A whiterun/companions theme would sound interesting, but the werewolves should not be a main theme maybe, that has always been the mystery, the secret, never quite confirmed. A companion/mercenary theme, featuring some of the hirelings who you pay to hire, perhaps a shoot with a modded Jenessa (npc). Could be a whiterun issue, with some haughty interview with Nazeem about his success of owning Chillfurrow farm. And sice it's fathers day in June, some VERY CREEPY fathers day wishes from the little twisted mind of Balgruuf's own son Nelkir. Just some ideas.
