using cbbe you can get a body like the ones you see here khajits included like booceefus said though you get clipping with larger bodies but it doesn't take away from the experience

You don't need to go through all that actually. If you install the newest version of race menu there are new options that can allow you to make a rounder face and fuller lips without the need for outside mods you might wanna check that out

Sorry that I haven't been on in a while I've been quite busy as school is back in session. Hopefully you guys keep enjoying my tumblr and when booceefus has time we will move on to release another mod we've been working on for some time.
