  1. How come a mad god fears Schizophrenia?

    Hmm let's see:

    -Heights

-Falling off of balcony's (like when I'm resting my arms on the edge of one)

-Schizophrenia (ever since I learned about it I've dreaded ever having it)

-paralysis or being hospitalized for being in a coma for x amount of time when I'm not actually in one, like this poor guy

-going into lakes with dark, murky water

-nightmares that involve you meeting an weird/demented/evil clone of yourself. Like one time as a kid I had a dream where I went into my bathroom and looked into the mirror to see a version of my self that had a disturbing look on its face. It pointed and laughed at me. I still remember that dream vividly to this day and still have a bit of trouble looking into mirrors.

Dunno if those are phobias, but those are certainly things that have the ability to scare me or creep me out to no end.

Of course you are afraid of nightmares with yourself. You are the Mad God.

Well I'm sorry for not acting in character this time okay! Sheesh! People these days! :P

Epic late reply is epic amirite!?

  2. Indeed, this game is amazing. I've clocked in 226 hours in this game and I still come back to it regularly. Many claim that Paradox grand strategy games have incredibly steep learning curves but I didn't find this game too bad even though It's my first paradox game (other than Mount and Blade). What I love about this game so much is that you're not playing as a country, you're playing as a person, representing your house and dynasty. You are competing with hundreds of other houses to reach the top in terms of power and renown. Another thing that I find incredible is that playing as a vassal is actually more fun than playing as a sovereign ruler. In one of my games (in CK2+) I started out as the Duke of Upper Lorraine, a vassal of the HRE with the goal to become as powerful as possible while staying as a vassal to the Kaiser. Eventually I managed to hold 4 kingdom titles (Lotharingia, Burgundy, Lombardy, and Sicily) before I finally decided to break free. After forming the titular Italian Empire I pressed I  a weak claim that I had on the Byzantines and then formed the Latin Empire as well. While that was fun, I still found playing as an HRE vassal to be even more so. The internal politics that vassals get to be in is incredibly intriguing, especially in large realms like the HRE.

And, the modding community is alive and booming. There are plenty of great mods that do all sorts of things. My favorites are CK2+, The Prince and the Thane, Lux Invicta, and Dawn of Empires. There are a few that I've yet to try like The Elder Kings, which changes the setting entirely to that of The Elder Scrolls.

Also, A Game of Thrones looks amazing, however I've yet to play it to any extended period of time because of a weird issue where armies don't move. The arrows appear but no progress is made. Strangely, I seem to be the only one with this issue because the FAQ for the mod doesn't address it and nobody has commented about it. Hopefully It gets fixed soon.

  3. I must say after reading the OP I was left speechless. At first I thought this game would have just an objective/mission based singleplayer, much like most H-games out there, but the OP indicates that you are your partner now plan on incorporating some amazing features and CO-OP MP! That's phenominal! Although I'll admit that I'm a bit worried that you guys are being a bit ambitious. Don't get me wrong here guys, I'm not saying that these ideas should be abandoned, I'm just want to make sure you guys don't run out of steam too early, especially since this game is being fueled (outside of your own drive to make this game) by the users here and the occasional donation. Argh, I don't want to sound like the bringer of bad luck or whatnot but don't over extend yourself! Always work at the pace you're comfortable with! I hope I'm just over reacting here though. But anyways, best of luck on this incredible project guys!

  5. I don't understand the problem with Steam's approach. I had to log in once to authenticate my game, but they allow me to play my single player games offline. Seems to be a nice balance in that way.

    Also LOL EA: http://www.cinemablend.com/games/SimCity-Hack-Lets-Users-Destroy-Anyone-Online-City-Thanks-Always-DRM-53685.html

Oh god, I think my nose is bleeding from face-palming so many times. I-I... I don't know anymore. I DON'T  F*CKING KNOW ANYMORE. WHAT IS THIS?! WHAT IS MY LIFE!?

EA dun goofd BIG TIME here.

  6. After playing the demo, all I can say is WOW! That was incredible! The text, characters, even the images (which are usually not that great in RAGS games. Tales of the Drunken Cowboy is an example) were very well done! One thing though, is there any way to know how many credits you have? If not, then it'd be great if that could be implemented. Also, is there any way to afford the crowbar aside from winning the card game?

  7. True that lol.

And just as a reminder in case anyone forgot, the initial virus I'm making will not be featuring the "I'm going to eat you" variety of infected people, they will be more along the line of "I'm going eat you out" kind...lol lame sex jokes. Though like I said earlier, more traditional zombies may be possible later on when/if I start making new viruses.

Please tell me you're doing a joke on the fact that the infected are going to be performing sexual acts, and not eating... and aren't actually going to be eating out the women they are RAPING. >.< Nothing turns me off more, than seeing supposed rape scenes, that just end up being a normal sex scene. >.< I absolutely hate how that has developed in hentai. Big bad gets the innocent little girl all in a corner "Mwahahahahaa" "Oh no please don't rape me!" "I'm going to rape you!" "I don't want to be raped!" "Here comes the rape!" "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" *proceeds to spend 30 minutes eating her out and fingering her.*

    Me:

Insta-like for using a Jontron clip at an appropriate time. +1 good sir! :D

  8. Zombies sounds like an excellent idea! Just as long as they don't look too... rotten, like Oblivion zombies. I dunno what others think though. But even still, any mindless, infected, rapacious, and horny baddies that want nothing more than to violate the heroine is always a great idea in H-games am I right?   :P
