It's sad. We're running out of uploading sites due to them being taken down for people uploading some serious copyrighted material.
I heard MegaUpload might go down if the owners' are found guilty. They're currently on trial in the US, even though they're from a country that doesn't follow Copyright Laws.
MegaUpload was taken down, its MEGA now.
The New TPP Bill will allow corporations to create even more restrictions on what you can upload.

Being sold into slavery is a little harsh dont you think? Make it if you cant pay you have to pay with your body and you risk getting pregnant.
If you consecutively miss payment or the loan is too large to ever pay off, you get sold into slavery.
I like this idea too. I would even add the amount of times you have to miss a payment. Let's say you miss 3 loans you are being robbed from your most valuable stuff until you have payed your debts. When you miss the fourth one, you become a temorary whore of the inn. When you miss the fifth time, you become a permanent slave.
Maby there is foul play at hand, The person Loaning you the money hires mercenaries to rob you of your coins, forcing you to go into further debt, Could be based chance if you get a good Loanshark or a bad one.

This means you re-route the traffic that originally belonged here. Still not a good idea.
if you want to create a program to manage/download/update mods from LL, then you should use LLs infrastructure and before you do anything serious, you should talk to LL staff to avoid unecessary server/bandwith load.
Furthermore LL is (still) partitially payed by ads, so your program should display them in a working way.
And other stuff you should think thru first. So do yourself a favor and talk to the right people.
My opinion about your plans so far:
it would definitly be of help for quite a few people, but adds additonal steps a uploader/modder has to go thru.
Those should be eliminated by using what's already in place, instead of creating new instances.
P.s.: MSDN
First let me get it done, then we can talk about what you described, otherwise i'll probably never finish it.

You should talk to Ashal about something like that, to avoid harming the server(s) or re-routing traffic.
iirc, LL don't has a Manager/Update APi yet (but one could parse the DL section and utilize the generated iDs from the mods dl-page URL), so he will be able to help.
Im building it so it does not have to rely on loverslab database or its website other than an original UrlLink, all the user needs to do is post a url of the download link for example
"Mod Auther post this in their Thread"
LLSM Link
www.ExampleModdURL.com
Users copy this link and paste it in program, the program downloads the file
LLSM Link
www.ExampleModdURL.com
Anytime Mod Author wants to update the file, All they have to do is change their Update URL to the new download. which can be done directly form Google Drive , Dropbox or any other file hosting website. And the Users will be able to update as soon as one is avilable by clicking an update button.
This will free a lot of Bandwidth off off Loverslab Website since its all offloaded on other hosting sites Like google or dropbox.

I just found out I received a strike violation of their ToS and the 2 offending files removed.
NER Main Pack + Custom CBBE Slim Flat Pack.7z
NER Main Pack + DMRA Pack.7z
I know they remove files that flags their filters if it contains pornographic or vulgar words, but what did these files contain that sounded the alarms. What's even stranger is that the custom UNP body packs are still there and some other files with CBBE body in the file name.
They probably Have software that looks inside the zip file, unless you are encrypting it with a password they might be snooping around peoples files.
they datamine obviously.

Does anyone know visual basic?

If they are going to do the whole paid modding thing, then i won't even look at the game till it's 3 bucks or less in the bargain-bin.
Paid modding and restricted mods are only for Consoles.

Im working on a program that allows Modders and users to easily Download mods and update them rather than have to search for updates manually and download 50 different mods.

1:Mod Author provides information Above, and provides export of this data to others.
2:Mod Author hosts Download file and Update file on Google Drive...ect
3:Mod Author Updates Information Above on his Drive account, Users download Updates

I am not the best at Coding and will be very slow. so if you want to help and know Visual basic go ahead and ask.

LoversLab is a video game modding community with almost no guidelines or regulations regarding acceptable content.
Acceptable by who's standards? these people are absolutely disgusting they truly are filth and want to live in a totalitarian society where people check what they say or do. Thought crime and anything that goes socially unacceptable is against the law. Ironically they support Homosexuality, transsexuals, bisexuals, LGBTBBQ. They keep inventing new words other than Male and Female and even convince themselves and force others to brainwash themselves into thinking a male is a female and a female is a male or something inbetween. hell why not go even further and get others to convince themselves that you are a raccoon. and anyone who has a problem with that gets ostracized for being intolerant and not being insane.

People who use "autistic" and "autist" as an insult are assholes, because the only ones they insult are people with autism.
Sorry, if I offended any asshole.
I've personally met an Autistic kid at my old high-school, I felt bad for him that he had autism and the fact that he was bullied by everyone in class, i decided to try and be friends with him but he was the biggest douchebag and asshole of all time. i tried to be friendly with him for multiple days before out of nowhere he would just go off on me and tell me to fuck off. I was incredibly pissed and would have kicked his ass right there but i decided to back off and enjoy all the humiliation and shit he had to go through. fucker, Fuck him.
Every autist i have met have been nothing but unlikable dickheads.

Im sure paid mods will only be used on console versions.
Nah, Obsidian can't write for shit. They can't create a dangerous world. They are history and I'm glad because they suck.
Dead Money was the only worthwhile DLC. All the rest were junk.
They're still miles better than Bethesda's writing team. All I'm saying is New Vegas is better than FO3. And to be honest, I don't even like the new FO games anyway. We should've gotten Van Buren.
Obsidian's only good game, in my opinion, was Mask of the Betrayer. I never really enjoyed KOTOR2, and their Ass Effect clone was terrible.
They should just outsource their writing to Harebrained Schemes, because they do not suck.

People who spout this bs about new Vegas being better are delusional. New vegas had horrible storyline, character development and world.

Getting captured and being auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Edit: Corrected wrong mod name, have proper link now too.

