I have an idea - how about the ability to belt other npcs without asking them, stealthy or with force? And a mechanic, that if you belt someone, they will remember you, and try to put the belt on you, again stealthy or with force? I think there wont be too hard to add a conjuration spell, to belt someone with magic for a set amount of time. And one more thing, npcs that are wearing devices, are not really bothered with them, how about an interaction dialogue, something like "hey, i know that you are wearing underneath, i can unlock it, if you...", and another dialogue, when npcs ask you the same question, and the last one, when they are asking you to unlock them.

Other than that, there is no need for custom mod, to apply tats when character is defeated, i have recently seen mod, that is able to apply tats on command from other mod, but i forgot the mod name. For example, it is possible for cursed loot to send "apply tattoo" to that mod, then it applies permanent tattoo from this mod... i think you got it.

Please, provide the list of your installed mods, do you have Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer?

I suggest changing "Lock" to "Permanent", as there is no way to lock it

Do you have Glass HUD installed? Try to disable it, and see, if issue is happening with Glass HUD disabled.

I dont have children mods, but i have Player Succubus Quest, ind i think, its a has a compatibility issue with this mod, cause, when i tick "Override Male Check" in Cursed Loot, it suddenly began to work, but other mod began to think im male, Private Needs plays male animations etc.
