you can find a txt file for your plugins in either   If using MO: go to the main MO folder > profiles > current profile > plugins.txt if not using MO: Windows start menu > type %appdata% > click on appdata on the tabs above > local > Skyrim > plugins.txt   are you using NMM or MO or manual installation?  

from my understandin your asking for a body mod which comes with a face texture with breast and belly scaling vanilla amour replacer  yet your current load order already sorts you out?   Care to elaborate your meaning?

I stumbled across the GEMS - gameplay enhancement mod page and it covered lots of different small mods in there so im using things from there but thanks for reminding me about immersive speechcraft i actually forgot about it

considering your load order is big i would also recommend downloading memory block logs, you may be going over your current mb limit. with me 190 mods (121 when merged) i idle around 300-400mb but that may be highly doubtful that your going over the limit if your now crashing when you entering Dragonsreach since it uses less memory then whiterun. im not good at interpreting papyrus logs but I do know a thing or two about stopping CTDs so if what I said helps in no way then ill leave to more experienced people.   

Violens always has a spot in my load order, but I did not have Ultra-realistic bow sounds since I use AOS 2 Will use it when i switch back to my Archer.  Not much of a person who uses followers, I like the feeling that I cant turn to anyone for help and must find my own way rather then sit back relax and watch Indigo kill an entire bandit camp

Sottete Necromancer outfit is a good looking armor, not entirely vampire related but still overall good looking. (30% Skimpy) Queen of The Dammned, also good looking fit for Mages and Vampires (0% Skimpy) Merta Black Rose Armour, heavy but still overall good dark looking Armour (70% Skimpy) and this, from the legendary Zerofrost  

If you wana capture a (Very) Dark Fantasy look on your skyrim then i need to think no more on what to add to your current setup (disregarding your other 200 mods)   So you have Dark fantasy overhaul and Bleak ENB and you need mods to go with that dark look Sands of Time Mod, just looking at the website itself says thats the one mod you need for this grim adventure your planning. Requiem (if  your core is hard) or SkyDie - Prepare to Cry Edition, Requiem changes near enough everything when it comes to mechanics, while SkyDie is like a VERY lightweight version of Requiem.  Extra stuff: Better vampires, Nature of the Best and its recommendations, Undeath Quest mod, Monster mod.   But then again your post is pretty much unclear so i just replied on what i think your trying to say.   

i use Racemenu and ECE together and have never ran into any problems or is it because MO automatically makes ECE obsolete when installed alongside Racemenu?

LONG DESCRIPTION So I'm using Elianora's Bosmer Inspired Tree House mod. And every time I try to use the Custom Meshed Smelter/Tanning rack/Anvil it would be all normal. But soon as I try to craft Leather or whatever the game Crashes.  Also noticed when I use these crafting stations it does not play the animation its supposed to so.. Something is entirely wrong    SHORT DESCRIPTION Custom crafting station bad. Open menu and fine. No animation. Try to craft item, make game go boom     LOAD ORDER     U MUST HELP ; _ ;

I only know of mods that change the loot system like Morrowloot 4E Edition and Dynamic loot don't remember any standalone mods that make different items only available at higher levels but I know Requiem does that

AP i heard is rather buggy use something different so ill just go through things that i think may work   Delete fnis on MO and manually install it into your skyirm data folder Delete the short cut and just remake it   if that don't work make a fresh install of FNIS

Personally I go with Yen for numerous reasons but mainly one, I love her personality and second is the fact that she still has the unicorn

to my best guess its mainly something to do with scripts, i for one always use to crash with lots of script heavy mods, now i barely use any my game is completely fine, it may not be whiterun itself, but the Main area and lots of scripts running at once when trying to enter whiterun, have you tried entering into different cities, markarth solitude riften windhelm? 

could be numerous things  Have any mods that alter white run? any Texture Mods? conflicting mods? you could be running out of memory in the area.   Not a papyrus expert but i know how to fix things without really looking at it so.

Hahaha ill never play Gwent, it turned me off soon as i realised it nots like Hearthstone.   Rest of the stuff ill do gladly.  I'm not just moving the main storyline since im on the find ciri part just in case that is the end 

bah i get this sorta thing too, cant watch downloaded movies which are downloaded from them blu-ray download codes i had for interstellar, said copyright issues when it was my own copy looked on the sight fount out that it cant be downloaded onto windows 7 and ill refuse to use any future windows if they keep that god awful design. 

You missed "broken Bones+ Difficulty" 0.2% on steam has completed it. 0% on Death march and Broken Bones. Bare in mind its steam statistics and as a console peasant I once was, I had no fucks given for exploring everything so I can understand why console has completed it.   Obviously people who could care less for witcher 3's exploration and other stuff to do has completed it.   Why skip out all of the content to complete the games main storyline, You'll have no motivation to play it any more, "oh I completed it what now" kicks in if you do as much side-quests and ? locations you still have that feeling to play it more because you haven't completed it.    I'm only gonna speedrun my second run so i can see the alternative Game options and endings, but the first one im taking it alllll in. I'm not doing any main storyline till I've Emptied my Quest log.   I had this feeling with skyrim "killed alduin now what?" took me about a week to realize i missed a shit ton of other stuff.

bah, I get low enough fps as it is 27-40 with an r9 270x on Ultra preset without the Nvidia Hair Physx, and im not keen on losing 5-10 fps just to make hair look slightly better nope. 

I played about 14 hours yesterday when it first got released. And I'm about level8 barely progressing in the main storyline in fact I hit a dead end now i gotta pursue the other part of the main storyline.   And Only reason I give witcher 3 10/10 because I have to hunt a Giant beast with 2 horns with fire branded all over his body. I don't know what it is, where it is, how big it is and how hard it is All I know a Minotaur on fire sounds badass. GOTY Also fount a massive tree i could see for miles.   I'd say I'm pretty set for the next 5 months Also I got 36 different endings to go through wish me luck. 

I watched clannad: after story recently  and cried many times. Feels was too strong for me.
