Everybody feels like this .    But for you this one 

your crashing or not crashing? looking on that log , doesn't really have anything critical because log is always full of warning and error even when game work fine.    and freezing , thrawing etc . . they are not errors , when you open menu or anything that pause game that stats show up in log.   And if you having problem with your old save on new skyrim set up , its better start new game because if you had a lot of mods and removing them doesn't remove scripts in your save game. You can try savegame cleaner if you want, but that tool is risky

i have few ENB in mind , i will list them here . i dunno if you like them or not    RealLike ENB . i think its pretty light ENB , it worked on my old gt 210 xD    Sharpshooters ENB . i don't know about this one but saw a guy on youtube with AMD 7850 and he said he had 40fps   Colorful Cinematic ENB . just saw it , if read comments people can run it on 7770 1GB and hd 4000 xP    tell if you like them or not , i will give you more then   

by the way . you can use Shift + Enter in game when installed ENB and edit in it , you can try disable some of the effects to gain more FPS , (e.g.) depth of field eat performance , but i can't play without x)    Edit : don't forget to click Apply save

congratulations that it worked , i'm glad for you    ENB ehh? i can't really say what eng suggest you if search from less eating enb , i mostly used fps eater ENB's so i can't suggest.   but why don't we search right? What is your CPU and GPU? would like to know before look for ENB's    Edit : oh sorry now i saw the link

Well Bersi dead lying on the ground , "I hope they are not dead"  i didn't saw if there was more guy there lying but was no one alive walking around on my eye for sure.   About saves . if older ones not working , does new game work? and i think you use MO right? maybe its not best options but if your skyrim folder is mostly vanilla and if its no problem to reinstall, try reinstall skyrim? And do please post your mods and load order ^^

Ok , i didn't tried to load your save game but i did it now , and edited save and save 33 both load without problem and can go out door i have 235 plugin and few of them merged a lot of category mod , so i do have a lot of mods and it work without problem   now i do think its related to mods or your game and not save file.  and i can't really say whats causing that much error on those log   one thing thought , what did you do to poor Bersi honey-hand xD

Ok my bad . it was crashing so i updated savegame cleaner from 2.04 to 2.06 and now its loaded.   here are some progress report , but we don't share same mods so its better if you do your self on your save . but if you interested in this Edited Save   Removing orphan script instances..      1210 script instances removed. Removing broken active scripts..    0 active scripts removed. Clean other..  Nothing needed to be cleaned.   Advanced   Removing scripts attached to the nonexistent created forms..   345 script instances removed. Do you have mod named "Riverwood Enhanced"? "ERROR: File "Riverwoodenhancedplugin.esp" does not exist or is not currently loaded."   i'm not expert but maybe missing master file? although missing master file crashes when at startup.   did you tryed load other saves? and if it works fine then load crashing save after it? or its only related to "NEW GAME"?

Well my Save game cleaner crashes only when trying to open your save . well thats something strange.

Are you trying to load the save when on start screen or your in skyrim world (or any of  place)?   you might want to load save thats have no problem with ctd , like safe loading and then after that try load the save that your getting ctd?   for safety i always load save that doesn't crash , its mostly the one without mods or just started fresh save.

Ningheim race use its custom body and texture . so the problem should be with your vanilla npc body or texture.   i did not looked on your mods and load order so i'm not fully certain , but try copy ningheim femalebody_0,nif and femalebody_1.nif to this folder "Meshes\actors\character\character assets"    if its same try other UNP texture and body , and check if it have same problem or not.

i have small issue ,the face is fat then original character when in beast form , but seems morph's still working   i tryed replace femalehead.nif and all femalehead.tri but still same, using racemenu's femaleheadchargen.tri was worst effect   i use Racemenu 3.2.1 version , any  how to fix it?     Edit : same fat face with VampireLord Overhoul.

Varenne right . and while gtx 970 require 500 watts & 30 Amps PSU, AMD 750 watts & 42 Amps PSU so its really matter of cost.   but for my opinion i like the Nvidia one more
