Its the Eternal Crusade Armor a retexture from the Eternal Warden armor in Tera Collection for Skyrim. You can find it here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26714-melodics-conversions-thread/ But its only for 7B i havent find a version for UNP or CBBE.
