  1. Would like opinions on what body to use.

UUNP basically invalidates any iteration of UNP before it.  If its selection of armors and conversions continues to grow at its present pace, it'll be the unchallenged king of body mods.  Even now it's the better choice, as while CBBE and UNP variants have vastly more clothing, none offer the sum total of quality and choice UUNP offers.  CBBE is the only real competitor, and it's basically seen no worthwhile additions in some time.   Really the only reasons I haven't changed over to UUNP is because most of what I use isn't converted yet (and is so old as to be unlikely to be, or has outright vanished from Nexus) and because I'm kind of afraid to start pulling things out of this install.  When Bruma drops imma do a full reinstall, save the faces I want to bring over for a new run, and probably use UUNP to custom sculpt something UNP-like with the small tweaks I prefer.   tl;dr UUNP is the only way to go if you like good things.
  2. Major Forum Updates - Work In Progress

Look I don't know what you did but when I correctly type in all the bbcode for a post it shouldn't have come out looking like this.  What happened to the "simple mode" from the previous iteration?   I'm not crazy, right?  If I type in [url=(url)][img](image url)[/img][/url] it should be an image that sends you to the url in (url), right?     Also, attempting to edit a post with nested spoilers doesn't seem to work.

Let's try this again.     Spoiler     Spoiler
  4. Things you hate about FO4

I don't think you understand what kind of RPG Fallout and Elder Scrolls really are, nor do I think they are the kinds of RPGs you really want to be playing if that's what you think would fix them.   Establishing a background is the exact opposite of what you want to be doing.  These are "go anywhere, be anything" games, and to achieve that you want to establish as little as possible about the player character.  Investment needs to come form elsewhere - characters in the world, the world itself, etc.  Give the player something they'll want to protect and/or something they'll want to see burn.   You're not wrong about the benefit of a predefined character, you're just wrong for trying to apply it to open world sandbox blank-slate-character games.   EDIT:  Actually wait a fucking second.  Why does a blank slate character make you not care about the world or other characters in it?  Those are independent of the player character, those being compelling doesn't require the player character to be well-written, or written at all.  The Dragonborn being predefined as a Han Solo-esque rogue wouldn't have made the Civil War storyline any less stupid, as you seem to be suggesting.  That falls on the conflict and factions themselves being poorly written.  And they are, which is saying something when you realize the Civil War is probably the best, least black-and-white thing Bethesda's ever written besides maybe The Pitt.

It occurred to me on the drive home that, before the events of Morrowind, Maechen was a battlemage in the Imperial army.  A lightbulb flickered to life in my mind, dim and coated with dust like the rest of that rarely-used space.   So this happened.  Behold, a younger Maechen clad in Imperial armor, because I was curious if it would suit him and it seemed like a neat idea given his background.
  7. Looking for sexy non sex animations?

fucking lololololol   Those dead eyes.  Oh Jesus.  And the way she's just having an epileptic seizure in the second gif.  This is the funniest thing I've seen all day holy shit

What? Whose expectations? Mine? nvidiot's? Expectations of what? What's the contextual connection between this meme and what was quoted?
  9. I say dear boys, look at all these filthy sub-thousand ragamuffins.  Dreadful sight, wouldn't you say?

You got 31 likes on your previous post. The only person with more on that page is fucking Shocky, who only managed 8 more than you. Meanwhile I got 4 on my last post. Four. Don't come in here bitching about how people don't like your character when the numbers clearly disagree. Share shots because you like them. This isn't a popularity contest.

