    Well, in the front page is said specifically to dont delete that file, as in that file is not to be deleted.   Now, as this guy said somewhere crushed bodyparts happen because people use bad weights on the meshes, I fixed it using http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1496-bodyslide-caliente-body-reweights/ I installed it a rebuild the body, worked nicelly after that. Give it a try may help you.
