your back in business

another thing and i'm sure i'm gonna get hit with a bunch of flak for saying this ....but Hard drive MFG's are a big thing to me i will take durability over speed any day if i can get the same speed as an SSD out of a Platter disk all the better,  now i cant get the same speed today as an SSD but SSD's have a fault that is slowly being fixed... they have great speed, and transfer both write and read and are miles ahead of platter type hard drives...but they lack durability, they are only rated for a certain ammount of writes before they start to loose information, and dont think you can get by with Defragmenting them, they are a different architecture and they dont respond well to defragmenting...they in this case become Scatter brained

For durability and speed for say an Opperating System hard with the speed of an SSD with the relyability of a platter drive i would look into a PCIE REVO HYBRID DRIVE just google it to see what i mean dont forget the "HYBRID"

they are spendy but ohh so worth it , for your data prone and high usage hard drives for say games i would look into the Western Digital Veloceraptor Hard drives either in a JBOD ={just a bunch of disks} setup or as a Raid 5 raid 10 setup

for movies and music especially if you are ripping them or just moving files alot look into the Executive/Enterprize series or BLACK Labels from western digital, for pictures and general files do the blue, Stay away for the most part on the Greens as they are the new thing as are the Red labels from Western digital products, they are set up for like those Throw away pc's that no one can work on because there are no user serviceable parts in them ...ohh what were they called again....hmmm ohh thats right Lap tops, PDA's, netbooks, tablets.....biggest waste of money IMO, they overheat, are subject to many of the worst drivers ever made partially because of every component in them are custom made, are supceptable to everything from coffee to falls from heights parts availability, and a big one they overheat way too easily and are a pain in the ass to make regular cleaning and service checks.....

uhhboy off on another of my regular tangents again i see....ok back on topic:

i recommend Western digital true all my dead hard drives are western digital hard drives ... but out of 260 or so Hard drive spanning back to 2001 of those that i go through are only the GREEN LABEL hard drives they others are excellent and they come with Western Digital DATA LIFEGUARD

    http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=605&sid=3&lang=en

which allows you to keep track of your hard drive info and the hard drive structure

for defragmenting and speed up your hard drive check into AUSLOGICS Disk DeFrag utility here as it is a world apart from what other defrag utilities can do .

This program can move your priority programs to the front of the hard drive and all of your less used programs to the back for a boost in your architecture speeds

    http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag/download/

for checking of your background services and making sure your PC upto the task of running your games try PROCEXE it even allows you to find those ever evasive Memory leaks in system files and folders right down to memory transfer tables

    http://download.cnet.com/Process-Explorer/3000-2094_4-10223605.html

Really thank you very much for taking the time with all the info and wow you sure have plenty of pc's/hdd's, are you a tester of hardware or something, cuz i dont think an average pc user would have that :P

I was thinking of getting a western digital hdd, just didnt got into the info more deeper, thanks to you i save some time into trying to figure out what to get.

Going to check out the softwares too, thanks again, your help is much appreciated.

  9. Thank you GreyDeath for the tips, you might be actually right about the harddrive, lately i have been experiencing problems with it, although my hdd is of samsung brand i have it for about 10 years, so it might be the age instead of a defect product, since till now i havent had any problems with it.

Its strange though, because LL is the only site i have experienced to have this problem, this is actually the first time i ever had such a problem with downloading files, wierd.

  10. My superpower: i have a photo memory, everything i see with my eyes usualy ends up as an archive in my brain, thats why i love to watch photos with pretty ladies.

Photographic Memory? That's something I wish I could have. Unfortunately I have a slight case of STM Loss due to a closed head injury from an auto-accident.

Yep that one and sorry to hear you got such experience mate, but you are still alive, thats better then photographic memory i say

This memory was awesome though when i was still in school (well it still is although i havent trained it much after school), i remember learning whole pages from books just by taking a photo of them in my head and then read it at the day of my exam :P

I was drunk all month and a few days before my final exam's i read a bit from the books and passed, although it wasnt anything gloryfic, it got the job done

  11. Agree, vanila skyrim is fun compared to vanila oblivion, that goes without saying, but after 6-7 years ( correct me if im wrong), you would expect alot more then this...basicaly the combat is the same, just with better animations and killmoves, but still the same paper hack&slash..i dont know if im too spoiled or something for wanting a deeper experience or a bit of creativity, seriously.

  12. I just wanna defend us mostly consolefags from being berated by the PCfags. Let it be known, I never asked for the game to be dumbed down for us console folk. I liked Morrowind, I still do, and I played it on both Xbox and PC, and the differences were minimal to non-existant, and people played the heck out of the Xbox version as well as the PC. Same with Oblivion, people played it on all consoles gladly, and no one asked for nerfs or anything. I have NO FUCKING IDEA why they decided that a console-centric menu was a good idea for Skyrim. But that's the least of Skyrim's problems. In the end, to ME, it's a poorly done, boring shell of an Elder Scroll game that isn't worthy to be called an Elder Scroll game. I hope they learn their fucking lesson and make the next TES game an ACTUAL TES game.

I haven't touched Skyrim in months now, and it's gathering dust over there, on the corner. Nevermind the fact that they fucked up us PS3 Skyrim owners royally, but I just don't feel the need to play it at all. The most fun I had was running around as a battlemage, but that got old quickly.

That just means we werent talking about you, this is not a war against consoles or anything, i have absolutely no problem with consoles, but all of this dumbing down and simplyfying is happening to make the game esier/accessible for console children that do not care about consequences or anything deep in games and just want to get to the action right away.