Playing around a bit with Hjalinka Bitter-Gale.
  12. At least troll cum having healing properties references the fact that trolls have fast health regen - that already is more of an explanation than most other alchemy in the game. Seriously, one of my favorite easy-to-make healing potions is made of flowers, butterfly wings, and wheat.
  13. [Mod Idea] Rape Yourself - Minigame -

What's the effective difference between this and simply creating a follower than sandboxes in a city and raping her?  Or having a mod that just rapes your character semi-randomly?  Sounds like a lot of gameplay and mechanics creation for what can be done with either very simple means or mods that are already available, and for no real benefit.   Not to mention suddenly being yanked out of your character at random sounds like a really annoying feature.  Talk about an immersion-killer.  And then there's the sheer number of issues being taken from your character and controlling another might cause.  Can you imagine being mid-quest?  Or if vampires spawn?  If a dragon attacks?  What would happen if you inadvertently trigger another quest or major event while controlling the rapist?  Would the progress somehow be reflected on your main character, or would your character just be (figuratively) screwed?

  16. So is UUNP the new Go-To?

There's really no reason to stick with CBBE now that UUNP exists unless you're really picky about your outfits (which I totally get, that's why I haven't ditched UNP Standard yet).
  17. Genetics in TES World

The in-game book Racial Phylogeny suggests that the race of the child would be the race of the mother, but that some traits of the father may be present. So an the child of an Imperial woman and an Altmer man would be Imperial, but may have a slightly more angular face, perhaps slightly pointed ears, and arguably (albeit an extreme case) the father's eye color. Presumably this would hold true where orcs are involved, since aside from their extreme appearance, they are really just elves. There's no guarantee of this, of course, but it would seem the logical conclusion given what we know. I an unaware of any examples of children between Argonians and/or Khajiits and other races, so unless an example comes to light, I have to assume it's simply impossible. As for Argonians' species, if we accept Word of God as fact where strict canon is muddy, then according to Michael Kirkbride they are absolutely lizards.

Here's some odds and ends with my hedge mage pyromancer, Llothyne Vandothril, who underwent a makeover mid-set because I was increasingly displeased with her.   Old look

Took some quickies with Eldawen.  Remade an old shot of her, too.

"Conjuration is, at its most basic, pure subjugation. Whether it is bending demons to your will or waking the dead at your command, it is inescapably a power of domination. Hesitation, indecision, and lack of confidence are a Conjurer's downfall. Banish these from your mind. Your will must be absolute." - Maechen Yv'Nalaryn, lecture on Conjuration at the Arcane University, 3e422 Toying around with Coldharbour Resummoned. Maechen:
  21. Post your sex screenshots

Morgyn Wickhart, bored, aimlessly strolls just north of Ivarstead, toying about with her rapier. To all but her closest friends and associates, it would seem counter to her character, but she is gifted with a light blade and takes pains to see her skills remain as sharp as her sword. It would do her little good today, however.

I'm simultaneously impressed and disgusted. If that is Skyrim, it's damned impressive just for the sheer lengths gone to to convert it into something WoW-y, and kudos to whoever had the drive and patience to do it. You're a more dedicated person than I am.
  23. Loverslab and Twitter

What would a Twitter accomplish that simply visiting the forums wouldn't?
  24. Facelight alternative or body light?

Stop using Facelight. It's a cheap shortcut for lazy people and just looks like there's an invisible flashlight shining in your character's face. SS Assist tools or clever application of Magelight are what you really want. Much more flexible.
  25. Well muddled is more my opinion than anything else. I don't see a need for any sort of armor or weapon forging for a mod like this. What bugs me is the addiction aspect. You say just not to use the parts I don't like, and I 100% agree with you there, but I'm concerned that I won't be able to avoid an addiction feature. For instance, say there's a certain potion added by this mod that I find helpful and use quite a bit. I'm concerned I'd find my character with unexpected or unwanted debuffs because she's become addicted to those potions now. As I said, my main goal for using this mod is just to have cum as an alchemical ingredient like snowberries and jazbay grapes, something I can collect and use in otherwise normal play seamlessly. I'm not looking for something that changes how I play - I want almost the exact opposite. As I said, I agree with your stance - if I can't toggle off breast milk and cum-infusion smithing, I'll just ignore them. That's fine. But I can't ignore something if it's going to actively, unavoidably, negatively impact my gameplay.