What about Heart symbol sprites when you are getting pounded or doing the pounding.

Dont worry, the Bethesda website is for Console mods only, modding works the same way as it does in skyrim. but you can expect Microsoft and to charge for mods like the money grubbers they are.
And the console mods will be heavily restricted by red tape and copyright. which will suck out all the life of mods, modding is supposed to be free.
That is why i left console, the entire environment was restricting and i couldn't breath, i was forced to play what some asshole wanted me to play and i couldn't change anything to my liking. so i went back to pc.

I thing i forgot to mention... hopefully the new (updated) engine provides support for a higher amount of mod. 255 mods just arent enough xD

I found a cool new website, guy who made the mod hopes people will spread it and get it popular.
The website allows you to save character presets and share them with others.

If you would write that on the wall of a toilet stall, or put that under the title of a book, i think everyone from capitalists to communists would agree. In my country its pretty much a foundation of society that everyone have a right to ask for reward after doing some work.
However, modding was never done in the perspective of paid work.
I'll just copy and paste this post by the Steam user The Spartan<TWM> which is a very good read on the subject, and might open the eyes of a few people:
On Modding & Money, an Argument Against
So now modders can be paid for their work in Skyrim, and I think we can all agree it's a little controversial. I've seen a lot of people flinging ♥♥♥♥ and using ad hominem on both sides of the discussion, but it seems like the most common argument I see used against those who don't want modding monetized in this way (or maybe anyway at all, who am I to say?) is that they're either entitled, or angry because they're too poor to pay for them. Neither of those apply to me, and I don't want my opinion to be discounted with a broad generalization. But the practical concerns (compatibility, reliability, pricing, copyright infringement, DRM, etc.) have already been touched on. The ethics haven't. So here's why monetizing mods is bad.
Modding started in earnest with id in the early 90s. Mods had been made earlier, but Wolfenstein and Doom were the first games to really bring modding to the forefront. Other developers had spurned or entirely ignored modding, going so far as to prevent modifications to their whenever possible and in many cases make it a violation of the EULA. id, namely Carmack, were however strong proponents of the Hacker Ethic[en.wikipedia.org], and added tools and concessions to their games to making modding not just possible, but practicable. "If the players can make their own levels, they won't buy our sequel(s)" was used against modding, but at a potentially great risk to their bottom line they added a development kit and modding tools to their game. In keeping with the hacker ethic, information could be free, and people had the power to make something amazing with limited experience or expertise. More than two decades on, Doom what is perhaps the most vibrant modding community in the history of videogames, and people are to this day making amazing things in it.
This idea of freedom and creation for its own sake has been the central tenet of modding ever since, and we've all benefit. I'm firmly of the opinion that without that freedom to explore and create we'll all suffer. Modding has always been considered something of a public service, spending the time and effort to make something great so everyone (you included!) can benefit. I think that's incredible, but what's more incredible is how long the modding community has persisted. And in that time they've creating everything from tiny game edits to full conversions that rival[www.thedarkmod.com] and even surpass[ja2v113.pbworks.com] the original product. Some even[www.killingfloorthegame.com] become[blog.counter-strike.net] retail[www.teamfortress.com] games[blog.dota2.com]! That's only a small fraction of what's been made, but it was built on the principle of making something you enjoy, and sharing for others to enjoy and maybe even make better!
But somewhere down the line modding turned from a public service into labour, to work. No longer is the bliss of creating something great and sharing it sufficient. And here we are. Modding doesn't exist without the freedom to create and share, which is why it cannot exist behind a paywall. The Workshop's well... shop is an existential threat to the future of modding. Make no mistake, VALVe has a near monopoly on the world of computer games and if this cash shop becomes the norm I fear that modding as it is may disappear forever. Instead of modders, we'll have unemployed labourers, handling the task of fixing an unfinished or broken game that the dev left behind, paid only a mercenary sum of whatever the publisher thinks they're deserving after the Gabe Tax (they get 25% now before local tax, how much lower can it sink?)
I think modding is the single greatest part of videogames, a veritable secret garden in an otherwise shamelessly commercialized enterprise, and if we allow the Workshop's shop to take root it'll be gone forever. Thank you, and if you agree with me please consider signing this petition[www.change.org] to show your opposition. If not, I would love to hear your rebuttal!

Rules 12: We are a free and open community; members requiring payment for mods, support, or putting anything behind a paywall will be removed without warning. Donation buttons/links to support an author is fine, so long as nothing is promised, given, or rewarded other than a sense of satisfaction for supporting an author or owner of content.
Do we have a heading of Ashal view on the new steam paywall system ?? This could clash with mods being hosted here mainly racemenu or other mods. So how this effect this site now ??
Yes we definitely need an official clarification. Sooner or later, SexLab will depend on a mod that is only available on the paid workshop (or depend on a mod that depends on a paid mod).
This seems like a conflict with the forum rules and ethics.
Yeah this is BS, The TSGods created the realms out of love, no one paid them to do it.
and if there is a God he didn't expect payment for it. Maby entertainment.

This is just more reason to pirate the games.
You can pretty much bet your sweet ass some Russian sites and probably most public trackers like kickass will have all of the steam workshop paid mods ups for grabs.
I don't mind paid mods. The problem is the pricing. People are insane thinking their weapon models are worth $2.50, or their fishing overhauls are worth $5. Fully fledged, professionally voice acted DLC is usually 10-15 dollars.
I wouldn't mind shelling out 5 or 10 cents for some decent remodels / new weapons armor, or a dollar or two for really well made mods like immersive NPC's / Sky UI etc... But the prices these people are asking is insane. Just look at the skins for CSGO/DotA 2 and compare the prices.
Oy Vey!! 5 to 10 cents!!! what are you some kind of Anti-Semite!
