how can i contact i reset password without recallin current one?

i want to reset my password, but the problem is i can't rememebr my old password / current password. so how can i reset my password to a new one if i can't rememeber the current one? i can login to the website via password remembering feature, but even if the system knows it i forgot it.. so how do i regain my password to chnage it to something i can remember?
