    I've seen that weapon before. Its from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8486/?   Edit 1: Wrong weapon. It looks like it but its different.   Edit 2: Oh wait it is the weapon. But the visual is different. Must be an enchantment mod or something.

    A poet I was in the amidst of yesterday, I hope I could write once again. Perhaps it is now too late, The people have seen me.   I killed an innocent chicken, They did not notice the evilness of the chicken, They imprisoned me, Yet I lived on.   I, Guardsman of Whiterun, Have now begun my last journey. Maybe this is my final poem, Now I shall relinquish the good old days.   Now is not the time, Yet again it is too late. For I have gained an arrow, To my knee once again.
