    Hi all,

i can't use nobody armor, when try to wear the game crash :(

    can u help me?

    Thank u

You're very much likely missing the skeleton mods, which are required for these armor mods.

There are mainly 3 types of skeletons that people use these days on modding:

    - BBP

    - TBBP

    - HDT

To know which skeleton each armor mod uses, its usually mentioned on the armor mod's name, like this for example " 1. Nia Outfit - Bombshell BBP " or in its description.

Make sure that you have installed the requirements and try again:

XP32 Maximum Skeleton - Choose which skeleton you prefer yourself, BBP or TBBP. The BBP is probably the most used one on armor mods these days.

Sevennity's Sevenbase Body - Choose which body type you prefer yourself. Bombshell is the most used one these days.

HDT Physics Extensions - Not really needed if you don't use armor mods that require HDT skeletons, but its still a great mod to have.

    - HDT HighHeel System - Mod that is only required for those armor mods that uses this support system. It's usually mentioned in the armor mod's description section if you require this.

Basically, all you need to install are the first 2 on the list, XP32 and Sevenbase body. Once you have installed them correctly, you shouldn't encounter those CTDs any longer. You can find the install instructions for each of those mods on their own mod page description section.

ps. I haven't really had to to tinker with this stuff for a while now, so my info might be outdated. If that's so, then someone please correct me. :)

  2. This new layout is nice and all (though this is apparently still WiP).

I don't really mind that the layout has changed, but when I checked my Blog entries, I noticed that they had become a mess.

While checking the damage on those entries, I ran into few problems:

    1. Since the old Spoilers are now gone, I went and tested these new ones. After some searching I managed to create one, but how do you delete them? I can't seem to find a way to do that.

    2. Editing Blog Entries is rather annoying now, as the "Entry Actions" button is now at the bottom of the entries. Is there any change to get that button moved back to its previous place, which was on the top right corner of the entries? This would help editing the blog entries much more faster, as you don't have to scroll all the way down to the bottom of entries.

  3. Hi folks.

I've been playing J-RPG games for some time now, and since I don't understand a word of japanese writing at all, I usually find myself stuck in those games, even though the next objective is written right in front of my eyes.

However, I'm made to believe that there are some 3rd party translator programs that can translate those RPG Maker -games even while playing, but there are so many different kinds of them available that I'm at loss of which one to choose that is the easiest and most noob-friendliest to use.

So I'm relying on this community for some advice for the matter.

  4. Okay, so I took a closer look to the HDT HHS tutorial mentioned earlier, and I actually managed to make some progress. The spells and scripts were correctly added to the boots like shown in the tutorial. But when I tested the boots in-game afterwards, there was no difference. Later on I rechecked the plugin with Creation Kit, and noticed that the saved plugin didn't have HDT HHS.esm listed in the "Master Parent" -list.

"Add hdtHighHeel.esm as the master file of your .esp file contains the high heel shoes."   (direct copy-paste from the tutorial)

How exactly you're supposed to do that?

I figured it out when I created a new plugin from the scratch (didn't use active files), but is there a way to include that .esm to the active plugin (since I don't want to rebuild the whole damn plugin from the scratch).

I've trying to figure this out for some time now, but with no luck. And like I mentioned earlier, I'm a total newbie when it comes to Creation Kit.

I haven't found any helpful tutorials concerning this matter either.

  5. As the title says, I could use some help for how to apply the High Heel effect for boots. I'm total newbie when it comes to this stuff, but I'm pretty sure that it has to be done in Creation Kit, but I haven't been figure it out yet.

I'm aware that there is tutorial for this at the Nexus mod page, at the d:for modder -section,  but that doesn't make much sense to me, because apparently the pictures in there have been removed. I've been trying to google around for another tutorial, but so far I haven't found one yet.

So I'm hoping that someone here would provide me with decent tutorial to how to apply the HDT High Heel effect to boots.

    Thanks !

  6. Noticed this pretty minor, but annoying problem with the Outfit Studio in the latest BS2 version, 2.6a.

Whenever I use bone weighting brush in Outfit Studio, the whole software gets laggy for the duration I'm using the brush, which makes adjusting the bone weights a little annoying and more time consuming than normal.

