Yup still alive and still slowly plodding along. I am learning a lot of this from the ground up and keep finding every time i think i understand something and push onwards i run into something else i don't know and have to start learning. The last month or so i have been on a bit of a sidetrack trying to learn 3d modeling so i can make some custom armor, its a little bit more involved than i thought it would be when i started and i haven't been happy with any of the results so far but I am slowly improving.

If you have it installed through steam I think in the recent ck update they bundled all the script sources into a rar and you need to unpack them back into the source folder for it to work. Skyrim/Data folder should be a rar called scripts unpack that and see if that fixes it Edit* just saw the last line of your post i cant think of any other reason why everything would be missing unless the script sources weren't there. Can you check to see if the files are actually in the right location? Look for TopicInfo.psc in Skyrim/Data/Scripts/Source seeing as thats the very first error line. If its actually not there then you might be missing others as well.

Progress is steady, but slow. I have the general overarching story idea well enough figured out that I am happy with it, the struggle now is coming up with the details. I have the first 2 quests pretty much worked out, but they are a pretty short and just a general introduction to the story. Coming up with the quests after that and how to progress the story is what I am currently stuck on as well as what choices the player will have and writing dialog for npcs . Let me know what kinds of quests you enjoy or dont enjoy and if you have any quest ideas feel free share.

Crawling mod / idle mod overwritten by other mod
Aloysia replied to NiaticLabs's topic in Skyrim Technical Support
Beastess Sneak animation only works with custom races If you want to use it with a vanilla race you will need something like this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8720/? The reason for that is animations are applied to a whole race so if you have the beastess idles for non custom races every npc in skyrim will use that idle -
Yeah i have nothing to do with that nexus link and it has nothing to do with what I am planning. Also question for you guys in this thread, would you use or consider using a system that used skills as currency? So for example reduce a selected skill by some number to gain some benefit (spells, shouts, items, points in other skills). This is one of the ideas I have been toying with as a unique system and interaction with Mora (part of the whole providing him with knowledge bit). Still haven't quite figured out how I would want to deal with perks(limit you to points above your highest perk, let you trade perks, drop below the level needed for a perk without removing it, dunno needs some more thought). Like i mentioned still trying to decide the scope of what i want to accomplish. I just want to know if this something anyone would actually use or be interested in. One of the other main ideas I am working with is something I do personally every time I play which is collect all the books. So a place you can put them that actually tracks them for you is another one of many ideas, with maybe a growing bonus or something the more you have collected. How many of you guys also try and collect all the books? tldr. answer these questions for me 1. Would you be interested in a system that lets you trade skills for things (spells, shouts, items, points in other skills) 2. How many of you spend time trying to collect all the books in the game

Beeing Female mod, menstruating and not wearing any underwear you can craft sanitary napkins at the forge in the leather section

Hmm I hadn't thought of this angle. Couple more ideas on the drawing board now.
-
Yup that was exactly what I had in mind. Trading knowledge for power basically.
-
Well at least this confirms that my super secret project has people who would be interested. I have been working on pretty much exactly that. The idea revolves around the black books and Apocrypha and some "adjusted" lore for Hermaeus Mora. My working title is DYLT, lets see if anyone can work out what it means. I am currently trying to finish the design document organizing my thoughts into something usable then I plan to post it get comments, see how people like the idea, probably make a bunch of changes and hopefully start building something people will enjoy.

