  SL 1.6 is not that stable for me, I was going to wait for a stable'er version.  

  I added a 66% chance that the jailer will do something (selected by tags) when your PC is taken out of the cell for punishments, and when PO BH arrests you.  

  Get the newer version of TES5, that should fix that. I'm using TES5 V 3.1.1.

I plan to add some kind of story behind all those cells - for example,  hard core criminals will be taken there for more "rehabilitation" at the end of the regular sentence.

  The boulder between the pillory and the city hall? NPC's are not supposed to be able to get to that.   There is no crux rope in the Morthal jail from PO.  It is too high to use inside the cell, besides I totally dislike them, so I will never add them anywhere.    Wait, you have an X frame in the cell as well?  

Leaving the cuffs and the gag when in the cell is quite easy to do. However, the HC cuffs do not allow any interaction or activation -- so this will make it impossible to have "fun" with your follower while in the cell, and I like to take my frustration of being incarcerated on my follower sometimes. Although, I could leave them on when no follower is present, but that will break the immersion for when you do have a follower with you. For the feeding scene, yeap that is also quite doable. As far as escaping goes, have you ever tied escaping in HC mode? There is only one way I know of, but I'll never tell.  

  Get a better computer.

I get a lot of PM's for an update to these patches. Since I am not using SD+ 3 not sure when that will happen, but for those of you still using SD+ 2.044 like I am, here is patch 0.80.   The BH should come for you when your bounty is higher than set in MCM, also after the time set in MCM expired + a few hours, depending how close you are to Whiterun, the BH starting point.

This was a potion you say, not a DD? Hmm, I had that happen to DD's when I transferred them to your captor's inventory on arrest, and then back to you on your release. I have reworked that function for patch 7a to use a StorUtil Form List instead.  xaz is using the vanilla global RemoveAllItems() function to move your entire inventory to the jail's chest and back ... since it's on only one or two items, maybe it's a short coming of that function.  

PO not restrictive enough for your PC? Try HC mode. Problem might arise with realistic needs mods. Can't eat while gagged/bound 24/7. I was going to pose the prisoner over night in the cell but I am already getting reports of PO being too boring during cell hours.