Now, it doesn't lag with every armor mesh out there, just with few ones. But it still happens.

Here's an example mesh so that you can try it yourself.

Go to Outfit Studio (BS2 v2.6a), select bone weights and try using the brushes on any of its shapes. I'm sure you'll notice lag/staggering that I'm talking about.

MC_Skirt1_1.nif  ( This is an original UNPB mesh from that outfit, I didn't alter it in any way. )

Is this a known problem in the latest version or did I mess up the installation somehow (don't know hows that possible though)?

Its just that I didn't encounter this particular problem in the previous versions.

Hmm, why I do I remember seeing that this one already had 7B conversion somewhere. Just can't remember where it was.

On the other hand, I could be wrong, and if that's the case, I could take a shot on converting this myself at some point.

  8. I've installed the mod but my Arcadia's Rogue Armor  does not adjust itself with bodyslide and the HDT with bouncy breasts does not work like in the video, which is probably connected with not working bodyslide. I tried both mediafire files the file with "fixed" bodyslide does not change anything.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but does the 7B version even have bodyslide and HDT supports to begin with?

    If not, there's your problem.

As far I know, we only have your regular BBP version and nothing else for that outfit.

Plus, if I'm correct, that "weightslider fix" only fixes the weightslider in-game, so it doesn't do a thing for the bodyslide.

But again, someone correct me if I'm wrong.   :)

    Bikini Set:

    7m8CnwY.jpg

Nice but the only thing that bothers me is that last bikini , that one should be strained ( tight?).

Because I wonder how it holds her breasts together if its loose.

The angle in that photo is a little off. If you check the bikini in-game, you can see that there is actually a piece of string "supporting" under the boobs, "holding" them together. But the angle in that photo doesn't hides that.

Those strings are more noticeable in these original mod pictures.

Its embarassing to say, but I didn't realize this either before I tweaked the bone weights and re-tested the bikini in game. And I'm the one who converted it in the first place.   :D

But, there was some fragments of wrong B.weights that shouldn't be there, so I cleaned them off and uploaded the replace files to my blog page. You can find the DL links there.

but still waiting for the draconic bloodline  sevenbase bombshell conversion http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51401/?   i need it please =D

The thing is, that armor mod is a little bit tricky to convert because of its HDT effects. I used to try converting it, but it failed miserably so I decided to drop it.

I admit that it looks a bit unnatural and there are couple reasons for that.

The first reason for that is that I got a bit lazy while adjusting the bone weights to it, and forgot to remove few of them from places where they shouldn't be. I only noticed the problem myself after I uploaded the conversion to MF, but didn't bother to fix it and re-upload the whole damn thing over again.

The other reason is the pose that she's taking in that photo, because it exaggerates that bone weight problem. That's the other reason I missed that problem in the first place, because it wasn't showing through that badly while I was doing some testing.

I could fix it, but not for time being, because I'm already converting something else.

  11. Jordick: looks like it is missing a Alpha property in the skirt in the _0 nif, that property is related with transparency/opacity; compare it with the _1 nif (look at the skirt NiTriShape branch and copy/past the alpha branch). That should do the trick.

Shame that those converted .nifs can't be opened with Nifskope. I'm using BS2/Outfit Studio to make these conversions, and we all know how that program break the .nifs sometimes, hence you can't open them with Nifskope.

I'd love to learn how to convert with Blender, but I just don't have enough time nor patience to learn how to use that program. Also there's a lack of decent tutorials. But perhaps someday, until then I'm stuck with BS2/Outfit Studio.   :-/

  12. Thanks for your reply.

I triple checked everything that you mentioned, but everything seemed identical like they should be.

However, when I tested the WS in-game, the outfit textures turned back to normal after I moved the slider a little bit (with the Outfit1_0/1.nifs in use). I didn't notice this before, because I didn't intend to test the WS at that point.

So, the textures seem to work for now, although you need to make a small trip to the racemenu first.