CTD Every single time i save.
Aloysia replied to NiaticLabs's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
Try searching for it, but the answer and you probably wont like it just as i did not. Memory. If skyrim manages to run out of memory when it trys to save it will crash. This is why it also seem intermittent and random as the game is using different amounts of memory if your saving at different points so if your right on the edge sometimes it will work as it has enough but the rest of the time it crashes. Since it will try to autosave anytime you load a new area this can cause pretty big issues when playing. The easiest way to tell if this is the issue would be the log file i mentioned but if you cant find it, you could try tabbing out of the game and opening the task manager go to the performance tab and open the resource monitor. Then go to the memory tab of the resource monitor and look at how much is free. I have two monitors so I can keep the resource monitor up on one while I run skyrim and any time it hits 100mb or less free if I try and save it will crash. Now for the unpleasant part, solutions there is a couple things you can try though mileage will vary. If you are using an ENB in your skyrim installation folder you should have a file call enblocal.ini open that with a text editor and you can play with the following values under the memory section. I will list them in order of what you should try changing first. ExpandSystemMemoryX64= this one is pretty straight forward if you have a 64 bit os this should be set to true. DisableDriverMemoryManager= If you use an AMD graphics card this should be set to true. ReduceSystemMemoryUsage= setting this to true will try to offload some of the burden of your ram onto your vram. its only recommended you use this if you have large amounts of ram on your graphics cards and less ordinary ram. AutodetectVideoMemorySize= VideoMemorySizeMb= if Autodetect is set to true you can try changing it to false and then entering a value into the second line with the value being equal to the ram in your graphics card. So if your graphics card has 2gb of ram you would enter 2048. Putting in a lower number than you actually have may also help, again its kind of a trial and error process. Tweaking a couple of those setting I was able to reduce but not completely stop the crash on saving issue the only thing that really solved it and its unfortunate to say but... remove some mods to reduce the memory usage or if you use high res textures you could try using lower quality versions. -

CTD Every single time i save.
Aloysia replied to NiaticLabs's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
hey i recently had this issue and i think managed to solve it can you post the log file named hdtSkyrimMemPatch.log? its in the skse/plugins folder in the mod organizer overwrite folder. If your issue is the same as mine then there should be some errors in there. -
Strange graphical problems (old and oddly colored people)
Aloysia posted a topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
I am not sure what happened but the characters in the game are having some issues that I have been unable to solve. Npcs are having the wrong color of skin, wrong complexion overlays, and odd colors on the forehead applied. It affects both vanilla and modded npcs though it does not seem to apply to all of them. Unfortunately i do not know when it started as a i made a large number of changes to the installed mods during a time where i never encountered npcs for a while. example screenshots wrong skin color and old person overlay http://i.imgur.com/KyMZAg5.jpg odd forehead color (at first i thought it was a shadow but then started noticing it on a whole lot more npcs in less shadowy lighting) http://i.imgur.com/CFFkPiC.jpg seems like the problem has to do with apachiisky hairs on npcs Edit 1 Still trying to figure this out, found Apachiisky NPC Overhaul Brown Forehead fix which seems to have solved the forehead problem for vanilla npcs, but modded npcs still have the weird forehead issue. Edit 2 Well maybe not just saw a vanilla npc that still had the forehead thing. Sigh... dunno what changed that cause this to start happening. I have come across alot of information on maybe fixing it using the creation kit, but it seems like its on a per npc basis and probably 1 in 3 npcs are affected which is way to many to fix one at a time. Edit 3 Disabling Apachii NPC Overhaul definitely fixes the forehead problem but now they all have bad hair Edit 4 Replaced Apachii NPC Overhaul with Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul and now everything is beautiful and even the old person bug has gone away -
I rly could need help, skyrim crash on save or wait
Aloysia replied to candiru's topic in Technical Support - SexLab Framework
hey so i managed to solve my issue that was similar to yours (crashing anytime the game wanted to save) could you post a different log file? if you use mod organizer after the game crashes trying to save, look in the overwrite area there should be a folder called skse and in that a folder called plugins and in there should be a log file called hdtSkyrimMemPatch.log. I dont know where that log will be if you are not using mod organizer but you can probably just search for it. Anyways I am going to guess that there are going to be errors in there. -
talk about a hasty reply... not even a minute before you answered. So how about a better question can this trigger when sexlab strips for a scene or does it have to be called seperatly before a sexlab scene is started.
