      I've been procrastinating a refactor of the mod. The skyrim color palette is . . . odd. for example, if the body has a brightness range of 0 - 100, if you want fully black, then it can not go above something like 75% white, like a really light grey. If I make it so that it can go to 100% white, then it can only go to about 75% black, just a really dark grey.   Consequently, starting with a 'normal' areola tone means that it can never get to a lightish color like a very subtle pink. you have to go into glow to get the color, but at that point it well... glows in the dark. unsettling.

    Lol I don't even remember typing that. too much drinking. EVen so, I'd say you're completely different than anyone else. I've never known anyone to play without enb after playing with.   Normally i'm the guy that says "if you're having fun, who cares". I wouldn't be the one spending extra time for 1% of users, but who am I to say?   I seriously have no idea why i typed that. HAD to have been drunk.

      do you play without ENB? No? do you make the char available to others? No? Then why do you care what it looks like without enb? you're creating work for yourself.     Do you play the char without hair? No? Then why do you care wht it looks like without hair? can make the person in the real world, just the same as the game.

      You get the hdt.xml from the OP of this thread.   Modify the nif according to the instructions then put the 2 files in their own mod.   load order: skse hdtpe dll file bounce kit file (hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP.xml) xml files from this thread (make sure its in the right place) body skeleton idles/animations Done like this, everything overwrites what it needs to overwrite (but only at load time, of course). Since the bounce kit and collision are in different places, I expect that it should work together because they affect different aspects of the extension. Even if you don't use the collision xml files, this is the best load order.

  12. Well i've stuck a version behind right now, I guess, but I've spent a few hours trying to rectify an inconsitency.   I've going cbbe > bodyslide (ffw). Using UV search on the lattice, the end dimensions are somewhere between the bodyslide and cbbe. Consequently, the hands and feet don't line up. The feet are better, but the shoulders are narrower than the target body, which brings the arms in which makes the wrists off-axis creating a gap.   Did I miss a step? previous cbbe > ffw conversions went without . . . . oooohhhh I just realized: skeleton.   I need to rerig the source outfit with the same skeleton (xpmse)    Normally, I'd erase this, but it's relevant: If you're going to convert outfits from Alans BBP Pack, you're going to need to convert the skeleton first.

      They don't have them, but Racemenu supports using it.    I just can't seem to get it to work.
  17. OH I forgot to mention . . . when running converter on the black widow up there, python peaked at over 6gb ram usage . . . and nothing fell apart.   While you might not be getting the output you want, at least it's stable under stress. (=   Thought I'd mention.
  18.   The big problem I had was was with trying to do more than one lattice at a time. once i made 1 lattice each for _0 and _1, everything was golden.     Here's a super high poly mesh that is about 98% . . . it's like 17k verts and it came out better than I expected.   here's some shots of before, proof of needless high poly, and after.  I'm not concerned about fixing it (i can live without it tho it's pretty slick) I just wanted to show it off.

  23.   Is that on wordpress.com or is it a dedicated install? If you open up a directory external to wordpress, put the files there, then just link them on wordpress, that'd be a simple way around it.   Otherwise there are tons of very light blog engines out that do all the basics without the plugins, theme management, etc etc. 
  24. what's in your Overwrite dir?   If you're using MO, forget nmm. If you're using them both, you will absolutely have problems.   Use MO and install the zips that NMM downloaded. Install EVERYTHING. Once it's installed, make a new profile and uncheck everything you don't want.   I bet it then works. Like magic.