Even that would be fine, i like action games, but skyrim fails even as an action game...the combat is so primitive, without any sort of real strategy..i never had the wow moment, when you do something awesome in combat, like a special move, or dodge, cuz skyrim simply doesnt have any of these.

Even if you put mods with combat moves or dodge, everything feels wrong, because the game clearly wasnt designed in mind with that.

  13. Is there a version of smaller penis for better males mod, been looking for it but havent found anything so far :s

Just cant watch like my character gets raped by bandits with cannon penises :-/

Wait .. wait ... wait a minute. You're playing the game for the 'rape-y' aspect of the sexual mods ... but yet 'complaining' that they're being raped by big weiners? Isn't that um .. like .. the point? Who wants to watch porn where the guy has a needle dick trying to get anything but a YAWN from his/her partner?

Little confused by why you guys would want smaller penis' .. whats the world coming to? MEN REJOICE! Women want SMALLER - not bigger! : )

Clipping as bjornk said, plus the penis looks really like a rocket...im more of the person who likes aesthetical things then rocket penises, just cuz im a guy doesnt mean my idol of manlyness is a cannon penis

Yeah i know talking about aesthetic and rape kinda sounds wierd but yeah thats how i feel and thats why im a memeber of LL, since this is a really open minded community

  14. Yeah in terms of open world, they did a good job, i enjoyed just running arround for a bit...but the argument " you complain but you still put 200 hours into skyrim!!!111" is really flawed...you cannot make a review on such a big game if you havent put time into...and where does it says that all of these 200 hours were enjoyable...plenty of time you just run arround in hopes that something interesting happens, or wanna see what the game has to offer, only to find out it was so dumbed down, it takes any enjoyment away.

When i say i put 15 hours into skyrim, ill get a response that its not enough to judge the game, when i say i put 200, how dare i complain !!11.

Dragon Age: Origins was a much better game than Dragon Age 2. It had a better storyline, better characters, better ending, (better) consequences for your actions, and IMO better action. Dragon Age 2 was me just running around with a 2H sword chopping everyone in half and the gay mage healing me whenever I got low.

I asked for a moddable game, because that's how the community improves upon an already good game. "I wish I could have added this into the game" - well you can with some RPGs, and can't with others. Like think how many alternate endings there would have been (and good ones too) if Mass Effect 3 could have been modded. And modding creates new games as well. The entire MOBA franchise (DOTA2/LoL/HoN) were built off of a mod, which is now a multmillion dollar industry.

Anyway, most of us here have spent 200+ hours playing Skyrim/Oblivion. I know I have. To then turn around and complain about the company that has made this series and call them lazy, is purely retarded. There is no other RPG that I have spent more time on than Oblivion and Skyrim. What's even better, is that most of everything that has been complained about in this thread, can be fixed by mods. And fixed is not the right word here because there are plenty of people who disagree with you on one of your points and agree with another. This is why mods are so great. I can decide myself if I want to improve upon this specific part of the game and not touch another.

Skyrim has problems. Of course I admit it. It would be stupid of me not to. I use mods freely because I feel they didn't do this part of the game right, but another part was done beautifully. I have created my own mods to fix some of the problems myself. But I don't complain about Bethesda being lazy. There is no way a 'lazy' game company would have produced a game of Skyrim's quality.

I originally played Oblivion on the 360. I loved it. One of the best RPG's out there. I didn't even start the DLCs because of college (IE, no Shivering Isles or Knights of the Nine). When Skyrim came out, I played it on the PC, but with no mods again! It still blew other RPG's out of the water. Only after maybe 50 hours of unmodded Skyrim is when I first found out about Skyrim Nexus and started to add mods. Now, after 150 hours on Skyrim, I still haven't finished the Saving/Capture of Whiterun, I haven't gotten past Kynesgrove, and the furthest I got on one of the four guilds was becoming a Werewolf in the Companions. In no other RPG can you play so much, have so much fun, and still not have finished any of the main questlines. (The Guilds, Civil War, Dragons)

One last point. DIY. Don't complain that a product doesn't meet your exact expectations. Especially when they give you the tools to meet your expectations.

@ Divinity 2: No offense, but it looks like a Diablo 3 hack&slash coupled with Banshee flying in Halo. I'll probably pick it up after it comes out and try it, but I don't have high hopes.

And how exactly isnt skyrim hack&slash lol?

All you do is pressing attack button and do kill quests....you make no sense.

In divinty there is this fun ability called mind reading, that you can use to find out secrets, stashed loot or other information, sometimes you just listen to funny toughts of people...in skyrim they didnt even bothered to use properly the persuasion system...well not that it would work anyway since topics you can talk with npcs are very few...

I never said skyrim is a bad game, even wrote i had fun in my first play wich was around 30+ hours, but after i spent the rest of it putting in mods and fixing stuff..in other words trying to fix it and mod it more then play it and plenty of people are the same.

Everything in that game lacks big time, but not because of engine limitations that i could understand but because they didnt bothered.

Divinity2 is a different game from skyrim, that goes without saying, but im talking here about the oportunity to make some intersting and fun from the setting with dragons.

Just because the game is moddable it doesnt mean now that everything should be left to modders to fix....why not give the whole game to modders then huh?

About complaining being retarded....as soon as someone starts to insult others because of difference in opinions anything they say looses credibility to me and its a typical fanboyish response, first insult others then tell them to stop complaining.
